I brought in an old Sargent 1950s commercial lock that needed a thumbturn after being recommended by a locksmith to go to CIH. I was not disappointed. They had competent and friendly staff that knew exactly what I needed, and it was an amazing price. Ill be back again.

Does not return orders within the time frame provided. Been over a month now and have not yet gotten my refund. Super ridiculous! Called multiple times, left multiple voicemails and went to the store in person and no one cared to even do anything. It’s not like I kept the item to myself. I returned it and got a receipt for the return. Now, where is my money? This is a scam! Never shopping here again. I do not recommend this place to anyone, stay away!

Nice people to deal with

I have bee trying for over a month to obtain a simple IP address for a access control system installed by CIH so I can program some key fobs. For some reason this is an unreasonable request.

Ordered a replacement entry door and the guy came out and measured it and did a excellent job the new door fit right in with no problems at the old rusty door got thrown away
