Brought in my PS4 to get a new hard drive installed and have the system software downloaded. Only took them about 20 minutes, everything works great on it now where before I couldnt even play. Great place would bring my consoles back if anything happened to them.

Soo my son knocked my PS5 down off the stand and broke the HDMI Port. Called 3 different places before contacting them and got the best price and only took one day to fix. After receiving my PS5 bacc it seemed to be fix. Although once I tried to play a game my fan would run loud and system would turn off. Called this store back and told them what was going on and told me to bring it in and they will take care of it. Took it back in and they fixed the issue free of charge. Now my system is running great and been on for about 3days straight without turning it off. Now my system is runnng with no issues defiently a good place to go if you have any problems communications skills is great and couldnt ask for a better experience.

This place is awesome! My iphone 6s charging port was not working and I wanted to find a place to repair it so I wouldnt have to buy a new one. They took my phone in the back and within 5 minutes handed it back to me fixed and charging perfectly. I hadnt realized this, but all the charging port needed was a cleaning . The most amazing part is he didnt even charge me anything to do the cleaning! Amazing service and honesty! I will definitely be returning here for my future electronics repairs!

I have and xbox one x and my retimer chip fried up, I called GW (this place) they said they can fix it took it to the store dropped it off and i was told that it was an easy fix. Was given and estimated date, did not get it on that date but when j called and asked about it, the guy told me he has another xbox giving trouble he was nice and professional about it I told him I was not trying to pressure him for it and he said its OK you can call when ever its not a problem. All I sad was thank you and let me know when it would be ready. Two days later get a call back jt was ready and went pick jt up. Took it home plugged it in. So far no proble.s at all working like it was in the first place

I’m really pleased with this place! My son dropped his Nintendo switch and I thought the USB port was bad. That would have been a 100$ fix. They called me back 30 mins later and told me the battery had just came disconnected and it wouldn’t cost me anything. I will definitely go here if I need any electronic repairs done in the future.

This was the second place I took my broken Nintendo switch after the first place failed to fix it. Ed was able to get it back to new condition in just a couple days. I’ll be returning with any and all broken electronics.

Called and called and called around to see if anyone could fix my PS4 pro. No one could fix it, not Best Buy not anyone. I googled what I thought was my issue and it was called “The white ring of death” I assume all PlayStation owners run into this issue at one point in time. So I just did my research and fell upon Global Wireless. Wow!! Not only did they fix my issue, but for a well below price as let’s say Sony or Best Buy’s price. Got it fixed in less than a hour and a half. Ed knows what’s doing seriously. I was just impressed by how fast he got the job done and how knowledgeable he was. Went to get my iPhone broken glass fixed. Picked up my phone and the glass was fixed, but the phone itself was messed up. The side at the top was not aligned properly and was sticking out. It was not like that when I dropped the phone off and I mentioned to the guy and he denied damaging my phone and said I must have dropped it. I know my phone was NOT damaged when I took it in. My advice to you. If you take your phone to them for repairs you better take a before picture. Bad business my brother. Bad business!!

My phone died before the battery ran out and it wouldn’t turn back on or charge or anything. I brought it to Global Wireless Repair and Ed diagnosed the problem right away. Had my iPhone X repaired - front and back glass replaced for $220 total. No appointment needed, only took about two hours. Staff were very friendly and did a good job with the repairs.

Ed hooked me up with a really affordable fix, and when my phone was having some problems afterwards, he took it back, fixed everything, even using his own parts, and didn’t charge me at a dime. Great service and honest enough to make things right for their customers! I’ll go back for sure in the future!

PS4 hdmi port was broken. Came in and got it back the next day. Even threw me an extra hdmi cord for free. Great fast and friendly service and you can tell the guy Ed knows what he’s doing. Definitely will be coming back and would highly recommend to other people very inexpensive too.

This was by far my worst experience at an electronics store. I dropped off my Xbox and was told I’d receive a call by the end of the day and never did. I called 3 days in a row and each time he said he was “just now looking at it.” I gave up and waited over a week before calling again to which he told me it was fixed and he wanted over half the price of the Xbox itself for replacing a $10 part. When called on it he kept twisting his story. He had told me there was no water damage found over the phone and then said the price was because of the water damage. How does that add up? Overall very unprofessional service and very terrible business skills. My advice go somewhere that can do the exact same thing with a much better price and definitely better customer service. If you’d like to be taken advantage of then this would be the place.

Took PS4 in for HDMI port replacement. Staff was very courtious and professional. They finished the job within a day. Most cell phone shops dont even do the repair and if they do you have to wait a week for the part to come in. I recommend and will return in the future for any electronic needs.
