Decent array of choices to choose from but definitely more expensive than the competition. The customer service is great and staff is friendly but you can truly find lower prices elelsewhere.

If youre looking to buy something adequate that wont last a reasonable amount of time, this is the place to go. Their products are decent and the price is right. The guys on the sales floor are very helpful during your purchase. HOWEVER, there is basically no customer service with this company. Once the sale is final, if you have ANY issues, you no longer deal with the salesmen. Not only does customer service not answer their phones, they dont bother to return any phone calls. After trying to get hold of them for two weeks to answer a quick question, I have given up. Additionally, Installation of carpet is mediocre at best (which was what my question was about). Carpet was never installed properly - after two years, the carpet was buckled all over. Sorry, LA Carpet, but you will no longer get my business or that of anyone else in my neighborhood. Its worth it to deal with a company with integrity and pay a little bit more. You get what you pay for.Just to update my review from August: I actually received a response online from (I believe) Renee at LA Carpet. She asked that I send an email with additional information to customer service, which I did. It is now a month later and I have received absolutely NO response. Im not surprised - just extremely disappointed. Dont reach out to customers if theres not going to be any follow-through. Buyer beware...

This place definitely deserves 5 star review. The salesman was so incredibly helpful and found us a beautiful low price carpet for our stairs and second floor. He helped us to find the best padding to reduce the creaking noise of our floors.The insatller was very professional and friendly also. Don’t bother going anywhere else. We priced out other places, La carpet is less expensive and much better quality compare to others.

Prior to installation we informed the two installers we just had our staircase and wall repaired. We were advised to do this before the carpet was put in. Not only was significant damage done to our walls (more than minor/touch up) but the quality is not what we expected. There are pulls in multiple areas that look awful and cheap. The worst part is the installers left an extreme amount of carpet staples all over our floor. Our 2 year stepped on one that I had to painfully remove from his foot. Thankfully my newly crawling 8 month old didnt get one in her hands or mouth! The installers told me they forgot a broom when they arrived but I gave them mine right away to borrow. Obviously, it wasnt used. We excited to use LA Carpet and even paid more money because we thought we were getting better quality and customer care. We were 100% wrong. Please be cautious if you select this company for your home, especially if you have kids.

Perfect service, by far. Knowledgeable, friendly and a GREAT deal. They say expect the time it takes and the amount you budget to DOUBLE when working on your home. I was able to stay within budget and within my desired time frame because of LA Carpet. They helped me w/ Luxury Vinyl flooring, Carpet and Quartz Kitchen Countertops and Subway Tile. They even provided me with a swatch color for the grout! Great work. I dont feel upsold and I DO feel as if they have my best interest in mind. Kudos to Ash and the whole team!

LA Carpet Lake Forest has big customer service problems in my opinion. Their salesperson Ali, failed to honor a quote, but made us go through the entire process of ordering and paying a deposit. That is poor business practice, and in my opinion, a bit underhanded. They have a nice selection of carpet, but Im sure you could get that selection elsewhere with more professional customer service.

Good overall experience, Ali gave me a fair price, Adams laying of floor perfect. Will absolutely do business with them again.

Thank you for putting up with my insurance company difficulties for 6 months. Mory, our salesman, was very patient and helpful. I finally had the last step in my flooring journey completed last week and we love it!

Were GCs. The sales people are very friendly. The carpet and engineered hardwood prices were good. BUT.. they cant email bids and will only fax. Installers are a crap shoot. On one job they did a fantastic job. On the next, I ended up paying a fortune to have someone come and fix the problems. (bullnose on loft was too short, they didnt know how to do open stairs, carpet didnt have strip by the master slider, etc.) We would have done better having used a higher end flooring store, or finding our own installers. For homes without custom features Im sure theyre fine.
