0 star store,,,,,I bought a mascara few days ago, I am so very much disappointed, the girl who promised me, it is not a waterproof, easy to wash out... I told her, I look for a mascara, not waterproof, but, the one she told me to buy, that I can’t wash at all even used the eye makeup remover. The staff was Very dishonest, I wasted my $28 for something I never going to use not even second time...Don’t trust the stuffs, I will tell my friends never go the store again.

Best shop in town! I absolutely love their products and their customer service is exemplary. I cannot recommend them enough for all your beauty needs.If you havent already given them a try then you are missing out. I prefer them to Ulta any day. ^_^

I bought the hair clipper last night, and I did not realize that was sooo expensive!!! Three hair clipper cost 25.73$!!! It does not allow to return even I didn’t open and use it!! Horrible experience!

Got my hair cut here by Jennifer. She did a superb job! I basically just walked in and was still able to get my haircut just in time. I have thick long hair and she was able to thin it out a lot. At one point I had two people blow drying my hair. 4/5!

Very aesthetic beauty product store but the employees were none too friendly and I’m glad I ended up taking my business elsewhere.I was dining in the area and wanted to check out this place since they had a few products that I wanted to see the prices for. I was happy to see they had Etude House and a few other Korean skincare items, but found that they were far more expensive than other beauty stores in the area.Their face masks are also very expensive. Each are priced at $3 and up, which I normally wouldn’t consider to be a rip off had I been in Sephora, but for products that I know I could get for a cheaper price this is definitely an up sell.The employees only said a simple hello as they acknowledged me walking into the shop. They didn’t offer to help and were very engrossed in their conversation. It was to the point where I even felt intimidated to reach out because they wouldn’t stop talking to each other.I am disappointed by the cost of these products as well as their overall lack of interest in assisting their customers. Had I received a warmer, more welcoming gesture I would have been more encouraged to actually purchase some of their products.

Top korean store ever . the employees are friendly, helpful and they have many Korean stuff but so popular that many people in Korean use it ! I would highly recommend for who addicted to skincare and makeup like me !
