Amazing customer service! Im only going to this Best Buy. I walked in and the guy in tvs spent over an hour helping me with different options for different things, that I could try to get my old TV to work or what the best TV for my budget. He was not pushing for anything, just put down my options. Ill drive the hour to go to this one over going to the one in greenwood! That Best Buy was horrible and I couldnt find anyone for help.

Best buy is OK but they didnt have what I was looking for. Sony TV 49 and a Yamaha Receiver.

They told me that since I wouldnt wear a mask that I wouldnt be afforded a sales rep. If theyre wearing a mask, what harm am I? Seemed like I was being punished, so wont be shopping there ever again.

Good service, product was available but very expensive

Worst possible service! While visiting the store ask for Geek Squad to come out to my house to assist with installing additional cable junction boxes. Monday received call and was told after explaining what was needed that Audio Visual evaluation wasnt necessary only needed Geek Squad guy to install additional connector. After long wait connected to Geek Squad on to be told that connecting the 10 TVs in my home was a big job. I said that was not necessary. They are already connected! They all work just need an adapter to add one more TV! An additional cable junction box. That person was clueless. Put supervisor on the phone who then told me I needed an electrician to run power to rooms for 10 TVs. Another clueless individual. Just not listening and not trained enough to understand the problem. Wasted enough of my time. Im calling a professional. Three years ago I had excellent service when they connected 9 TVs. Now just need to connect 1 more and its like trying to launch a rocket from North Korea! Three Stooges!

Closed before listed hours. Waste of a drive.
