Fair trade-in value and great selection of games for all gaming systems from Atari 2600 all the way up to the current generation of consoles. If you need an AC adapter, headset, controller, or other gaming peripherals, chances are they have what you need. They also have TVs, sound bars, security cams, tablets, DVDs, posters, snacks, toys, and more Im sure Im forgetting. The staff are knowledgeable about the items they sell and friendly on top of all that.

I will never purchase anything from disc replay they will never get my money.. I bought a used wii I spent 132 dollars at this store they wait till you pay and they ring you out to tell you that return policy is 30days but we only give you in store credit.. The wii does not work right you can’t even play the games you enjoy they take junk and resale it straight bullshit….

I wish can give no star because me and my boyfriend has gone to the us31 location all the time and they were honoring my military discount and they are saying that they only honor it on only movies/games/accessories. So when I call asking to get a hold of the corporate office to speak someone and that they said that they don’t have one because they arent “big enough to have one”. They person I spoke to didn’t even give me a name at all. I am very unhappy about this location.

They have a lot of games but they dont have game consoles not very many and I was in there for about 45 minutes and not one person would help me I even stood right in front of the window by the cash register but everybody just wants to sit and talk games and didnt pay any attention to me so I left

I went there today to sell a box full of old games, consoles, and accessories and was offered a fair price for the whole box. The staff was kind and provided great service. They also have a great selection of consoles, games for all systems, tons of accessories, and even some funko pops! I highly recommend this place, and will definitely be going back in the future!

Not helpful at all. Rushed down to sell my game for $25 (which is what I was quoted over the phone) to get offered $10 once I drive 20 minutes to get here

Great service any time I visit. Could use a bit more color in the store but I guess I don’t pay for the ambiance but for the great prices on games and blu rays :D ! I never bought posters from there, only a few times have I seen HP merchandise I wish they could carry more of that as well! Overall love most of the employees, affordable prices, just the store could use a little more living up (and more HP merch pleaseeee)

They always have movies on sale so thats good plus you can find cheaper prices on games for any system. They also sale accessories and posters. Plus they buy games, systems, and other stuff.

Ive generally had good experiences at this store however I bought a ps4 vr headset bundle and it did not come with the headphones and when I inquired about this, I was told that none of the other bundles on their shelves come with said headphones. If you check the internet, its clear that not all headphones are compatible with the headset and the ones that are compatible with the headset are designed specifically for the headset and are practically useless for any other device. This means that without going to another source to purchase a pair of headphones compatible with the headset I paid hundreds of dollars to not have access to a feature that I should otherwise be able to experience.

It might be worth it to donate it to goodwill cause they are stealing the deals

I love this place honestly have been going there since I was 8 years old never had a problem the entire time. Anytime anyone needs help they fully understand and take the time to help ya out.

I sell often, when we buy anything and watch or play it enough we bring it here and make back some of the money we spent. They Always give fair prices! Can’t wait for them to open back up so we can come back!They also have fair prices on consoles. When we buy a new console we go to disc replay! We always buy our controllers here also and have ever had an issue with the controller not working right. With the exception of wii controllers we buy them online but we resell them here and hey give a good price for them!

Its a good place to find old and current games and movies at a good price. However, this store keeps their inventory in a loose alphabetical order so it is difficult to find anything particular if they do have it at all. A good place for scavenger hunt enthusiast or browsers.

Huge selection but the kids blu rays are mixed in with the other ones and I prefer them to be easily identifiable. And then another star lost because the parking lot is a nightmare. Not their fault specifically but it does ding my overall desire to shop there.

Sat in line for about 45 minutes with a 2 boxes of games, consoles, and various electronics to sell. Only after I had all of this stuff out and ready to be appraised. Did they let me know they have a 3hr backlog on appraisals. It was kinda frustrating having been in their shop for almost an hour and basically was told to come back another day. It was super busy but Id have appreciated someone asking why I was there and letting me know the situation sooner so I didnt waste my time.

This is my favorite disc replay. Its a bigger store than on the Eastside, so it doesnt feel as crowded. I usually find what I want here.

I picked out a big pile of games out of the case, checking my game database to make sure I didnt buy duplicates and the guy helping me was super patient while I looked through them all. I usually always get good service at this South Indy location.

An amazing place! I’m very happy disc reply exist. As soon as you walk in you will see the amount of work they have put into this location. The staff are always so helpful and welcoming.You can find some pretty Iconic games and even systems. I’ve never had an issues with any of the games, systems, or Head sets I’ve gotten from here. I’m again glad this place exist and they do pay attention to the quality.I hope they continue to grow and keep the same excellent customer service.

I love Family Video, especially because I cant afford to go to the movies very often. Their new releases are extremely affordable to rent and they have a huge selection of other movies that I know and love. Staff is always extremely friendly, and this past visit was especially pleasant. The cashier was very kind and actually talked to us for a few minutes before leaving.

Had a lot of classic stuff new stuff and random stuff, it is a cool place.

Not the best place if you consider yourself a collector. Movies are great to get here, but video games can be a gamble, which they are aware of hence the policy they have of not being able to actually refund your money. They give store credit instead, because of course you’d want to spend more money there after already buying something that was messed up. Another thing is that they will print out their own labels for games and you can tell. They don’t really try to make them look legit, but they’ll still sell them for the same price as a legit one.

Used movies, games, consoles, etc. Will they always have what you want? No. Their supply is limited by what is brought to them by other individuals. Can you always find something to leave with? Yes.

Netflix took off That 70s Show and we still had 2 seasons left to watch. Luckily they had what we needed to finish off a show that never gets old no matter how many times we watch it.

Never seen a place that legitly ripps an xbox apart and says it.wont work then hands you some.nasty old.controller over a brand new one. Thats hillarious when you take in a brand new.controller that you cleaned off right before and took a picture.

Good catalog of games & movies and always good service

The customer service was very slow and they couldnt find a disc they had for sale out on the shelf. They had to clean the disc(s) before they gave them which seemed like they should have had that done before hand. We wont be coming back. It takes long enough to find a movie but to wait just as long to get rang up, thats silly.

Not really all that great, they have a slim selection and many repeat items. But if your into movies thats where they shine.

Selection seems to have went down lately

I took an old game system with cartridges and discs in to sell for my grandson. I was pleasantly surprised when instead of just offering some made up low-ball price, they carefully inspected the items and priced each one using a standardized database. They came up with a very fair offer and two options. One option was cash and the other a higher value in store credit. The staff was excellent. They were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. They also have a great selection of new and used games, systems and related products. I will recommend this store to my friends.

Always have enjoyed shopping Disc Replay HOWEVER if you have ANY sensitivity to fragrances DONT GO! I was in there 5 minutes maybe and had to leave because whatever air freshener they are using was giving me a migraine and bothering my eyes so much I couldnt see. Guess I wont shop there anymore

Staff never answered the phones. When I drove there I was offered minima help by staff. Not a positive experience.

Good selection. They seem to be changing their inventory around. Today however, (4/21/19) there was a very strong air freshener in the store that greets you upon entry. Also, the air conditioner was not in use, so it felt stuffy in the store. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Always enjoy going to this store, as its a great way to get DVDs, blu-ray, or even video games cheap, and theyve even expanded (a while back) to collectibles and phone accessories. Staff is usually friendly and/or helpful if need be, and even on their busiest days (like buy 2 get 6 free DVDs). Definitely intend to go back when Im able.

I really enjoy coming here from time to time to check out and see what rare gem of a game I might find, especially if its something that can help add to my collection without having to scavenge for it on Amazon. Always love coming here. Still have the old gaming consoles and games and controllers for sale. They are usually better priced on their regular games than next door at Gamestop. A lot of reviews are low stars because they offer you low trade in value . Duh. How do you think they make their money? They didnt force you to take their offer.

I took my son this evening, to look at Disc Replay. They had 50% off their DVD boxed sets. I bought him five boxed sets. The guy that checked us out was friendly. It was truly a great bargain.

This place has a great selection of many different used games and game systems that all seem to be in pretty good condition. They also have movies, Bluetooth speakers, phones, tablets, and things of that nature, also used but in great condition. They also seem to be pretty fair in their pricing and actually had a great sale that was going on when I went. Only downfall I experienced was the lengthy wait to purchase my items at checkout time. Dont know if they were just that busy or they didnt have enough employees because I was the only one in line to checkout.
