Highly recommend this location on East Washington Street! Very helpful and polite employees. They explained their available two-year extended warranty for my iPad purchase. This extra warranty is absolutely a great deal! There is available discounts if you sign up to be applied after so many purchases. I will definitely come back to shop for other items in their store!

This store amazes me with its selection sometimes - I went on Friday the 8th, and Saturday the 9th of October and found 4 plus Switch Games that are always unavailable unless buying online or from best buy.

So I’m sitting outside the store I call just to see if they have what I’m looking for it rings and rings nobody every answers the phone I hang up wait a few minutes call back they have taken the phone off the hook and u see why people start going to better places

When you buy so many of the DVDs or Blu-Rays you get some free and plus for the prices you cant beat them the knowledge over the game systems blew me away we most likely will be getting a Wii u the price that they have for those are the best around these guys are up front honest and well look up games and for as young as a gentleman that helped me was he did fabulous explaining some of the systems and his knowledge of the older games blew me away especially his knowledge of the pricing

This is not the biggest selection stopping. Out of this chain the Fort Wayne one or the Keystone one is better. As with stores like this though the selection fluctuates over time depending on the trades they’ve gotten. They’ve always had really fair prices. Their systems are starting to become overpriced though.

My family and I are on vacation (from NC). Disc Replay was recommended for POPS so we hit up two locations closest to our hotel. We liked those store so much, we decided to go to the other two on our way out. We just left the Washington St location and this is the first time we’ve walked out empty handed. We spotted many POPS we wanted and we asked the short dark haired girl if we could see some pops behind the ones in front. She said, “No, they get mixed around every week but we don’t take them down. Are you looking for a certain one.” Okay, were looking for many different ones as were collectors. You had a chance to sell at least 10 today. But due to her unwillingness to help, we left. If you want to sell product, you do what it takes to move it. Teach your employees at this location some customer service skills. Heading to the fourth location; hopefully it’s better.

It took a little time, understandably, to appraise the stuff that I have brought in wanting to sell. But the staff was friendly and seem to be pretty efficient about appraising what they wanted to keep and what they had no interest in. The quote I was given seemed fair. And I took it. They also have a gigantic selection of things to buy. Unfortunately, Im not really in the market anymore. However, they do also have used electronics that I could be interested in at some point later.

They got a good selection of new and old console games and systems.

Every time i sell anything here, the process is always quick. And i always get a fair price for my things. I also buy a lot of movies from here. Ive never had a bad DVD. I would highly recommend anyone who needs quick cash and old games or movies to go here.

Like two years ago this place was always a 5 star for me. Here lately the customer service has gone way downhill, two people working on a Saturday morning is ridiculous at your busiest time of the week. Also a few years ago if there was an item I wanted that you had I called ahead and always had you guys hold it. I guess thats not allowed anymore. Not going to drive 25 minutes just for the item to be sold before I get there. I probably will give you guys another chance but definitely havent been satisfied the last few visits.

Huge selection and decent service. Though, maybe the store could be expanded, and the staff need to make sure the games they put in the cases match the title printed on it, and that said games are thoroughly tested. Maybe create a position solely for quality control in-store?

Good place to find lost movies

I love this place they take all kinds of stuff not just games but other electronics to such as DVDs, mp3, bluetooth speakers and so much more. My last visit I had a combo of iteams and made $55 love this store when u need some extra cash.

Very affordable and they made sure to clean the disc before they let me purchase them. They also have a variety of electronics and merchandise such as movies,games,computers,game systems,phones,tablets,clothes,candy,drinks, and tvs. I recommend there rewards program if your a frequent shopper of electronics.

Thanks to Covid 19, I guess they figured ripping people at that time was a good idea. Bought a 2ds xl for what I thought was a reasonable price, by the time I figured out the top screen was broken, it was too late. Buyer beware, this place tips you off

Decent shop. They still get consistent retro games. Down side is the games are thrown In the case randomly, not alphabetically. Also, many games dont appear to even be generally cleaned.

Ive always had great service. Ive bought and sold a bunch to them over the years. They have a great selection. If something didnt work that I bought they were easy to work with and either fully refunded me or replaced it.

Love this store. Great place to get nostalgic for a decent price. Not to say that some things are not crazily priced but if they can get what they ask for it then do it. Movies, TV shows, games, electronic devices, consoles, pop figures, posters, and lots of other great stuff.

Best prices on games and DVDs, idk if I came on a lucky day but the line was non existent and the cashier lady was super quick. Find games I want for cheap and pretty much every DVD besides one elusive one, but they rock pretty much all around

It was great overall just a few games out of stock unfortunately. But other than that it was fantastic.

It was okay, except my brothers overpriced Pikachu amiibo that he spent 10 bucks on wasnt working. The guy told us it was compatible! The respite said no refunds and they will just give him a new one- if he had a legal state ID. How can a kid have an ID? Everything else worked perfectly fine.

Not the best option for selling anything.......service was slow due to only a couple of people working.....one of the associates was rude and none had a true time when sells would be complete.....I came in at 2:48 PM, in which the representative stated that it would take about 45 mins to an hour to check out my ps4....I left at 4:35 PM in which they still had not assisted me.....if youre looking to use this store to sell electronics, try another Disc Replay in the city, unless you have time to spareI recommend to the store that they have one or two dedicated employees working on appraisals to move the line faster
