On paper, the process was fantastic. Even the installers were some of the nicest guys you could fine. But, nice, does not cover workmanship. They even thought they were finished when we called the office to find out what was wrong.Lesson: Follow-up, no matter how, nice, they seem.

LOVE the new Patio Door. Since the house was built in 1984, the opening was non standard. The new door install was so clean it looks like an original install, not a renovation. We were able to match the color of the built in blinds with an accent color in the living room walls and the smooth glide is awesome. Installation took less than 3 hours. Couldnt be more happy with the entire experience.

The quality of the windows and door that we had installed is fantastic. The workers were very friendly and professional. They scheduled us for 2 days on the installation and it only took 1. We are beyond pleased with this company. Our sales rep Nick was fantastic. He was patient with us as we went back and forth about what we wanted to do and was very gracious when we asked for quotes comparing our various ideas.

I had an overall great experience with my French patio door replacement. My sales rep, Adam, did a great job on delivering the experience he promised, professional and responsive. My installer, Chris, did a quality and timely job on the install. It was a difficult door replacement to a 100 plus year old condo building that matches my neighbor’s units perfectly.

II started looking for windows over a year ago. I think I called every window company in Indianapolis. Wes was one of the few sales reps that didnt try to talk me out of what I wanted. Where do I even start? The absolute worst customer service and quality. Was told repeatedly, over the course of 9 months that Pella warehouses were backed up because of COVID. One door arrived months before the “matching door”. I never believed this. I do not think the original door order was ever placed.One door arrived in month 3. Had to wait another 3 months for the second door. Then another 2 months for an essential piece to install doors. Doors were not installed properly, because they were measured wrong. They do not fit flush. How the installer did not see this or point it out, just infuriates me. Not to mention, with Pella quality, one would expect it did not leave 2 warehouses without being inspected. Clearly, different colors and different grains.When I dragged my sales guy out, he tried to apologize..again. I demanded my original doors back and a refund on the down payment. And he really did not care that he lost a customer, a sale, commission and a bad review.Be very wary of dealing with this local dealer. The owner does not care either.

Im a local Indy Realtor and I rely heavily on my relationships with our chosen vendors. Adam has been very helpful in providing great customer service, swift response-time, and thoughtful follow-up. Adam and the team at Pella, really took care of us. From the quote process, to the comms throughout were top notch. The delivery and installation were fantastic; we barely noticed they were here. Our kids were at school and my wife and I both work from home we didnt even get bothered once! We were more curious about what was happening and would check on them. Adam will take care of you in a first class manner.

Everything went extremely well. Adam is a great sales rep who thoroughly presented everything we needed to know about the windows as well as installation, timetables, etc. Followup was prompt and accurate as was delivery. Installation was professional, neat, well explained and quick. Josh was very adept and worked well with James his helper who was in training. They both willingly even reinstalled window coverings for a small fee. We have currently ordered another window and have requested the same installation team and are working with Adam again. Great experience all around with Pella replacing an existing patio door with a glass slider. Process took about 6 weeks from the day we scheduled for the in home estimate. The closest appointment was about 2 weeks out and then the installation was scheduled for 4 weeks later.In home visit was professionally done with our rep wearing a mask and maintaining distance the entire time. He was thorough and took time to pay attention to what we needed instead of trying to sell us on something we didnt need.Installation was fantastic. The installer arrived on time and took good care of our home while he was here. He took all of the packaging and the old door with him, leaving us with nothing but a clean home and a beautiful new door. He even mopped up the floor in the work area when he was done.Could not recommend Pella more strongly. Their products are worth the investment and we expect to enjoy our new sliding door for years to come.

The final result left us with windows that were exactly what we expected and wanted. We will gladly use Pella again for any future projects.

Replaced patio door in August has an annoying noise while its opening and closing. Called Pella Windows costumer service its scheduled service in November. Its too late and a bad post-sale service.

Adam, our sales consultant and Jack, the installer, were easy to work with, responsive to our questions and knowledgeable. Adam was patient with all of our questions and provided multiple options in replacing our windows. Unlike other companies, we were not pressured to replace all of our windows but given the option of doing only the windows we felt were in need of work. Jack left the rooms he worked in cleaner than when he arrived. We would request him to do any work we will have in the future. We are happy with Pella’s work and will use them again.

I spent over $10,000 on 2 sets of sliding glass doors. I went to the showroom so I could actually see the product but the one that served my needs was not available to see in store. I trusted Pella to make a quality worry free product.A salesman came out to measure and order the doors. I waited 3 months to get them installed only to find the screen doors do not close properly to keep bugs out. My installer did a great job btw. I had to wait another 2 months to get a service call scheduled. The week before I find out they will be coming in the afternoon when I have a Dr appointment already scheduled. I immediately called to see if I could get a morning appointment. Nope, I have to reschedule for 2 months out again. It will be close to half a year before I can have bad manufacturing issue hopefully resolved. They have not guaranteed they can fix the issue. Having spent this kind of money, I had expected my salesman to come out to see the issue himself. He has not. Nor has he worked with the service department to get this corrected before the dead of winter when I dont want my doors opened letting my heat out. Im going to assume their service department is so busy because their products is defective. Dont waste your money here. I get better service with Home Depot.

The windows are beautiful. The sales person was very knowledgeable and offered different choices depending on what I wanted. The crew that installed was friendly and considerate and was able to complete the job ahead of schedule. Any questions or concerns I had were answered immediately and the sales person checked in at the job site to check on the progress and answer any questions I might have. I had 30 new windows installed. My sales person was Chad and the installer was Chris. These windows made a huge difference, making my house feel like new. I was shocked at how easy the installation was. It took two days and there was absolutely no mess and everything went great. I even decided there was no need to vacuum or dust directly after installation. I would definitely recommend them.

We really loved every aspect of our interaction with this company. We met with 3 other companies, and none were as comfortable to do business with. Our representative, Aaron, was incredibly helpful without ever pushing us. We felt confident about every step of the process. And even though we had a freak cold snap (16 degrees!) on the day of the installation, the crew did everything they could to make the day as smooth as possible. The technicians were efficient and thorough. The windows are GORGEOUS, and we can absolutely feel a difference in the temperature of the house. Were so thrilled with this company. I currently have Pella windows - they are good quality. However, I am replacing my siding and also replacing my windows. It would me so much easier to buy new Pelli windows to fit the existing rough openings. However, this place didn’t ever contact me after talking to 3 different people. So I had to go with Andersen. They must not need to sell 40k worth of windows

I had agreed to a deal with this company, cut them a check in full for the job--and then my own contract, which says no one will be allowed on my property who is not a citizen of the U. S. and speaks English (and signed by the salesman) crossed the desk of one of the higher ups. Sadly they decided they didnt want to do business with me.It was a lot of time wasted on both our parts. Obviously this company cannot assure me that they will not use illegal aliens for window installations and thats a shame because the Pella windows look really nice.

We moved into our home about 2 years ago. It’s an older home, but beautiful and in a great neighborhood. We plan to be here for a while so we knew putting some money in early on would be a must. Especially since the windows were original to the house. We called Pella and they sent Aaron out to talk with us. He spent a long time with us making sure we understood all of our options from product, to specific needs, to price. Not pushy either.The job started and finished on time. Installers were very respectful of our time and property. They communicated well with us the whole time. And they did a good job. The final walkthrough was good and any questions we had were answered. Aaron also called us everyday to make sure we were happy with everything, and even stopped by personally one day to check it out.The product is clearly top notch. Our house is now quiet and there is no breeze by our windows. After living in a house with 50 year old single pane windows for two years, you notice the difference immediately. Also has a great warranty and a dedicated team behind it.My only complaint would be that a painter has to schedule after installation to finish the job. This is just for the inside trim but I would still like to see it done without an extra step. However, the painter did call me the day of completion to schedule.5 stars. Love our new windows. Feels like the best investment we have made on our home so far.

Our house was built in 1978 and thankfully the builder used Pella Windows and Doors. Awhile back, it was time for us to remove a few and update. Our salesman, Adam Siddiqui spent time discussing our project and suggesting the necessary work. That was our first encounter and because it was completed so professionally, we knew when the time would come that we would again contact Adam. We did. And this was a far greater project as we needed to get all new sliding glass doors and had blinds installed (tired of curtains). We couldnt be happier. Delivery, Installation, Touch-Up painting and Service throughout the entire project...We are really pleased and would recommend their effort and work.

Two things stand out to me in my Pella experience. The first being the process prior to installation.I knew exactly who was coming to my home for the install plus all appropriate contact information of the installers and office personnel. This might not seem like much but many companies are not as detailed as Pella. I had the piece of mind going into install day that everything was covered and I knew who to call if there was an issue.The second would be the quality of the door and installation.Once install was finished we experienced negative temperatures where I live. The wind chill was at -35. The new door was a wind facing door. During this time I was very impressed that the door wasn’t cold to the touch at all on the inside. It was very well insulated.Overall the whole experience AND product was great. Would definitely buy another Pella door in the future.

We purchased an entire home full of windows and exterior doors over a period of roughly 8 years. The best thing about the experience, in my opinion, was the sales staff. They know theyre selling a superior product, so there are no long-winded explanations as to why their product is better than a competitors. There was also no pressure to purchase a product other than exactly what we wanted and needed. While they have many prefinished options, we wanted stain grade unfinished in order to match existing trim.... another reason to consider Pella.Secondly, their installers... they do incredible work. Our home had builder-grade vinyl windows with drywall returns. We were replacing them with double-hung sash windows that had enclosed blinds. The installers trimmed the windows with stain grade colonial casing that matched the door casing in our home, each miter is perfect. There are no gaps, non-uniform reveals, or warped pieces of trim, no cold air, and the exterior looks just as good as the interior.Finally, service... no product is perfect regardless of what a salesperson may assert. Weve had a few small issues, and these have always been addressed promptly and professionally. Peace of mind is priceless.

Poor customer service had to wait for my window for 3 weeks. After it came in didn’t receive a phone call had to call them. Went to pick it up the front desk lady was rude the guys in the back slow with no Organization at all.

Couldnt be happier! The sales guy (Wes) was a nice guy. He wasnt pushy and listened to what we wanted instead of just trying to up-sell us. He also didnt try any of the sales gimmicks (sale ending in 4 days) the other 2 companies tried. We said we wanted energy efficiency (old windows leaked like crazy) and cost was a factor. He didnt try to sell the ultra-efficient triple pane windows like you might expect. His first suggestion was to go with the 250 series.The windows he suggested have now been installed and we love them! The old windows were warping and creaked when opening. These slide smooth and quiet. The temperature in the house is a lot more even. Our second floor would be roasting hot while the first floor was a little cold. Now its barely noticeable. I was expecting the insulation to be better, but I wasnt expecting the noise difference. Shortly after the windows were installed, I found it was raining outside. I had been sitting inside with the curtains closed and didnt know it had been raining all morning. When my wife was getting a quote from Wes, my wife talked about the curtains over the back door. He mentioned they have a backdoor model with blinds built into them. We love that thing! It looks nice and we dont have to worry about the cats messing with them. I kind of wish we had paid the extra to have them on every window. Just didnt realize how nice of a feature that really is.The installation went smoothly. Chuck was a nice guy and was constantly professional. He always covered his shoes when in the house and made sure tarps covered anything close enough to get dust on it. We found that my old windows were oddly designed. Fortunately, Wes had ordered extra parts (J something or other). Not sure how he knew they were needed, but glad he knew what he was looking at. Another thing that really stood out about Chuck is the pride he takes in his work. The best example was that he didnt install a screen on my kitchen window. He saw that it had a dent in it. He could have installed it and I wouldnt have noticed for months, if ever. Instead, he said he wasnt going to install it and ordered a new one. We scheduled time for another guy to come out and install the replacement. It was just a good feeling with every step of this process. I couldnt be happier about this purchase.

From the moment Chad Murphy entered our home to discuss new windows till the last moment Chris Reed and his crew left our home, nothing but excellence!!No pushy sales tactics and no pressure to “buy now or else you won’t get the same price”! Chris and his crew were prompt in arrival, had excellent communication, left our home clean, and made sure we were pleased. The windows are gorgeous and well made.Our salesman, Chad, even came back out to the house to look over the finished job and review with us how they all worked/locked/etc. Bottom line, you get what you pay for and you will regret going with a quality company like Pella!!

First of all, the product is wonderful. Made well and functionally smooth. From my first contact to install to final stain touch up, our experience was very much stress free and professional. We had an explanation of the plan before they started, and they left no trace when done. All members of the Pella team arrived on time and started work with no delay on install days. We have dogs and that was a bit trying to keep them moving away from the action but the gentlemen were cognizant and considerate to make the job continue with no complications despite that fact. I absolutely would recommend Pella if you are considering purchasing windows.

We have purchased windows and doors from Pella at two different homes and have been very pleased with both the products and services. Chad Murphy has been our sales representative on all occasions and has always been very personable, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Chad has truly been a pleasure to work with.The installations have always gone as scheduled, and all the products were installed correctly the first time. Mark has installed doors for us on two occasions and has done a great job both times!The windows and doors themselves are of excellent quality and we have had no problems with any of them. On one occasion, I had to replace a door closer bracket (which was broken by our movers). Chad put me in touch with the parts department and I had the correct replacement part within a few days.We made the mistake some years ago of buying Pella windows from Lowes. What a mistake! We learned our lesson and wouldnt go anywhere else for windows or doors than Pella of Indianapolis. We highly recommend their products and services!

We have purchased Pella windows and doors on multiple occasions. Over the last 3 years we have purchased a front door, 2 sliding patio doors, two entrance doors and 7 casement windows. The purchases were made on three separate occasions over a 3 year period. Chad Murphy was our sales representative on each occasion. Chad was very helpful in deciding what windows and doors would fit our needs and our budget. We never felt pressured to buy. Pella also handled the installation for us. Pella’s installer, Mark, did a great job on every install. We have been very happy with our Pella windows and doors and with the service that Pella provides. When we first started shopping for windows and doors, we looked at different brands and met with different installation companies. We are glad we chose Pella. It’s hard to find a better made window or door. If we ever need windows or doors again, I know we will be calling Chad Murphy at Pella.

Aaron and team were great to work with. We are super happy with the product. The options and quotes were presented in a timely fashion. Allowed to make a quick decision and get our windows replaced before winter.

In our 3rd encounter with the Pella team we are just as pleased with the selection and installation of our windows as we were with the first. Being in an historic district with a house approaching its 100th birthday we had to have wood replacements which exactly matched what was being removed. Aaron helped us select just the right outside Craftsman color as well as the inside stain color to match the woodwork. To be honest, I was very worried about how all of this would work. Aaron gave me his cell number so I could could call if I had any concerns or questions. He even called me after the installation to check to be sure everything went as planned.The windows and other supplies were delivered on time and in great condition. On schedule, Mark came with his installation team of Derrick and Dave and quickly covered the floors where they would be walking and working. The installation went smoothly and efficiently. Everything was left in an orderly manner.The first thing we noticed was how much quieter the house was. As summer approached, we could now sit by the southern windows and not get roasted! I chose Pella without getting competitive quotes because I knew of their reputation for excellence in product and installation, and they lived up to my expectations. We had a great experience with our Pella window purchase and installation. Our salesman Adam was thorough and informative while explaining what was available for a replacement we were needing. He always returned our calls and took care of any concerns we had. Installation took a day, but the workers were on time and did a great job. Cleanup was minimal. We love our new window!

We spoke to Adam Siddiqui at Pella Windows of Carmel Indiana in the summer of 2018. We saw the need to replace windows in our 21 year old house. He met with Adam and he walked us through the options, took measurements, and presented us with a quote. We decided to hold off on the job and get a few additional quotes.Fast forward to the Spring of 2019. After receiving two additional quotes from lesser known companies, we decided that the value and reputation of going with Pella made more sense for our investment. We called Adam back after nearly a year and he picked up right where he left off. He met with us again, requoted every window in our house (21 in total, plus the front door). We signed the agreement and received no interest financing (for a year) for the project.Shortly after, Mike Allison contacted us to schedule the installation. Adam and Mike kept in touch throughout the process, letting us know what to expect. My biggest concern was how the interior would look from the replacement process since I thought that the drywall and window sill transitions might show a difference.The entire installation took two days with only two installers. The noise was kept to a minimum and I have to say, I could not notice a difference in any transitions.I would highly recommend calling Adam at Pella if you are considering replacing your windows. He did a great job with us and we feel confident that we made the right decision to go with Pella.

I met with Wes to discuss replacing my windows. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He also had some helpful design tips. I felt comfortable working with him and choosing to order my windows directly with Pella. I’ll update my review after the windows are installed.

Wes was so great. Came out a few months ago and quoted us but we couldn’t commit at the time but was so gracious and understanding. Called him again and went over everything and modified where needed. So very polite and knowledgeable. We’ve ordered 3 new doors, so excited!

Had two exterior doors installed. The experience was like a breath of fresh air. They came when they said they were going to come. They finished when they said they were going to finish and the doors look great. They were also able to not disturb the full wall wainscoting in my den though they had to deal with a bit of house settling. Would definitely reccommend!

Second door purchased for rental property. Estimate process is thorough so there are no surprises during install. Communication btwn ordering, delivery, and install was seamless.Door looks wonderful, huge improvement.

Great service in sales, service and parts! They repaired several existing windows in our house and were very reasonable with price. Also purchased a new window for a room edition. Some hardware was missing and there was a mixup with the screen (neither were a big deal). They personally dropped the parts off to me at my work. Will definitely recommend.

I had Pella replace a sliding glass door with an attached screen door with a French door system with a screen door that rolled up into the door system. The Pella installation team completed the job in 4 hours during a rainy day without getting one drop of water in the house. They were fantastic and it was a pleasure working with them. Hats off to a perfect installation.
