Did online request for quote a few days ago and got a call same day and they were able to get someone out a few days later. David came out and was on time and very nice and okay with my dogs. He explained the company and the process well. The demonstration is what sold me though. He did a hear lamp test on different window samples to see how much heat gets thru and then on Champion windows. The difference was incredible. They were also running a 30 percent off special and an extra 10 percent for signing up today. At that moment I had already made up my mind. I will update once the work is complete.

Hannah was awesome!!! She was honest and explained everything regarding the process and quality of the windows. I didnt feel pressured or overwhelmed. I cant wait to have my new windows installed! The tech who came to do measurements was great as well.

Nice people and generally good work. Poor communication. I got one exterior door and 7 windows. My main issue is after they installed the door, the footing immediately sank and created a gap underneath. They came back to fix it next day (happy about that) but then it happened again a few days later and now they say they cant be out for a month and a half. Ive since tried calling to get instructions on how the elevate the adjustable part that, before installation, they said we could do ourselves. The times they answered they made promises to look into it and follow up and then never followed up. Ive called 8 or 9 times now and they started ignoring my calls and hanging up on me when all i want is for someone to send me a user manual so i dont have to freeze this winter. One of the biggest reasons we went with them is this adjustable bottom of the door and they cant even tell me how to use it. Im woefully regretting this purchase and the 15k it cost.Other issues along the way that could be considered red flags:Agent selling couldnt keep the order straight and i had to keep correcting him as we went along.The installation date got pushed back several times.When installing the windows they said they also had our door (early) and started dismantling our original door before realizing they had the wrong door in their truck.Didnt hear from them for weeks so I called to ask about the door and they said oh its ready and scheduled a new install date. Customer service will be all nice and accommodating on the phone but never fix anything or follow up.Im sure theres more but I think you get the point.

She was very knowledgeable about the product, and she was not pushy, which is why I chose to go with Champion windows instead of another company. I am very excited to have new energy-efficient windows in my home. Overall, very happy and confident with my decision to purchase from Champion.

Were going for a whole house window replacement as our windows are original to the house and a huge waste of energy. I shopped around with some competitors and wasnt impressed with their response, price, or presentation, but with Hannah we were impressed with all of those things, and more! Overall, we love the windows. They were installed years ago and have held up well. However, we had a repair appointment in April 2021 for 3 windows. Only one has been repaired, and weve been waiting 4 months for the others. Theres been no feedback from Champion regarding the status, and every phone call takes about 30 minutes of wait time. I called today and left another voicemail. Well see how long it takes to get back to us this time.Update: Im lowing this to one star. Multiple phone calls and promises that parts are on order and would take 10-12 weeks. Its now been 16 weeks. Please note that this is a month after Champion replied to my review to reach out (again, reached out multiple times with no resolution).Update #2: A repairman came out again on 10/21/21 with the wrong parts (that were SUPPOSED to have been ordered in April). This is the second time Champion has come with the wrong replacement sashes for these two windows. Its now been over 6 months. Hopefully they can still be repaired in this calendar year, but Im not hopeful. Ive been told theyll place a rush order again for the parts. Well see.

He was patient and answered all our questions, sharing information about Champion, their process, and their windows. He also quickly responded and amended our order after leaving when we found out our HOA required something different from our original plan. My wife and I purchased a 100yr old duplex with all original windows, which much to our dismay, were all painted/glued/sealed shut over the years. Not one of them would budge open, not to mention a percentage of them were broken. While we really wanted to find a way to keep the originals, it was simply unsafe nor energy efficient.My wife contracted Champion to come give an estimate for full replacement around the property. He was very patient, walked us through all the details, showed an example window and provided options on how we could keep some of the original wood look on the front to maintain some curb appeal. He then sat with us and walked through in great detail the pricing and subsequent discounts. While they were not the least expensive, we felt their reputation, quality of window, and lifetime warranty made them the best long-term value for our investment.Ill also plan to post an update after install.

Jamie Calhoun was professional from the moment we met him at our front door. He was very concerned with Covid-19 protocol. His three-season sunroom presentation was both informative and thorough. We did not feel pressured to purchase, and we noticed that he was actually listening to us. And he addressed ALL of our questions and concerns. We did end up purchasing a new three-season sunroom from him.

I guess since were being charged for our loan through greensky with them. But havent received our doors we ordered back in June 2021 now its September 30th. I guess Im gonna have to sue them. Cause this ridiculous and cant get anyone to talk too me. About them not fully installing windows which one of them already got cracked after 1 month.

I had quotes from 3 other companies and called Champion for a fourth. Hannah R was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I signed on the spot because I was blown away by the product offered and the price - great deal going on now! The financing options and ability to pay off early was greatly appreciated. 100% recommend Champion and feel secure that if anything happens that requires replacement - Champion will be there.Update to my Initial Review:Signed in April and I JUST signed the Certificate of Completion yesterday. Horrible experience. I was making payments on windows that they hadnt even measured for or installed yet. The windows themselves are great - love them. Solid product and if I had to, I would buy the windows again. The problem I had was the workmanship of the installation team. The installation was beyond substandard to the point they had to redo the trim/caulk/Jchannel on all 14 windows they had just installed. The install team admitted installing the wrong sized trim, stated they had retrieved the 2 screws they dropped down the garbage disposal (they did not and I discovered it the next day when I turned it on), left trash everywhere that I had to pick up (I stepped on a glass shard that embedded in my foot that they failed to clean up), and the caulking/trim job was appalling (see pictures of the install as they left it before I made them redo). I plan on hiring an independent handyman/contractor to fix the interior sill window issues as I am beyond frustrated and wanted them out of my house. The only positive to my experience was the clean up crew they sent out to fix the fiasco after I again pointed out the remaining issues that still needed to be addressed even after the first install team was finished. Dave (the one man crew who worked his butt off to fix it and make it right) was amazing. He fixed every single trim corner and attempted to make it right. Overall - the product is good - the workmanship and professional installation ... not good.Update #2 - September 23, 2021I had to continuously email them asking them to please finish the process and send the remaining balance to the lender we used to finance the windows. Why was it my responsibility to monitor this I wonder? So frustrated with Champion. However, the good news is twofold: 1. They finally JUST did their part of closing out the process and 2. I do love the windows. Like I stated above - Great product... but HORRIBLE customer service/communication/installation/follow up.

Fairly responsive when getting estimate but after waiting for 7+ weeks for our siding installation with no communication when I tried calling in to the Indianapolis office I wait on hold for 12 minutes only to be hung up on not once but twice!!!

Hannah was so much fun to talk to. Instantly felt comfortable and was able to really learn about the company and the windows!! She really showed the windows and differences between Champion windows vs. competitors. Very helpful.

I initially gave a 1 star review because I felt I was getting nowhere and not being heard by anyone. There was a complete lack of communication. I have to say things have changed and I am very please. Nate Long is amazing and has provided clear timeline. The quality of the work done by their crew has been beyond my expectations. I am waiting for the glass to go in. Truly worth the price for the product. Go with Nate if you can.

This is my second experience with Champion Windows. First experience was great. Second one....Ill never use them again. Ordered windows 9/20. They schedule a dirty and unqualified guy to measure who was a NCNS the first time, would only speak to my husband and then randomly showed up one day to measure. We finally got on their schedule to install when I called in December to get an update on my window. Scheduled Dec 23. Found out the guy measured wrong. Then install scheduled for 1/27 - canceled and rescheduled by them. Then install 2/1 canceled and rescheduled by them. 3 install dates cancelled, no windows and the district manager couldnt even offer up any kind of apology. James Calhoun can sell you the windows but Champion, so far, cant deliver. Buyer beware. They have proven that customer service is truly dead.

Had a $5,000 sliding glass door installed today and what we ordered is not what we received. First, Internal Blinds were paid for but not in the door delivered. Second, when taking the door off of their truck the installers shattered one of the door panels so we now have a door installed that has a piece of cardboard on one side.I’ve been in contact with the Sales Rep. whose first response when I notified him of the missing blinds was to say, “I’m sorry to hear that but that’s not my fault because they were on the order form”. Really?? Instead of saying, “I’m sorry to hear that and I will immediately follow up on this” his first reaction was to absolve himself and assign blame elsewhere. I wasn’t blaming you but take responsibility for your company.We’ll see how many weeks we have to live with the wrong door that has a piece of cardboard in it.Update:The company responded back to my Review and requested that I call them which I did. I had to leave a voicemail for someone who handles customer service issues, he called back the next day and said that he’d look into my door issue. Well, it’s been exactly one month since he said that he’d look into when my broken door would be replaced, I’ve called and left another message and still no return call back.I’ve reached out to the Sales Rep. and Installation Mgr. and no return call or text from them either.I wish that I could give Champion 0 stars because their service and the quality of their work is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.Run, run, run away from this company! I’ll never spend a dime on their products again and will discourage everyone I know, through verbal conversations and on social media, to never use them for anything!

Had my consultation after getting 2 previous quotes.. the price was competitive and Jaime made a heck of a sales presentation. Installation is set for approx 6 weeks out. Ill update during & after the installation. **Update Customer Service is terrible.. Ive been calling, emailing and filing service issues thru the website.. after spending $7 grand and not getting an answer is unacceptable. they still havent installed my storm door w pet door that was charged to my credit.. not getting an answer is unacceptable for that amount of money.. after talking to a VP and being updated, it is now almost 10 weeks and still no storm door or updates.. UPDATE: storm door was too be installed on 9/4.. the door was too large, so they either have incompetent installers or illiterate who cant read a tape measure. Was told the I would hear from someone after Labor day.. guess what.. I had to call and still no answer on when my storm door will be installed.. this mess is going on since June. It is unacceptable. I want a refund immediately instead of someone saying Ill email district manager and then response from anyone..

I called champion windows to get an estimate for new windows for my home. When the representative arrived he was professional. When I told him I was shopping other companies as well he more or less shutdown. He measured a few windows gave me a price and said if you go with champion windows we will get into details about our windows then. He was at my home for about 20 minutes. Is perspective customer is treated I imagine being a customer would be the same. If being honest and saying I am shopping around is a bad thing for champion windows then not to sure I would want to be a customer.

Great experience from start to finish, Adam was I time for the initial appointment, a snow storm hit the day of install but office staff was prompt to advise of pushing back a day, Greg was our project foreman he was very clear on expectations of his crew and what we as the homeowners would expect. From start to finish our experience was amazing. Our sales rep Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront with every detail. There was not a single unwelcomed surprise along the way. Joe was prompt with correspondence and amazing on follow through. The team that came out to do our install was phenomenal they were fast, but their work doesnt look like it. In one day (standard work hours) they removed and installed 9 new windows, included downsizing one and framing in the gap. Plus our home is very old and the frames were/are no where close to square. The team got the windows installed, there is not a single gap or awkward looking space left, they all open and close as they should, they look beautiful and not an ounce of cold air is coming in. I can not thank Jim and his crew enough for all their hard work and they even went above and beyond sealing off a few things they noticed were not right with the siding on my home. They were so customer focused, put down heavy duty canvas drop cloths as not to track, very polite and funny. It was a pleasure to have them here. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you need work done contact Joe at Champion - he will make sure you are well taken care of.

Bryce was our champion representative. He was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough when discussing all of our options. Their product during the demonstration was far superior to the competitors. We were dreading this whole process but he made it easy and was not pressuring at all. So far it’s been a good experience glad we chose Champion.

We love our new windows! They have made a big difference in the energy efficiency of our home not to mention minimized the sounds from outside. And not more wind whistling through the windows! We had a good experience from start to finish!

Love our room (we had a screened porch here before and loved it also). Two minor requests for support were both adjustments to the locks. Today Todd arrived on time and quickly adjusted the door so that the lock is again effective. Our only disappointment with this room is the cost to heat it which limits our use of it in the depths of winter - but overall we get much more use out of it and it has not lost the outdoor vibe we love when we open all the windows.

They performed 2 other major projects

My small sunroom has been a long, drawn out nightmare to get finished. I signed papers last August to start the project. It is now March 1, and although the room is finally built, it is still unusable. I have had to contact this company dozens of times to get the room done and now, to get it right. Continued problems with water leaks in the floors and walls have delayed us setting up and using the room even longer. This has been a miserable experience. I have been lied to delayed and now, just am paying for an empty space. I have delayed my review as long as possible. All of my friends and family are also aware that Champion is not a company to trust nor patronize.

Very disappointed in the service (or lack there of) that I received from Champion. We had the sales rep, Roland, come to our house to give us an estimate - he came, spent about 45 minutes measuring and going over options, gave us a verbal estimate and told us to expect the formal estimate via email. A week went by, no estimate. We reach out to Roland (which he apologized for not getting an email out), get a very unprofessional estimate emailed (just a number). We try to confirm what exactly is being quoted and receive a completely new number! Nearly double from the original estimate. After speaking with the manger, Tim, yet another rep was assigned to us. Still nearly double the original 2 estimates! Now we cant get Tim to call us back.... The one thing I am grateful for is that we didnt begin a project with them. I cannot imagine dealing with the unprofessionalism and lack of follow up in an actual purchase situation when we experienced such poor service just trying to get a quote. Very disappointed in this company. Wish we would have had the same positive experience that other reviewers seemed to have had.

Mike was amazing start to finish. The windows completely exceed our expectations and our landlords! The installation guys were extremely fast and had our entire house done in one day. Every interaction was kind and way beyond any other customer experience I have ever had. EXTREMELY impressed with everyone at this company!!!

We installed our three season porch sixteen years ago in our home In Martinsville, Indiana. Champion employees we’re very courteous and we enjoyed our porch though the years. The biggest problem we experienced were windows in the most direct sun lost there seals every couple of years replacing up to five windows at a time! When we sold our home July 2018 we ordered five replacement windows due to broken seals again before the new owners took ownership.

I love my new windows and patio door. The sales rep Roland listened to my wants and needs and offered suggestions and options that other company’s did not offer. The installation was an all day experience with 3 hard working men installing 7 windows and sliding glass patio door. They even cleaned up so well it was like they’d not even been here. The biggest plus for me was going from 6 windows to 3, one being a huge picture window allowing me to view deer and birds and even baby raccoons. Plus I’m not cold inside my house anymore even with this biting below zero temps!No breeze and can keep my heat on 70 not 75! Thank you Champion for making a happy customer.

Todd and Brad did an outstanding in making adjustments to my triple pane sliding patio door. They were very professional, respectful to my home during the rebuilding of the door and did an outstanding job in cleaning up. They definitely went above and beyond.

We purchased a home where the previous owners had some warranty work done on their windows before they left and a few windows were on backorder. So, we moved in and to our surprise we were notified that there were some window sashes that needed to be installed. While we did not actually purchase Champion windows ourselves we inherited our new champion windows. I have to start with my experience from beginning to end. I called once we received the letter and spoke with Samantha who was absolutely amazing. Seriously, she was super patient with me and really wanted to make sure we were completely happy with our windows and to make sure we received the warranty sashes that were on back order. Next, we had Brad and Todd who helped to actually install our beautiful windows. These guys really know their stuff and were pleasant to have in our home. You never know what you are going to get with some contractors but I have to say the next time I need windows- I will seriously consider champion in the future. What a great experience!

We had our Champion Windows put in many years ago and we still love them! Recently we had a window break and the service was exceptional, beginning with Samantha who took our information, to Brad & Todd who installed the replacement. I am so thankful we bought with Champion years ago instead of another window company. So many have come and gone and our warranty is still good!

I contracted with Champion for a 10 x12 Four Seasons sunroom, and small deck off the back of my house. Previously I had received 6 other quotes from different companies & independent contractors. None of which could offer the competitive price, quality of product, & quick timeframe to compete that Champion did.We were told it would take 8 to 10 weeks from start to completion. During the first 6-7 weeks we were in the process of getting HOA approval, and a permit for the project. During week 8 construction began. It took approximately 2 weeks to complete. Jim and Dan were friendly, professional, and worked productively each day until completion.Overall, the entire process went smoothly, and I love my new sunroom! I would definitely recommend Champion for your sunroom project.

One of the installers was rude,and the front storm door has still got a gap in the side where it closes, letting in cold air. Someone has been out, but cant fix it! Also he pulled of a a yellow label wadded it up and threw it on the porch!! Another I gave Joe Stroud a really good referral, but have yet to receive the reward. So can someone look into that!! I have an sunroom I purchased years ago from Champion . My neighbor liked mine and also purchased one. Bettie Peters

Service was great! Todd was good to work with it. He was efficient and fixed the issues we were having with our sliding patio door. The only unfortunate part was that this was our second handle that had to be installed due to hardware failure.

Call me, I would like to get my screen returned.

As always I was deciding between Champion and a few other vendors. The reason I went with Champion had a lot to do with my salesman Jamie. He ensured I knew the differences in Champions product vs the competitors and answered any questions I had. So far Im in the waiting process for my windows. Ill report back once they have been installed.

Wanted a quality front door with a great warranty. After an exhausted search we decided to go with Champion. The door is everything we asked for and the warranty is for life. Wish I could give 6 stars.

We love our sunroom built by Champion and service on adjustments and or repairs have been done well and in a timely manner. They have always been very polite and professional.

Just the best for us, thy show up before the time we stood around and watched and the best part was they were done before there arrival time and rebuilt part `of the bottom part of the bathroom window, and we still have 2 storm door,s and 10 windows to go!

Todd and Brad were very efficient and did a great job replacing a windowpane.

I called to get an estimate on replacing a few panels of siding that were blown off by wind. Said they would have to replace the WHOLE SIDE with their product. I promptly ended the call.
