Don’t support this business buyer be aware!! I just completed a remodel purchasing all my interior materials from prosource. With this Covid world and the current construction delays my materials were over ordered. I tried to return the extras and willing to pay a restocking fee but were told there was a 30 day return policy which was not disclosed at the time of sale. I am now stuck with overage all in original packaging current materials.

I have really enjoyed working with Anita and Mari at Prosource. They are very knowledgeable and help give myself and my design team the support we need. They are friendly and professional with our clients and very good at helping with all the details.

Great experience

We made a big mistake in using ProSource for our new kitchen cabinets and counter-top. Problem after after problem. Poor customer service. We had to constantly call them for info, and never received callbacks or info unless we called them and pinned them down. Delay after delay. One cabinet arrived damaged, and instead of ordering a replacement right away, they waited 3 weeks, and now we wont get the replacement for another week, holding up the project. Knowing we were waiting on this, they did not inform us at all, I had to call them to find this out, of course. To make matters worse, we are not that happy with the cabinets, themselves. Lots of wasted space and unused areas. We should have had our contractors wood cabinet guy make them for us. We paid more at ProSource, thinking we would get a higher quality product in a timely fashion with great customer service, and we were wrong on all 3 areas.

Carol and Mari of ProSource helped my wife and I design our kitchen for our new house. Carol and Mari blew us away with their knowledge, skill, and taste. My wife, Sarah, has some tastes that are definitely different than the popular designs of the moment, but Carol was quick to figure out her style and make many intelligent suggestions that Sarah really appreciated and bought into. Certain things we thought we wanted to do Carol and Mari advised against based on their experience, things that we never would have guessed about because we havent designed thousands of kitchens and seen what works and what doesnt. They both made great suggestions about work flow based on our expectations of how wed use the kitchen--they addressed the kinds of issues that youd be complaining about for years if you got your design help from the big-box guys. But perhaps most surprisingly, they supported us on our project long after we placed our order, paid in full, and accepted delivery. Kitchen renovations are long and complex undertakings that only begin with the design. All renovations include their bumps, and they usually start to happen after the contractor starts installing the stuff you already bought. And when we had our bumps, Carol and Mari did whatever they could to help us out. For example, one thing went wrong with the installation of the farm house sink, Im not sure whose fault it was--if anyones--or if this was just one of those things. But the issue became who was going to fix it when it wasnt clear whose responsibility it should be. Was it my contractor, the custom sink maker (the sink was the one thing I didnt get from Prosource), or the cabinets? Of all the players, Carol took the lead and got me where I needed to get and be pleased with the result. Also, I comparison shopped a bit, and Prosources prices are competitive. Finally, Carol and Mari are great people and a delight to work with. I highly recommend them (and Prosource!)

As a interior designer I am so greatful for having Trade Partners that always go the extra mile. Carrie Rojas is my main contact in ordering product. Carrie, has worked with me for many years to orchestrate my projects and continues to help with processing all orders seamlessly. If you have been in the business long enough there are always bumps in the road but having the right team and contacts is what excells you to the next level and therefore I am greatful to my my Prosource team. Mari Yokota is also a wonderful kitchen designer that has worked with me along side my drawings to create beautiful kitchens and I am greatful to have her as my sounding board to work through projects and offer solutions. I can not tell you as a professional how valuable a resource they are. I also think it is important to remember ProSource is a Trade Partner and should a retail consumer encounter an issue it is the responsibility of the professional hired to address it not the trade partner.
