I’ve used these guys in the past to tint my 01’ e46 BMW, which I kept for years and had no issues that weren’t caused by either myself or a passenger. Today they serviced my VW Golf R. They keep it clean, courteous and humble. Would recommend for anyone looking at anything they might offer.

Very friendly staff! They helped me decide how dark to go on my windows and they did a superb job in doing them! I could not be more pleased. I dropped it off and had it back quicker then they thought. They went over instructions for cleaning and cost was less then I thought it was gunna be too! Id recommend them to anyone!

Went in to have my windows tinted on my car. Asked for 5% in the rear windows and 25% in the fronts with a 5% brow. Picked up my car and everything is tinted 25% with bubbles all the way around. Just a all around horrible job and experience. The guys answering the phones wouldnt answer questions clearly and were rude. I would not recommend this company for anything.

Well after a back and forth with the Better Business Bureau and Auto Toyz there has been no resolution. They bad part is Auto Toyz lied about everything. Stating they had no idea that there were issues with the install then why did I have to bring the car back and that I was not communicating with them. Well since the case is closed with the Better Business Bureau I am not done next step will be small claims which I will be going for more than a refund of my money. Thank you Auto Toyz.

Ask the guy for a part came back whit the wrong one the tried to tell me the part didnt exist. Then I said Ill show it to on my phone on your website. Then told me to get out. Rude never getting my business again. Edit I ask for a pioneer to jeep harness u brought the half of what I need lied to my face then told me they dont make it. I offered to show that in fact they do and you got upset. Wouldnt even consider your self to be wrong and wined like a child.

My husband and I bought a used 2016 Honda Odyssey this summer at Warehouse Auto. They recommended Auto Toyz for a remote starter installation. My husband took our vehicle down to Iowa City from Cedar Rapids and was in/out in less than 2 hours for the quoted price. They showed him how to use it, and he taught me how to use it this afternoon. Had a pretty basic deck and speakers installed several years ago by Auto Toyz and was happy with the results. Fast forward to now and tried two local shops (I live in Cedar Rapids) for my latest project out of convenience but was told by one it couldn’t be done, and after stopping in the second one, was never contacted again after saying they would have to do some research to figure out if it was possible. Decided to drive to Iowa City to give Auto Toyz another try and am very glad I did. Damon was extremely helpful and took the time to figure out that my project was in fact possible. He discussed different options with me and was great about me changing my mind on some of my decisions, including adding a custom sub box last minute. Grant did an awesome job on the custom install, and did a brief, but helpful tutorial upon delivery.Next time, I won’t bother trying another shop, I’ll just go straight to Auto Toyz!

Great customer service! I had my Viper remote start system installed by them in 2012. A part of one of my responders broke so I stopped in today to buy a replacement. I was told it was covered under warranty and it would be replaced at no charge. What a pleasant surprise.

They get the work done fairly quick, but they lack the quality of their work. Sharp edges when trimming the window tint. Ive had 3 vehicles done here. This last visit was the last time for me.

I could have probably saved some money on Amazon, but after picking his brain for 10-20 minutes and demoing the things they had there, I felt it was worth the extra money for the expertise and support.Even though Ive done plenty of car audio work in the past, I feel very confident about my purchase and the setup in my car now. They have amazing customer service. I had a remote start put in about 5 years ago and to this day they still replace my key fob batteries free of charge. They also just replaced my key fob for free due to technical malfunctioning of the fob. Love them!!

My remote starter was installed last October, technicians were very polite and patient explaining how it works and all the options.Not knowing if they provide any other auto services，I called them about nonfunctional heater this December。I were told they dont work on heater, but offered me to stop by checking if the heater problem was related to remote starter. When I got there, technicians are very friendly and did check promotely. Matter of fact, the technician explained to me, it was a loose cable which cause the heater problem, not related to the remote starter. They fixed problem without charge. Excellent place and honest people!

These guys are the best! I had a stereo, amp, and 2 12 subs installed about a year ago and they have been so helpful. I blew a fuse playing too loud among other things and they had me bring it in and fixed it for free. Also, their scheduling is so much easier than Best Buy. Whereas you may have to wait weeks for best buy to install your system, these guys had me in in about 2 days. Plus, their prices are unbeatable. I was going to pay over a grand for installation and parts with Best Buy, I only paid a little over $700 with these guys. Such a great deal and have never been happier with the installation process and quality of their work. Many thanks to them!

Very great people to deal with. I had a Avital Remote start installed on my 2007 Toyota Corolla. Took about 2 hours (like they told me it would) and I was talked through how to work the remote after installation. They solder their connections instead of wire taps. I would highly recommend them. WORST PLACE EVER! ZERO STARS, I decided to give this place another try after terrible service 4 years ago. NO change, they are still TERRIBLE. Tint job could have been done better by a 3 yr old child. It was not the % I asked for and it took them 5 1/2 hours to put tint on 2 doors and rear window...what a joke. SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT! TAKE YOUR CHANCES, you’ve been warned!

I have used them to install speakers in my truck several years ago and a remote starter this past christmas. They were busy so I couldnt get in right away but they do quality work and dont rip you off with prices or labor. I highly recommend them for your aftermarket auto needs.

One week tell me they tint on Saturday. Call back then tell me they no longer do it on Saturdays. I work M-F and I am not taking a whole day off just to have windows tinted. Lost my business.It’s my only car and over an hour away.

I went to Auto Toyz for an interlock breathalyzer instalation. Upon arrival, I was quickly greeted and treated with respect throughout the entire process. I called around to four other shops throughout the area and Auto Toyz was the least expensive and most professional on the phone. Chris and David were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job during the instalation process. Couldn’t have asked for a better expierenxe.

Very poor customer service. I drove 35 minutes to pick up a part from them. Got there 5 minutes before they close, but it was their old location. I called to get their new address and they said they wouldnt stay open for 5 extra minutes in order for me to pick up the part. Very disappointing service.
