I waited 4 or 5 months to write a review, ( I seldom write reviews) because it wanted it to be fair to the company and any potential customers that may be considering them.I needed a total replacement ( 16 ft door, tracking, opener, etc)They came out, gave me an exact estimate, which was VERY reasonable, scheduled it the following week. The tech was very professional, and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your garage door needs. VERY SATISFIED. Thanks to you all for your hard work

While the door took months to manufacture thanks to Covid and supply chain issues. The final product was well worth it. The installer was extremely detail oriented. Hoping it will be years before I need to have any repairs but when that day comes Ill be calling Garage Door Doctor.

I filled out a request from Garage Door Doctor to have my broken garage door springs replaced late Sunday around 5pm and got a quick response asking about my availability. I responded and received my choice of two openings on Monday Oct 18. I selected 1-4pm and got an immediate confirmation.My Tech called me at 12:30 and wanted to know if it was alright to come earlier than the appointment. I replied no worries, come on over.He inspected the complete opening and recommended I replace the cables in addition to the springs, which was a minor amount. I had him replace the door bottom and found out the last service company nailed the split door bottom in several places.I got an initial price which was very reasonable and got an additional discount for being a veteran. I have him the go ahead to start and he finished within the estimated time he gave me. We inspected the work and I found the door actually sealed properly because the door seal was properly installed and the door sealed better at the sides and bottom.Needless to say, I’m a retired mechanical engineer and very picky. So in summary I was impressed with the fast response to schedule on a weekend to meet my service needs, arrived on time and allowed an earlier appointment, performed the work on time and with outstanding results.I would not hesitate to recommend my Technician Ty Adams. He takes pride in his work and is a real asset to Garage Door Doctor.

They were great. Had a tech come out Saturday after the door broke Friday night. Quote was reasonable and they said they could have it done by the end of the week. Got a call Tuesday to schedule for Friday 1-3. Received notification at 12:45 that tech was on the way. They got there at 1 and were done quickly and their work was top notch.

Great install service this morning on a couple of replacement panels for the garage door at my rental. Chad was onsite very early and made quick work of the job. He shared a few helpful tips on painting the panels too.Overall, very happy with the company. Took a few follow up calls to get things moving but always spoke with helpful, courteous team members.

Keith and GDD were very courteous and professional. GDD responded to my quote request first thing and explained the timeline for making my diagnosis and repair. Keith was able to show up same day and was prepared to fix my problems. He did a complete safety check and determined critical parts failure of my old lift unit. Had many choices to choose a replacement and I am very impressed with the new Genie 4124 opener that he installed. Everything runs very smoothly now and it was taken care of so quickly in the same day!

I did not shop around and selected them based solely on reviews which turned out quite well. The price for both a well insulated garage door (not top of the line) and a new bluetooth opener with keypad was in line with prices shown in flyers by the two large area installers. The installer did a great job and took his time getting it in correctly--not a rushed job. Some time after he left I noticed the opener that was installed was not the one I selected. I called the office the next morning and they sent him back out that afternoon to put in the correct one. Turns out there was a mix up with another customer. Not a big deal and they corrected it straightaway. Would highly recommend!

Chad and Lewis did a fantastic job taking out the old doors, tracks and openers and installing the new ones. They picked up all of the scraps of plastic, styrofoam and cardboard leaving the garage nice and tidy.After they had gone, my husband came out to see the new doors. He noticed a snapping sound coming from the large door after it went up and down a few times. Brandon, the tech that came out to fix our issue fit me in at the end of his day. He had a great attitude and you could tell he took a lot of pride in his work and in his company. The pricing was great, I couldn’t believe how little it was compared to when we used overhead door a couple years ago. They are honest and fair. When the people that work for a company have that much pride you can tell that you’re with the right company.

Service technician ( Jaclyn Rickleman ) called 30 minutes prior to arriving. Arrived on time and got right to work after diagnosing problem. ( opener) removed old and installed new everything. Very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Programmed my car to open door and walked me through everything I needed to know about the opener. This is the second time I’ve used GDD and have had a knowledgeable and courteous technician both times. They will always have a repeat customer with me.

First of all, I was skeptical of all the excellent reviews. But, now I understand. I requested an online quote at 7:52am. The owner, Jeffrey responded by 7:55am. He said someone would be there today between 9am and 11am. Jaclyn called at 9:53am and showed up on time. She diagnosed the problem and replaced the spring, cables and opener by 1pm. Great customer service and fair pricing. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Mike, the installer, was great. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue with existing opener and didnt try to oversell a new opener. He was knowledgeable and fast in installing a new system and answered all my questions.

When I called, they were able to make it to my house that very weekend. Michael was our tech and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We were immediately comfortable with Michael, as he discussed the good and bad of our particular garage door situation. We were thrilled to hear we didnt need a full replacement. In the end, it took Michael about an hour or so to get everything fixed. We were also happy with the price, especially with the warranty provided. Highly recommend!

Very happy with new garage door and the installer who took time to tell me about maintenance required. They were slightly cheaper than another quote and the door had better R value. The only negative and it’s minor is the trim was nailed on and nail heads were not painted to match. Easy fix though. I would certainly recommend using Garage Door Doctor.

I was leaving my house for an appointment when I noticed the garage door did not close and was leaning heavily to one side. I called my appointment and cancelled. I called a service for an appointment with a Good name and rating, but they were politely telling me they couldnt get to me until the next day. So I called Garage Door Doctor and they said they would come out in an hour to three hours. Well, I got a call from Marcus. He said he was from Garage Door Doctor and that his first call ended quickly and that he could come out a little earlier. One hour later he was on the road to his lunch and my door was fixed. I met Tom, Project Manager, at the Suburban Indy Home & Outdoor Living Show. I wasn’t sure if I needed a new door or motor, but we were experiencing problems and a lot of noise with our old door. He suggested have his repair guy come first to assess the issue. Then if the repairmen felt a new door or motor was needed, the cost of the $59 repair service call would be applied towards the cost of a new motor or door. I appreciated this approach vs. just trying to sell me a big job right away. When it was determined a new door (but not motor) was needed, the repair man guided us to finding a door in stock, so we wouldn’t have to wait weeks for production lines to catch up. 5 days later we had a new door installed and were coached on how to care for and lubricate the door for the future and extend the door’s usefulness and quietness. Fair pricing, honest assessment of need without upwelling and an overall seamless experience!

My garage door was stuck open half way, so I couldn’t get my car out and I had to be at work at 8pm. Garage Door Doctor was able to schedule me the same day. The tech was suppose to come out between 3pm-6pm, but I called back to see if they had any times earlier and Tammy got me rescheduled from 1pm-4pm. It worked out great because the tech came out before 1pm, found the problem, and completed the repair. I’m even scheduled for a sales person to come out next week to see how much it would cost to replace my old door and they were even able to accommodate a time after I got off work. Thank you Garage Door Doctor for provided good quality service.I’m so pleased with the AWESOME service Garage Door Doctor has provided me I had to add on how prompt, professional, and knowledgeable the techs are. My garage door was installed today 3/26/2021 and I wasn’t present at the time. The tech assist my mother in law on how to set my pin. Well let’s say I needed to change the pin and they didn’t go so well. I called and spoke to Tammy and she had one of the techs Chris call me to walk me through resetting the pin and that didn’t go so well either. Chris came out and assist me. I truly appreciate the A 1 service I’ve received from these guys and I normally don’t post reviews.

The work was done fast and efficiently. The employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up getting getting everything replaced which was more than I was going to do but I couldnt pass up on the price. ( Price was too good to pass up!)If you need some work done on your garage, do not hesitate to give these guys a call!!Thank me later.
