This place has a great coffee menu but only 1 person working. It is near a college campus, and lots of college students come here in the morning, and monopolize the single worker with big orders. If you see 3 or 4 people in front of you, it will be a 20-minute wait---no joke. I I liked their coffee, and their breakfast burrito. Recommended if you have 15-20 minutes to spare waiting for your order. Very friendly staff, I might add.

At this time it is a meeting site for illicit groups. I know this is being investigated. Hopefully it will be monitored and stopped.

They make a pretty good cafe latte here. Dropped in or should I say drove in form the first time and ordered a latte for myself and a regular brew with cream for my partner. See he was good and the coffee came out quickly. Very happy and both coffees were hot and delicious.

The Korean couple who own Java But are so sweet and kind. They make their espressos well (not burnt like Starbucks). Come here for good coffee!

The most consistent breakfast burrito ever. Egg, ham and cheese with a side of salsa. Have had this for 7 years now.

This is a cute little drive-through coffee shop thats owned by a cute older couple. They brew Diedrich coffee and always manage to make good espresso drinks. They have sandwiches and pastries, as well. I only wish they were open a little bit later in the afternoon, but I cant fault them for that.

Best Chai Tea in Irvine. Get there early, he closes at 3:00.

The employee was extremely unprofessional. I wouldnt ever come back to this place.... Be aware also this guy needs to wash his hands!!!!!

Very Good breakfast bagel and blended drinks. Very good prices. And yes the place is cute and the older couple make the place cuter.

Wanted to get coffee but turns out the area is under constriction. Google need to update to let people know that it’s closed for the moment because I was under the impression it was open.

Was at Drs. appt and decided to try them as I didnt see a starbucks nearby. I pretty much order a Late every day from starbucks. I have to say that their Late was really good, hate to say it but it did taste better than my normal one. Not sure if it was because it was just different or better but lady that made the coffee was a sweetheart and I hope they are successful.
