Theyre pretty good, in my opinion.I actually knew better, but attempted to deal w the Beech Grove Walmart, but no. Their customer service sucks! I went to the 1 on 31 and was taken care of.

I appreciate the young lady in the electronics department. She rang me up back there in that area, and got me thru quickly. Thank you!!! Excellent customer service!!!💯👍👍

Always good place to shop. Stocker was friendly. Deli person not so much, but I still got my item so its ok. They dont have everything I needed, but most of it. Friendly greeter.

Its bad enough we have to scan out our own groceries, but now you cant forget to take a cart in with you! Because now those arent being brought in! I know finding help is hard these days cause no one wants to work, but fact is if Im doing all the work why dont I get a discount? Ive given up waiting on my W2! No cart and hands full = messed up icing on the cupcakes! Thanks Walmart for caring :(

Chaotic. Always crowded and staff is less than helpful. When they do it like we are there to bother them not them to help us. 😳😭

Staff was very helpful with directing customers to the correct location of the store to find items. With that being said they definitely need additional cashiers because they only had self checkout and 1 register open and the lines were down the middle aisles.

They constantly cancel our online orders and tell us that it’s unavailable but when we go to the store it’s available after a week of ordering it. They call us the day before our daughter’s birthday and tell us that the image machine is broken after I put this order in two ago. Walmart is not accountable for anything at any time and they can screw you over as much as they want. Report on yelp and w/ BBB.

Walmart is a good place for the daily grocery shopping but the one thing I always suffered with is that, whenever I go to Walmart I never find the Horizon milk. It is always out of stock.This place is good for those who love to do art and craft work you can find many things related to your art and craft work in reasonable price.

This place was pretty clean and organized and the self check moved quickly. Only needed assist from one staff member in electronics to purchase a phone item locked in case. He was very nice.

Store was very busy. Parking lot had a lot of carts in lot and some where even blocking parking spaces... Had some handicap spots were blocked. Store shelves was well stocked.

This Walmart is a mess half the time. There are usually about 2 lanes open and 25 people in each line. Then the one day I order curb side service, the app tells me my order was delayed. (It was for 3 items) I was supposed to pick it up at 10 am and it still wasnt ready at 3pm. So I tried calling the store. No one would answer. Tried every department. Literally no one would answer. So I had to drive there for her to tell me they werent even busy and she had no clue why my order said it was delayed. Told me I shouldve called. Acted like the whole thing was nothing. Havent had many positive experiences here.

I love Walmart one stop shopping the lines improved a lot so its not waiting in line like it was last month

I went to this Walmart for the last 10 years everything is always clean organized and usually in stock never had an issue with any rude employees curbside pickup is very quick all around great store to get anything you need for your car to camping to groceries

I needed a headlight for my car only to find it in a case. An employee said they cant open or sell them past a certain time. A very nice stranger pointed me towards an AutoZone that was still open.

Waited in line 20 minutes for them to tell me I had to get back in another line because they are closing that line.... they had workers everywhere. 5 girls in uniforms sitting there just standing around talking by the fitting rooms.... I wasted so much time trying to find what I needed... then waiting in line for them to say that i had to start all the way back over.

The cashier in aisle 14 was more then extensive rude. I work in customer service and get verbally accosted daily so I understand however if you become that hardened a break is definitely needed. She had no reason for the direspect towards me whatsoever.

Needs recovered in HBC. Makeup was a disaster!!! Need more human cashiers. Lines at checkout are crazy and situation is dangerous, putting lots of customers at risk. Get cashiers- get registers open- keep customers happy- improve average purchase- improve profitability- have a safe store that customers want to come back to again and again....

In all of Marion County just has to be one of the worst Walmarts it is a terrible place to go to and only benefit that it has his list of one out of all the Walmarts in the area that carries my dogs food beside from that I would not go there if I did not have to customer service is terrible to lay out its horrible dont even think about believing that it has anything in stock that you might see on their website those numbers are far from right and theres a lot I can say bad about this place but I dont have enough time theres so many other Walmarts in the area unless you need to get one very specific thing that they carry like my dog food that none of the other Walmarts in the area carry avoided at all costs oh and by the way dont even attempt to use the bathroom here if you do youll regret it oh they did have a neat little 10 therapy unit though that I havent seen on the show set any of the other Walmarts

This was the most adorable picture in the parking lot of Wal-Mart in Greenwood, Indiana. The store is always well stocked for the Christmas holiday.

The store is clean and well laid out. The lines however are usually busy and not dispersed well with workers. Management is friendly and handles problems with good customer service. However it is Walmart so keep that in mind.

Pretty crowded and difficult (almost impossible) to socially distance on a Saturday afternoon, but store was clean and employees not hard to find. Kinda annoyed with the Comcast dude pushing Xfinity Wi-Fi on shoppers, but whatever. People mostly masked properly, staff included. Wish they had self-scans at both ends of the store, but theyre only on the Market side. This store still has a dedicated clearance section, but dont bother trying to scan those items in the app for the price - youll have to find a staff member to scan it for you.

I originally gave this store a 5 star but on Valentine’s Day 2021 I took a really bad fall inside their store due to light blue substance that had been spilled on the floor and hurt both my legs very badly. The staff treated me very rudely and refused to call 911 until I insisted on them calling 911. I’m not a person to gain financial gain by faking a fall, I was in so much pain and crying and received no compassion what so ever. I can only hope since my incident that they have retrained their employees to treat any and all injuries with compassion and to immediately call 911.

Interesting place with quite a variety. Ill be back when in town and when I have more time to brouse. Got some nice rugs this trip.

Ive been getting very disappointed with Walmart it seems like when you go to an employee for help they really dont help you and its hard to get a mobile cart at the one on 31 Emerson and county line Walmart have plenty of complaints and it seems like the young people just dont really care I hate to have that bad review because I do like shopping at Walmart but they need to brush up on their services

You could find almost anything you need and if you go early in the AM, theres no crowd at all. Gotta love it.

Went to cash a check and waited over 30 minutes while the service lady argued with a customer. Another gentleman who worked there came to assist her for a second then walked away ignoring the long line of customers she had and then another lady was standing there doing nothing with at least 5 customers waiting. It’s always dirty and has the rudest staff.

They need to have more small shopping carts and hand carry baskets

Even though it was a long line they were friendly and tried to get us out as quick as possible and it was late at night

This walmart is the barely better than the one in Beech Grove. I will only come here if I absolutely have to! Find a different walmart

Store was actually clean, staff was helpful and everything was easy to find.

Everything I needed was pretty much cleaned out; cute sandals? Nope. Blue sneakers? Nope, but they do have pink. Swimsuit for girls and toddlers? Nope. Tank top for men? Nope. Swim vests? Nope.

Typical, WalMart... hoping the business will deep clean or renovate those awful restrooms. The money spent by consumers and overall profits made; it would be great for them to maintain the upkeep of business and building placed in our neighborhoods.

We were traveling and needed service on a battery issue. The staff went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Ive never had such a blessed time with a mechanic and fantastic caring staff.

Customer service desk could work on friendliness and less talk about drama while waiting on Customers, as well as greeters actually greeting and not on their phones with a few exceptions that are very friendly and Welcoming. I frequently shop here several times a week.

Walmart usually has great prices on the stuff you need for home. I just bought a home and I needed a lot of stuff. Very impressed. With their Mainstay products.

Family mobile phones straight up thief’s .. .. .. -10 recommendation.. “:•( Shut my phone services off and then tells me that it’s my phone’sbad ( they would shut the phone service off or the texting off back-and-forth that’s all I know for sure there’s nothing wrong with my phone ) .. my phone it was like new !!! Ect ect ect .. plus more problems.. Such as they wouldn’t give me the start date of my phone and I was having issues with the phone number that they gave me being attached to other people and the other people were wanting to add things to me that never happened insane CrazyNess !!!!!

The employees are rude the door was open I walked in they said that they are not taking customers on the inside and that we have to sit in the a drive-thru line and it was wrapped around the building because it is the slowest McDonalds Ive ever been to. And I think its the rudest McDonalds Ive ever been to I will not come back here

Tried to make a return here from an online purchase. Their system wasnt working, and we were told to come back another day and try again. Not the store clerks fault - just disappointed in the reliability of Walmarts systems

Good sized very standard Walmart super center, well stocked and decent selection of products. Store was fairly clean and bright.

No checkout people and extremely crowded. Waited 35 mins to return one item. Half the shelves bare. So, basically your average Wal-Mart.

They have decent products at a decent price I would have given them more stars but they dont have as much feed as a Rural King for Tractor Supply and you have to go almost to the back of the store to get most of the stuff you need thats why most of the time Ill pick smaller stores and pay a couple dollars extra just so it dont take me as long

Very rude near closing time. Multiple announcements that despite closing time posted as 11 pm, customers must be in line at 10:45 as registers will shut down at 11 and will not be turned back on. Have never experienced this at any other location.

Never been to Walmart. Im sa miejer gal but my mommy bought us groceries . Fruit was fresh selection was ok. Found a few items not at miejer. But overall Id still rather shop at miejer, especially with the gun violence at Walmart lately

Not happy with the pick up service today. They left out a ton of my items had me sitting for over 45 minutes. Them when I called they had an attitude as of I didnt know what I was talking about. Thank God the thing thats wasnt in my bags wasnt items I needed for dinner tonight. Now I gotta make another trip tomorrow to the store.

Not a fan of this Walmart location; dirty; people smoke right outside the entrance doors; the employees at customer service dont greet you or make eye contact; returns are difficult.

All of the front line managers called in today. They had 2 registers open. You could not buy cigarettes. Also an older lady refused to use a coupon I had. They could not call anyone from the phone at the service desk because it was broke. Three people to run the whole front of the store. Very very sad. I would not recommend anyone to go here. Employees are rude as well.

This walmart needs help. Im always experiencing long lines, and even longer wait times. Im disappointed how this is the only walmart in close proximity to my residence. I however consistently go out of my way to find another walmart. Walmart has to know this location is not performing well. Oh whale 🐋 I suppose Ill keep driving further for better service/ambience.

I like going here only problem is they are always busy to point it makes it hard to get shopping done BC your running into people, for most part they are clean well stocked have everything I need and want.

I normally enjoy shopping at Walmart, but this location is an absolute mess. There appeared to be plenty of employees walking around, however the womens clothing area looked like a tornado had hit it. Its a shame.

Never Enough cashiers with people standing in long lines at checkout. The place would be a lot nicer if the parents would control their children from playing with everything and dropping the stuff all over the floors!!!

Tonight I had to grab some children’s Tylenol. Unfortunately they will not let you in the doors 15 min before they close. It doesn’t matter if you only have one thing to get. Expect to be turned away 15 min before closing.

Everything you could want in a walmart. The womens restroom also had a child seat in the large stall so that was nice. My daughter doesnt need one vut she finds them entertaining to sit on.

We got a new battery operated smoke detector for our motor home. We replaced old because it was ten years old. They need to be replaced every 10 years.

They seem like they dont know how to package items to ship . Everytime something is token leaking or missing. 😡

Park by the auto service center and walk right in and out. Makes your shopping experience much more efficient. Also, they do not have the best CBD products, we do. Bought the wrong printer cartridge and gonna have to go back for a refund.
