Switching over my service from AT&T as Im going to join a family plan with Verizon. The specialist Mariana helped me port my number over and helped another family member with some questions he had about his airpods and iphone. She was patient with us as I had to wait to get my info from AT&T. I would highly recommend this Verizon store and Mariana if youre needing anything.
The associates at this location are prompt, courteous and very helpful!! I used to go to the store on Harbor Blvd., each month In Costa Mesa as it is logistically much closer to my home, but the Mgmt. treated the customers like they were an interruption to their work. This location IS VERY MUCHLY WORTH of he extra time and miles....I will be making all of my future purchases here, as well as paying my bills and making tech. Inquires here as they TREAT ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS as though they truly appreciate our business
20 minute wait outside for the right to spend money at their store. If there was anyone else Id use them, hate these guys though. Verizon has some of the lowest reviews brick and mortar stores in the country if your goal is quick, easy and enjoyable there is clearly a long standing issue that no one has addressed because you fall far short of your goal.
Someone at this store made out with expensive purchases that were added onto MY verizon account just a little over an hour ago! I dont even live in California! Either the staff doesnt verify account info before handing over expensive merchandise to thieves or there is fraudulent activity happening within the store staff members? Either way, they just add the charges to random phone numbers/accounts. So disappointed this could even happen.
Unhelpful. Came in with appt for assistance with account and was turned away with a number to call. What a waste of time. I came for assistance when I explained I’d already called and my account was not fixed but made worst when speaking to a phone rep.

Went to buy a new Samsung Note 10. Asked the salesperson the comparison between two phones. He was totally clueless. Ask if they can help transfer data from one phone to the other, response, no due to liability. Asked how can we do the transfer, his response was through Google account. He didnt mention using transfer apps.I was so taken back of the lack of knowledge.I requested another salesperson and they would not give me one.So I left and went to the Verizon store at the District.These guys knew the phones and how to transfer the data. And I purchased a tablet.They lost out on a nice sale!

When I walked in, I was greeted quickly and I was informed that there were a couple of customers in front of me, and that it would take about 15 minutes before someone would be available to assist me. They took my information, and left me free to browse unmolested (which is what I wanted to do anyway). When I did have a quick question, the greeter was happy to provide me an answer.I cannot rate the service higher because after 15 minutes I had finished my browsing and still hadnt been called for my turn. They need more people on the floor to serve customers visiting on their lunch hour.The store was neat and clean, and all of the devices I wanted to browse were functioning and available to try out.Overall, I would give them a thumbs up, but would recommend not going over the lunch hour if you are pressed for time at all.
What couldve been 1 trip to this store turned into 4 trips because the staff was neither knowledgeable nor helpful. I have now been without a phone for over a week because they could not accurately assess my issue, gave me incorrect information about the process in which to replace a phone, and flat out misled me. Despite its convenient location, I will be going to any other Verizon store (if I even decide to stay with Verizon).
Usually store manager focus on customer services and making sure customers are heard and satisfied. This store is exceptional. Worst store manager I have ever seen. Good luck going to that store. Rest of the employees seem okay.
Met with Luis a service rep, He was very helpful and proffesional. This location is well kept. All though the manager seemed stoic and not nearly as friendly as the rest of the staff, the people I had to interact with were great.
Highest Level of professionalism. I spoke to Jason and he was incredibly patient and helpful. Even told the Verizon headquarters how to do their job better that they were doing it :D
On the phone now on hold to speak to Kevin in sales re a bill adjustment Dec. 5 Friday, 2014. Spoke to call center in Tenn. and again in Chandler, Arizona (Jennifer was very helpful; however, she was a call center not direct line even though I called the direct line) The local stores must have the ability to turn off their direct calls if busy. Anyway, after waiting on hold for over twenty minutes, the phone was answered by Manager Jessenia who was very helpful. This means one must be very, very patient when calling OR going in to the store. Certainly do not visit the store during lunch hour or from 3-5 p.m. and perhaps from 5-7 p.m. ( I was there 3-5 p.m. and it was busy enough!
Just getting out of the store buying a prepaid plan. Worked with the Asian employee. She is Extremely rude. I have no idea why she’s got be rude when we are giving them new business.

As soon as I walked in the manager/shift lead wasnt very inviting. He assigned a woman to help me choose a tablet and every question I asked was followed with I dont know and then me having to ask her to look it up or ask the manager. The manager didnt know much either. The woman then suggested I ask the company or go to Best Buy. I think the woman was hangry, she left for lunch and I was back to the manager. He also didnt know much despite using the same brand of technpgy as me and had to search most things or just didnt know. Im young and still figuring out how to handle money, credit, percentages and all that. I felt stressed out and like I was being rushed into an expensive decision. Finally the manager got tired of waiting for me to decide and assigned me to another woman. She knew what she was talking about and gave me great advice. She even answered questions the manager didnt know and finally I felt some relief. She helped me choose my tablet and walked me through the process while the manager took a quick selfie.Last time I came however, I had a very kind and patient man. He told me all about the devices and gave me useful advice. Im very indecisive and again- confused when it comes to finances. He helped me calculate it all out to ensure I got the best deal possible and then calmly waited for me to make a decision. I wish I had him again, I ended up getting a new phone and smart watch when he was helping me.
This is a great store with a great staff, so much more helpful than those franchise locations.
They do a great job. I called ahead to see if they had the gear 3. It was there and I got in and out in less than fifteen minutes.

One-star service. The associate named Lucy was not able to complete what we needed, referring me to a 1800 number that wasn’t open till Monday. She also provided information to accept liability terms that was 100% wrong.
Horrible customer service here. I needed to speak to somoene regarding a upgrade on my phone. The people treated me as a ghost. No one even said sir someone will be with you shortly. Just a cluster of employees doing tasks with no direction. Not the employees fault, this is just a poorly managed cell phone store.
Ive been a Verizon customer for quite some time now and the only reason I walk into this store specifically was for walk-in payments (which Im no longer doing) and to pick up online orders. If you need customer support for you Verizon device or are interested in switching to the network DO NOT come here. There service has been consistently slower and everytime I need to make a change in my plan theres always some sort of hassle or delay. Every other Verizon Ive been to including at The District and Spectrum Ive had zero problems with and generally can walk in and walk out in a reasonable amount of time relative to whatever it is I need to do. Here though, I have to clear my schedule.Tldr; go to a different Verizon store.

Verizon is a joke. I called twice to try and get a sales rep on the phone to ask if they have a pair of headphones on stock. No one answered my call i was on hold for 7 minutes first call. Then i called again, 5 minutes hold again so I said screw it. Everyone here is probably playing patty cake. Wonder how much $$ they lose a month due to having people on extendous holds.
Please avoid going to this store as they have a very bad customer service which is the opposite to the actual Verizon technical Wireless Carrier Service. I hope Verizon can start providing customer service training to them so that this can be a good place in the near future.

Staff is very under educated and trained on their upgrade programs and how they work. Contradict each other within a 15 minute phone conversation and act as though they do not have time for you.Very rude management, spoke to the guy and girl manager (Katie) on duty today Thursday September 13th. I will not visit this store ever and plan to shop around with my over $400 a month I pay them.

Horrible service. When I signed in I was told me there are two people ahead of me. After waiting a long time and noticing others who came in after me are being helped, I asked the guy at the front when is my turn and he said “You are next”. This happened one more time. When I stopped an employee helping a lady who had come in after me Katie the manager comes by looks at her table and says I am next in the list. I told her this customer came in after me and I watched her sign in. She get angry and says do you want me to get someone to help you or not. Read into it what you want, but no one at the store could explain why I was told I am next three times and still they continue helping people who came in after me.
Over the phone service was completely wrong. Mislead me into traveling to the store during rush hour when I was mistakenly lead to believe that a certain deal was permissible. I get to the store after being stuck in traffic for an hour only to find out that I wasted my time. Employees did not seem to care. Will never visit this store again.

Total liars! A friend of mine and I signed up with Verizon 6 months ago with truly unlimited data and hotspot off our iPhones and now it’s limited to 15 gigs on the hotspot. Argued with a guy in there that was incredibly disrespectful and called me a liar. It was so bad that I switched to T-Mobile. Don’t waste your money with Verizon. They are crooks!
As far as taking care of your issues or problems with your Verizon account they dont really care about helping you unless it results in a sale for them. After the sale you can forget about any promises made or offers mentioned. They sold me a buy one get 1 free samsung galaxy 7 edge and they never filled out the rebate that actually is required to send you a free gift card for the 2nd phone and I had to wait over 5 months instead of 1 to get my rebate. After this location promised me they would handle it and I would receive my gift card in several weeks. Avoid their sales tactics at all costs and be careful when doing business with this location.

If their was a zero star I would put that instead of one star.January 14, 2017.It was in October 17, 2016 that I decided to upgrade to a new cell phone provider. Why?? Well I had been with sprint for over 4 years and wanted to upgrade with the Service everyone claims Verizon has. I decided to terminate my lease with sprint to open two lines with Verizon. (BIGGEST MISTAKE).On October 17, 2016, I went to this store location, and was greeted and everything seemed great. I mean I was opening two lines and not returning anything or complaining about anything. Well it all went smooth, I didnt even get upset after realizing all my memory on my I-cloud was deleted and had lost all the pictures and only memories I had from my grandpa who had passed away recently.During this purchased, I traded in one phone. It was an I-phone 6, color gray with a 16 GB memory. The person who helped me advice me that it would be better for me to trade it in and that they would give me 300 dollars for it and the money would have been deducted on my monthly billing. I agree and thought it was a great idea. I explained to her how sometimes it was difficult when getting a good service connection at work and home. I work in Tustin and live in Irvine across from this store location.I opened one line for myself and another line for my mother who had metro PCS, which was great for her with the service. However, I thought it would be nice to surprise her and give her and early gift, surprisingly it only upset her, after noticing how bad the signal was. It was awful. After I notice the service wasnt what I expected (literary the same day) I decided to go back to the store and explain the problem to see what they could possibly do. Well they didnt help me at all, they put a ticket in and after that the tech never contacted me to explain what had happen. I was left wondering and thinking that I was being ignored. I went back to the store after I spoke to customer service and I asked for a signal booster, but they couldnt give it to me because they had to contact someone else to get the approval. It got to the point where I was just being ignored at the store.The day I decided to return my two phone lines and cancel my lease was probably the worst. I walk in the store with my bag from Verizon with the phones inside and did not get anyones help, it wasnt busy at all. Some employees were just sitting down on the computer or standing up looking at their little tablets. After waiting for almost 40 minutes and after seeing how they were helping other people that were just coming in my friend decided to get up and ask for help and not even then did they help me right away, they wanted to put me on a list and wait more. So at that time we were completely irritated and upset.I had to pay my restocking fees for the two phones and was told I would be getting a refund of 300 dollars from the trade in I did, and today marks about 3 months and havent receive anything. I have been calling customer service and even talking to the store manager and havent been helped at all.It was on Saturday 7 2017 that I spoke with customer service and went to the store and spoke with the manager Katie, she said the trade in department were suppose to mail me a check and that she wasnt sure why they didnt help me with that. Point is she hasnt reach out to me, she asked me to call her on Tuesday 10, and so I did and only to hear from an employee that she wasnt working, I asked the employee for the district managers number or email to contact them and he refuse as well as Katie did. This has been the worst customer service and experience Ive ever had, who would of known that by trying to get a better service was all going to turn this way. I didnt want to get to this point of writing a review, but I feel like anyone who is looking into switching to Verizon should know of their customer service.

I just had to exchange my accessories. And for that it was ok.But, the parking is difficult.
My phone broke, it was on warantee. I went in to have it replaced. They couldnt figure out why the new phone wasnt working and said for me to give it time. So I left with a not working phone. Called back a couple hours later to tell them it still didnt work, was then told they couldnt do anything and hung up on me.
The store manager was rude and unhelpful, but the associate who assisted me, Brian, was good.
The employees here are not interested in helping folks. They must not be compensated by account satisfaction or new accounts or sales, because I went in looking to buy and left wanting to switch carriers.

Over priced accessories. Eg. Ubeats here are $99.99 when I googled $50 online. Its just close nd didnt have time so came here but shouldve just waited till next weekend nd went to another location. Would recommemd different Verizon locations.
The staff dont have a lot of knowledge about the promotions. They dont give you the best offers and deals and dont explain what is the best plan for you.
