I just had to write to share my amazing experience with Flooring America of Orange County. I was skeptical at first after seeing the prices of the flooring, so I ordered samples, a lot of samples! Cost for samples was extremely reasonable and I received them quickly. I highly recommend doing this, because, as you can imagine the color online differs from the actual color. After deciding between many samples, we ordered 1100 square feet, and had it shipped to our hair salon. The material arrived within 4 days. Cost to have it shipped was extremely fair and I can’t say enough about the quality of the flooring. We were blown away by the flooring! It is absolutely beautiful. We can’t believe how much we saved. I would highly recommend ordering from Flooring America of Orange County.

The customer service is horrible. Ordered and paid in full on Tuesday for flooring that was to be delivered to my house On Friday. Delivery was to be free. Denise called to verify the materials were in stock. I schedule my contractor to start on Monday. Material was delivered to their show room on Saturday which is five minutes from my home. Pay my guy to pick up Monday morning, so much for free delivery, and the stair molding and t-molding are not there. These items were not delivered until Thursday, nine days after I ordered them. Had to pay more money to get my contractors back to finish the job. When I called supplier they informed me that these items were not ordered until Saturday. I was told by the owner that if I use their installers this would not have happen. This was my second job in eight months, spent over $8,000 in material and when I got mad and wanted the delivery credited they said no and pointed out that my getting upset was totally out of line.
