This is possibly the best Starbucks in Irvine from the vantage point of doing work, having meetings, cleanliness, outdoor seating, and all the space around you. And their service is also awesome... from folks including Raman and Arie. Of course it helps that it’s literally next to where I work. Can’t say enough of how good this place is... now only if they remain open until 7 pm and also on weekends! Hoping they will do sometime in the future :-)
This is my favorite Starbucks. No matter how busy they get, theyre always ready with a Hello! and a smile. Im amazed at the great customer service this staff provides. I once ordered a Strawberry Green Tea Lemonade and ended up with a Matcha Green Tea Frapp.WUT?Never. In. My. Life. Would. I...In any event, they promptly corrected the order and gave me the frapp on the house which I quickly flipped to a co-worker and scored some brownie points. Oh yeah!Another time I asked for a plain bagel and they insisted I take some butter. How nice of them? I was honestly just going to smash-a-cado, but it was the thought that counted, right? The space itself is nice with a long, padded bench on one wall with individual tables; outlets abound, natch. Theres an expansive communal table in the middle of the space. A comfy, den-style seating area with mad-men era loungers is located next to the main entrance - perfect for reading (scrolling?) the paper. Several four-tops line another wall that looks out onto the patio. Thats right - a patio - with umbrella tables and patio chairs. The music is always at the perfect volume. Adjacent to the patio is a courtyard that features cornhole boards and a giant connect four. This location is a little out of the way. Nonetheless its a great place to get away, relax, and enjoy a good cup of sunshine.
They are usually consistent with their drinks but some of the locations seem to need more training on certain drinks. I would say that they are good at making you feel welcome and the drinks are not bad. It is not the best coffee but that is going to happen when you have a big company like this.
Best Starbucks in Irvine and one of my favorite Starbucks stores I have been to in the US. Spacious, clean, nice and lots of parking spaces right in front of the store. However, they dont open on the weekends and close at 5:30pm during the weekdays.
The staff is very efficient and attentive. They remember your name and your order. When they rarely make a mistake, they have offered me $4 off my next visit. I didnt even have to ask. Plenty of room in and outside the coffee shop. The clientele tend to be more professional and on the go so there is always plenty of seating. The restrooms and clean and the courtyard outside is beautiful. Love this Starbucks.
Coworkers and I come here once in awhile. Service is great. Staff are friendly. Some of the staff that been there awhile recognize us and will call out to us for small talk. A small branch for businesses in the area, so they are limited in terms of snacks and food. So supply might run out if you order at the wrong time.
This Starbucks is very neat set up. The staff provide smooth customer service. I was in and out. Keep up the good work.
Its a Starbucks. If you dont know what to expect by now you probably live in a cave and dont know what capuccino is. You should try it, its really good! Though its pricey and since you live in a cave you probably dont have any money. They will still let you use the bathroom though, even if you dont buy anything. Their bathroom is probably way nicer than the bathroom in your cave.
Good staff that remember my name and what I order. They make going to get coffee that costs too much bearable.
Very nice place to come and grab a drink and get some homework or whatever else done. Be advised that they close quite early compared to other Starbucks, but aside from that it is a great, clean, and welcoming place to be at.
This Starbucks is literally the best kept secret. Lots of windows, lots of table space, lots of power outlets, reliable Wi-Fi, and lots of parking out front. Its also a Starbucks so you know what youre getting with the coffee. If theres any issue with this place, its just the operating hours. Never seen a Starbucks close at 5:30pm, but this one does. Super unfortunate considering how awesome this place is. Highly recommended!
Hidden away from the main campus, it isnt crowded which makes it a benefit. Has an indoor and outdoor seating area. Ita a nice place to come grab a drink while enjoying their nice outdoor mini-park.
I really wouldnt go to Starbucks if it were not for the star rewards system and people giving gift cards. The taste is consistent though, always strong.
Great staff...coffee is always good.
Great starbucks. Closed on the weekends though.
The baristas are the nicest people on the planet. I love this place!
Im a fan. Nice staff. Quiet. Good places to hang out side.
Like the place but they open 25 min late most of the time they see me T the door and they don’t open they should open on there time or change the time to open so we can look for another sturbucks Iam here every day but I hate to be late to my job bc they open late
Friendly staff, great service, sitting area outside.
The batista today is terrible. First he made my chair with half foam (this is the 2nd time hesaid done this). I told him to remake it and this time it was basically a cup of warm milk. Ive been going to this Starbucks for well over 8 years. All of the female barristas are great. Its just this one guy who cant seem to make a simple Chai.
Secret location. Quiet - good place to relax/study.
So thankful this is near work.
Great service and fast order fulfillment.
Great place to study. free parking and friendly staff
We call it the secret SBUX as opposed to the one on campus. Its just as busy now that the industrial park has filled up.
Nice outside area,, great stuff and friendly
Good place!! I love coffee!
My go to coffee place on the way to work ! friendly people
Closed their doors fifteen minutes early with no one in line. Takes two minutes to get a drink.
