Didnt even make it into store without hostility. I guess the woman outside the store wanted to assist me while on her phone. Were they closing? Was there not am employee in the store? They were not closing and there was an employee in the store. Attitude and tone quickly escalated as the woman rushed into store. Confusing and unprofessional. Not only didnt she seem to not mind me taking my budget elsewhere, she wanted me too. Great doing business.

Had a great experience at this location! Made an appointment ahead of time and was helped right away. Victor was great! Was able to quickly identify what I needed and set it up quickly for me! In and out in 10 minutes! Thank you Victor!

Ian soo dory for not doing this sooner around the 4TH of this Month I had to go to the store to get my Iphone turned on I had rec’d the week before had just changed Companies a little bit frustrated also have a landline which was not working for 2 days I never knew the store before I had read reviews which one was very negative that gave me pause But as soon as I walked in the store I was greeted I the most warm way his name is Victor This Young man outdid himself he was warm courteous patient answered my questions thoroughly & respectfully He never gave me any feeling he was tired of me and wanted to stop at any point Thank you Victor for your Kindness & Gentle Manner Bless your Mom Dad or both and above all God

Shae that waited on me was great. The 2 people (managers) she went to get acted like they were being bothered.. not personable. I do hair down the street from this store and deal with customers. If I treated my clients like that they wouldnt come back. The kiosk would not take cash.. big inconvenience!! I normally deal with ur TCC stores and will continue to deal with them. I will tell people to avoid ur Mass Ave store..

Curbside pickup was on time and polite!

I went in about a week and a half ago when my phone stopped working well. They easily set up my replacement phone, and had it sent to my house. Got the phone, and took it back to have them transfer a few files from my previous phone. I also got a deal on screen protectors, phone case, and a portable charger. Great group of people working there. They were all knowledgeable and very efficient in getting my new phone set up.

Love that we switched to Verizon they have been amazing after 30 years with our former carrier which was Sprint.We had issues with the former carrier with dropped calls all the time, lack of service in areas we travel to frequently, and in 30 years they never once offered us a free phone.Since we switched our business account to Verizon we have not had any of these issues. They offered us 7 Free New Samsung S7s at the time 2 years ago. They have been amazing!!I have to give a shout out to Michael Adams the now assistant manager at the Massachusetts Ave Store in Indianapolis he has been totally hands on with helping me with our account from day 1 when we switched. The store manager Brennen Byrd has been amazing as well. He is always ready to help when I have questions or Mike is not available.I would refer anyone to Verizon and I have sent my friends who were looking for new phone carriers over to them!!!1 drawback is I wish they offered a better pricing plan for business accounts. As we have 7 phones and the bill is pretty pricey!!! They need an option to pay for the phones upfront and still get the discount on them instead of them being added to the plan for 2 years. In our business it is seasonal and best to pay things during the busy season and then during the winter months have a lower bill which is just the service plans.

Excellent experience with staff, Evan and Tyler, at this location. Wed had a bad experience at another Verizon retail store so I was wary. But both Evan and Tyler went out of their way to be patiently helpful as I switched providers and had to port over three lines. Glad I found them.

Stopped in the Sunday before Christmas to activate two Christmas gifts. Victor was a great help getting everything transferred. I was in a time crunch and he quickly made sure the phones were ready to go and answered all of my questions!

Service is great. Manager is definitely an asset to company. Switched account to business and added lines. The only problem we had was the wait . The manager and sells rep tried to reach business rep for 3 hours to get coupon. The manager was very apologetic for our long wait but it was not her fault. Business reps need to be available!!!

Dont waste your time verizon wireless is no good

EVAN helped me with my new phone on a Thursday nite just before the store was closing and he carefully and patiently walked me thru the entire process ... and didnt rush... Customer Service is a big deal for me ... and he nailed it!Then I needed to return the following week because my sons phone on my account stopped working and Evan was away but VICTOR was there to help me find an affordable smart phone that my picky teenager would LOVE and my wallet would too ... again GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ... VICTOR saved the day for my teenager and more importantly my budget. I would recommend this store and these representatives ANY DAY

One of the reviews here states it’s a retail store only and they won’t help with phone or account issues.. this is false. This location is corporate store. Went in with an issue on my iPhone and the employees were all very helpful and professional. Great customer service and location.

Customer service was fine at the store. They were friendly and got to us quickly. The problem is that an employees assumption has cost me 8-10 hours of phone calls and $74 in excess charges. Will not return or continue to do business with Verizon.

Parking in front of Verizon store is a nightmare, one vehicle taking 2 spots in multiple places. The last few visits have been extremely pleasant. I appreciate the great service and they always answer my silly questions without making me feel dumb.

Bought a phone, as soon as I turned it on I started getting spam txt, Verizon can’t do anything about it and they want to sell you a $3 a month spam filter that “might” help. Buyer beware!Owners response did nothing to fix my problem with my number, never made any attempt to contact or offerer in any way any kind of help that wouldn’t cost me additional money!

Well manager pushes phones that are way out of date. Some of his employees have more knowledge about the phones and promotions
