Very vague on cost ask for partial payment before job was completed. TV went bad again in 3 days they did pick up and repair again. Costly repair for what seemed to be a simple switch replacement.

Took my 65 inch TCl in due to not having picture (very dark) they said led and something else needed to be replaced. Charged me $325 and it went out one week later same problem. It is not worth taking it to them.. save yourself time,money and disappointment

Really professional staff and very responsive when it came to questions about my TV. Literally had my tv fixed within 48 hours. Definitely would recommend for east and quick service .

Quick service. I didnt really compare prices so dont know if there are cheaper places. Time will tell about the quality of the work. So 4 stars for now.

I ask them to repair led and they said that some were broken but recommended all be replaced for $475 but I ask to just repair the broken ones and he said $375. Don’t even make sense the tv not even worth that amount. They are just in it to get the diagnosis fee and up charge the repair costs. I don’t recommend anyone to use them!!!!!! Bad Business

Took my projector and money and wouldnt follow up. claimed to lose my phone number but they wont follow up with me and i still do not have my projector.

Had an appointment anytime after 1:30 after talking to manager. Show up at 2. Nobody is there. Call the manager and he says he needs to call his worker but it should be about 5 minutes. Called the same guy on a different phone and he said nobody would be there until 3. This place is a joke. Take your business to CHARLIES!!!

Friday May 5, 2018 our 9 year old plasma tv stopped working.. We call this shop at 10am and had the owner here at 12 noon. He took the tv to his shop and by 6:30 pm same day it was hooked up and is working great! Also the tv was cleand and vacumed and looked like it just came our of the box for the first time.. The repair cost was excellent. We trust them and so should you..

Worse place ever. I brought in my 1300$ Sony TV to have them give me an estimate on how much they would charge me to replace a TCon board on my TV and they said 300$. I thought it was hilarious. A TCon board for my Sony TV is only 35$ and its not that difficult to replace. I just didnt have the time. The other thing was I paid 60$ to have them give me an estimate and when I asked what do you think is wrong with the TV all he could say is I dont know. How do you not know?Theyre a joke. The tvs they had in the front was tvs they had sitting in there for a year. Just to pretend like they do something useful.Seriously dont ever go here.
