4 years later I call Sean and ask him to do a repair on my floors and he came out that day and do the repairs! Excellent customer service.

Stay away. After agreeing and signing a contract, the carpet availability pushed out by a month, which messed up all my plans to move into a house. The only argument I heard was that it is not their fault but the manufacturer fault. Even if that was true, It is really bad. A business who has no control over their suppliers are not trustworthy. Don’t fall into the same trap and find someone else who can manage their business better and meet their commitment for schedule and pricing.
