I am always taken care of in a professional but friendly way. The work is done well and I feel I can trust the opinions of the mechanics and customer service providers. I like that they list all things they can do, should do and need to do, but kindly allow you to make those decisions without disdain over your decision. I never have to wait longer than seems necessary which is pretty nice if you are waiting.
NEVER purchase a vehicle from Beck Toyota. I came in to purchase a car that was just listed on the Beck website and on Cars.com. Upon arriving, the salesman notified me that the information on the website was wrong, despite the fact that the car was parked directly in front of the main building, the car description including color, VIN number, miles, and Carfax were all correct. The only apparent mistake was the listed price. They refused to sell me the vehicle for the advertised price, and stated the actual price as $5,000 more than what was listed. The used car manager blamed the mistake on the computer system and a third party that posts their cars and proceeded to speak down to me about how the car market works and why he could not sell me the car for the listed price. He did not even offer an apology. I then offered to purchase the car for the trade in value they received or fair market value but he refused to do that. I find this absolutely unacceptable and fraudulent at the least. Regardless of the so-called disclaimer in fine print on the Beck website, the listing constitutes an offer, which should be honored. It does not matter if a third party lists their cars, Beck should have taken responsibility for the mistake and made it right. My entire family has always purchased their vehicles from Beck and I was hoping to as well. I had always regarded Beck as a family run, honest dealership. This situation and the way it was handled has destroyed my trust and opinion of the business. I am not sure when Beck began using shady bait and switch tactics but they lost me and my entire family as lifelong customers. I urge all consumers to look elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.

I called the service dept. Tuesday early morning, got Melissa on the phone. She was very friendly and helpful and was able to squeeze my companys vehicle in for service that morning. Entire experience was seamless and the service was excellent. My office is in Carmel but I am in Greenwood several times a month, will highly consider returning given the experience I had. Melissa was professional and cordial throughout and the service was completed in a couple of hours. All in all they knocked it out of the park. Would recommend to anyone.

Everyone is friendly, professional, no high pressured sales tactics, no fake this needs to be replaced recommendations (like I experienced elsewhere). Easy to deal with. This is the only place we will take our Toyota for service going forward.

He showed great patience and positive enthusiasm showing the ins and outs of a technology rich 2018 Highlander. Would have like a little more for the trade-in (but what they offered was not unreasonable). More importantly, the price was right for the Highlander. Anyways, Beck Toyota and all the staff that we met today get 5 stars!
Took our Toyota in for her first free scheduled checkup. Customer service in the service lane was the best I have ever experienced. Felt good knowing this was the group we were leaving the car with.
Prompt greeting, service was ready to take my vehicle, estimate was given. Waiting are was comfortable, coffee and water was provided. Wait estimate was accurate. Work was completed as requested.
We were NOT going to buy a car today. We had just started looking for a van or minivan. The lot only had 1 van. We didnt walk the lot. We just decided to go in. We were greeted before the door closed. We were told that someone would be with us shortly. That person was Cameron Tracy. We could tell that he was still learning the steps and the selling process. If he didnt know the answer, he would ask someone else and get back with us very quickly. We went on a test drive. We liked the car. After we got back to the lot, Cameron gave us time to talk in the van. Absolutely no pressure. Like I said, we werent going to buy anything today. We talked and decided to see the numbers. Cameron was very patient with us as we were talking different numbers with him and asking him more questions. If he didnt know the answer, he would find the answer and let us know. This was very quick...only a few minutes to wait. Still no pressure to buy. We liked the numbers Cameron came back with us at. We decided to move forward. We signed the paperwork and it was time to go to the cashier. Jenny stayed after hours to make sure we were able to make our down payment. Even seeing my large water bottle, she offered us something to drink before we left her to go to financing. Now, we are talking with Derek Kemmerlin. He was VERY knowledgeable about the finances and the numbers. He even found us ways to save money. He showed us all of our warranty options. Again, no pressure. We found one that we liked and he was able to save us more money on it, so it was closer to our budget. While this was happening, our new van was being cleaned, washed, and filled up. We hadnt planned on purchasing today. After financing, Cameron took us to our car we came in with. He was with us as we were cleaning it out, after hours. We drove off the lot with a new car. Nervous, we started to get a better feel for the car. By the time we were home, we had big smiles on our faces. Thank you so much to Cameron, Jenny, and Derek for a very easy process that didnt pressure us to buy or feel that this was our only chance. We have not owned a Toyota before, but are now excited for where our new van will take us.
Decided to stop by the dealership to take a look at one of the new highlanders. Dealership was not open so I thought I could just take a quick look inside the vehicle. Was approached by a salesman he asked us if we where just looking my husband and I said we would like to buy and we have been looking at the chevy traverse and the Arcadia, to which the salesman chimed in I bet these are more expensive.... Toyota is always more expensive..... So because I had my outdoor clothes on and I had been working outside he assumed I was too poor I asked him some more questions and he was not very informative. I told him I would like to schedule a test drive... ya thats not happening. With the shortage of cars in the lot you would think you would want to sell one. Well if I do come back to buy that car I wont be buying if from that guy! Ya know you shouldnt profile people.

I paid cash for a used Toyota Tundra crewmax TRD SR5. It only had 17k miles plus full Toyota certification and extended warranty. As i was doing my fist oil change I noticed an oil leak coming from the bottom of the engine block. The bottom of the engine was covered with oil as well as the lower engine guard. I took it back to Beck to get it checked out. After waiting over three hrs the service department classified the leak as a seep and therefore stated that it wasnt covered under the warranty nor the certified toyota coverage which I purchased with the vehicle. Needless to sayI was beyond upset after spending over 40k cash on a truck from their very own lot.. So I called corporatethen took it to another Toyota certified shop to get a second opinion. The second shop not only classified it as a leak but a bad one and warranted it. Restoring my faith with the Toyota brand name.. NEITHER I OR ANYONE IN MY FAMILY WILL EVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT BECK TOYOTA!.I hope this brings awareness to any future buyers.

Trent Purdue was the certified used car sales rep that helped me. While I did not make a purchase, Ive had family members who have and we both had great service. Trent went out of his way to pull additional quotes he didnt have direct access to, get a small dent removed from a car I was interest in (despite not making a purchase), and showed genuine empathy.4/5 stars with the only remaining star not being included because test drives had to be supervised and I was told a route to take. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car.

I cant speak for buying a car here, but the service department deliberately rips people off. They charge over $400 for a door latch on a 99 Corolla. They also wanted over $500 to replace 1 wheel bearing.
Bought my car a few years ago from Beck. The person helping us decide on our warranty used hyperbole to describe what came in our scratch and dent protection package. Both my wife and I heard him say one thing and a year or so later when we needed to take advantage of the warranty we were described, turns out we were told we bought something we did not. Should have read the fine print. Going with a 1 star review due to this and several instances where the service department would not return my calls. Tried emailing as an alternative and they still ignored me. I tried to get a hold of them for over a week and eventually gave up, made an appointment and drove 25 minutes there to get a question answered. Terrible service all around. Do not recommend. Love my car, but Becks staff werent the ones who made the car. They just sell it.

The internet sales rep at Beck Toyota was straight forward and responded quickly to my requests and questions. The floor sales folks did a great job. I appreciated the pre-prep work they did and the direct and to the point approach during the transactions. The finance rep was also straight forward and not pushy at all on the extra warranty offers. It was definitely the best car buying experiences I have had in over 40yrs of buying cars.
I went in with the impression that I was going to buy a car today based on the rep and Is conversations on the phone. When we spoke, I gave him my drop dead numbers and specifically told him I wasnt going over that at all. On the phone, he said, Yeah, we can definitely work with those numbers, and we are going to give you a great deal. I called again the day before coming to confirm that this was still accurate and he understood my numbers, and he said yes. I went today, drove across town, wasted my afternoon, and was disappointed. He was almost $4,000 off my price that I said was my drop dead on the phone. He didnt even give me a counter to the first offer either on a used car.
What we like most about coming to Becks is that it feels like home. We bought our first Camry from Becks in 2018. That is when we meet Dave Keller. Dave is a true professional at selling cars. His overall personality is amazing. I trust Dave with his insight into what vehicle would fit us best for our lifestyle. This is why I recently sent him a personal text to let him know that we were coming to Becks to have our oil changed and tires rotated and we wanted to look at a new Camry. I explained to Dave why I was looking at getting a different Camry. Before our arrival Dave pulled all of our information and had different cars in mind to show us based on the information that I text to him! We got there at 7:30am to dropped our other car off to be serviced and by 11:50am we were out the door in our new Toyota Camry XLE hybrid! Talking to Dave is like talking to a friend that we have known for years. I love hearing my husband and Dave talk about their fishing stories. Before I left I asked Dave “ you will be here in 2 years right?” His response was “of course”. Good because we will be back to visit you again. Keep up the good work Dave Keller! You are an excellent example of what Becks Toyota is all about. Knowledgeable and friendly service and great customer service is what Becks represents! I recommend Becks to all of my family and friends.
The used car section is as bad as the new car section is good. Terrible service, will never go to the used section again. I had a completely different experience with each part of the store.

Purchased a car thinking received 1.99% interest rate incentive that they have. However the sale man is very tricky and all his focus was to sale the car to me. His name is Marcus. I was looking at different dealer too but the only reason I decided to buy the car at this dealer was 1.99% finance incentive that they have. But found out that the interest rate that I received is 4.94% instead of 1.99% after a year. I went back to ask the reason and Marcus told us that i did not qualify for 1.99% which he hold the responsibility to let me know. However, instead of telling me about this info while he knew that 1.99% interest rate was the only reason I was up to buy this car, he asked monthly payment that I will be comfortable to make and told me he will figure out. Long story to short, don’t ever trust the sale man especially Marcus because all he cares was to sell cars and make money. I could have read all the paper work that I signed carefully instead of trusting him and the finance person completely.I am so disappointed and I would not recommend this person to anybody.

I just moved to the Indianapolis area from DC. I had a great experience at Beck Toyota and will be going back. Not only were the people nice, but the work on my car was completed very very quickly. I was surprised how fast it was. The prior Toyota dealership I went to back home would take about 3 hours compared to the 25 minutes it took at Beck. And this is for a typical rotation, multi-point inspection, and replacing a couple parts (filters, etc.). Very happy with the service.
I was very impressed with the great customer service I received on August 18th. From the moment I drove into the service center, Melissa gave me a friendly greeting, got me signed in promptly, and was extremely helpful! She gave me an estimated time to have the service completed and asked if I was going to wait at the dealership. Since the service was going to take over 2 hours, I decided to have my wife pick me up on her lunch break. In the 5 minutes that my wife was there, Melissa checked and aired up all the tires on my wife’s Prius, since the TPMS light was on. The repair work went faster than estimated, and Melissa texted me this update. Besides the recall repair (hybrid system software update), the service techs replaced my wiper blades, key fob battery, and the rusted screws on my license plate. It felt great to get all of this done in one trip. Beck’s friendly, professional service team made me feel like a valued customer. Great job!

I took my mom car shopping for a Toyota Corolla. We had stopped at different Toyota dealer, but was not satisfied with their selection or service. I Googled and found Beck Toyota, looked at their website and saw a car that was what she was looking for. I immediately called and spoke with Derek in the used cars. He was fantastic! He confirmed the car was available, gave me information on the car and I told him wed be there shortly. Once we arrived, not one salesperson immediately flocked over to us, which was nice because we wanted to look at the cars, first. Them an older gentleman walked past and asked hope we were doing and if we had any questions. We mentioned we spoke with Derek and he said he would let us know we were there to see him, even though Derek was with another customer. Derek came out to us asap and was so professional, patient and friendly. He was not pushy at all, and was very knowledgeable. We went inside after test driving the car (which Derek let us do without him being with us) and while waiting on him to finish up with another customer, two different sales people came through and greeted us, asked how we were doing, and were just downright friendly and courteous. I am VERY impressed with their selection of cars ( compared to other dealerships) and their staff! Thank you for making this experience worth the hour and a half drive!

Friendly salesman. Offered drinks while we waited for business office, which is the reason for only 3 stars. Took way too long. Almost left and took business somewhere else. Last experience - had to go to the BMV 2 times after purchase because of delay in paperwork.
Be very careful. Some people here will try to lure you into a deal by all means and then deny what they have promised.Long story short, I came here two weeks ago and bought a Rav4. Before I agreed to purchase, the young sales guy wrote down his offer on his note pad after he conferred with his manager. One of the items in the offer is 10 yr/120K warranty for the driving system. I decided to buy the car. All said and done, I asked him if I should have some voucher for the warranty, but he said all I get is the standard warranty which is in the system. I asked him to email me a copy of the handwritten note of the original offer. He refused pretending it never existed. I then talked to his manager Elmer James over the phone. He is worse: he was very rude and accused me of making this up. The dishonesty culture here is from the top down.
NO.....I would not recommend Beck Toyota. Regardless of the catchy TV commercials with the cheesy, over-the-top smiling referrals. Why? Because service after the sale is as important as the sale itself! Especially with re-calls. Toyota is a good company that values its car buyers. Owners should never be forced to reach out to Toyota directly in order to get re-call letters honored. My issue was resolved thanks to Toyota and I would totally recommend their cars. However, I cant recommend Beck in good faith until they are more in line with Toyotas good customer service values.
When I arrived, they were expecting me, knew my name before I even stepped out of the car. Gave me a clear plan for the day. I told them about another concern I have (miles per gallon calculator), they said they will book an appointment on another day to run diagnostics, but when I told them I am usually busy with work, they managed to get it done on the same day (turned out everything was working fine). Showed me the filters, and that they dont need to get changed now. Told me the whole process would take 1 hour for the routine 6-month service and 45 minutes for the extra diagnostic tests I requested, but ended up taking less than an hour overall. Everything was covered in my routine service and warranty; ended up not paying anything.Bathrooms were super clean, which is surprising for a service center.Free coffee, and free WiFi, so I managed to get some work done on my laptop.Clayton, the Service Advisor I met yesterday, was very professional, prompt and polite.Overall, a very positive and smooth experience. I even recommended Beck for a friend for his Toyota service. He is from Chicago and currently working in Indianapolis.
Horrible customer service
This was the most pleasant experience Ive had leasing a vehicle. I got the car I wanted at the price I could afford. No haggling needed, so sales pitch, no bait and switch. We talked about what I needed to have in a vehicle and my sales guy Harpreet Singh made sure my vehicle had everything I asked for. I couldnt thank them enough. Even my return of a Corolla I leased in Florida was easy and hassle free.
This dealership is definitely worth checking out. Ive bought new vehicles and had them services here for 30 years and never had a problem with sales, service, or repairs. The staff are friendly and courteous and the facilities are always clean and comfortable.

I had a wonderful buying experience at Beck. Trey was the lead salesman that helped me find the perfect car. He made the payments affordable, took a great deal of time to show me around bumper to bumper and then gave very detailed explanations of all the amazing features on the vehicle. He said to me I dont want you to just like it, I want you to absolutely love it. When I picked up the vehicle later in the week, it was Treys day off. He left great instructions for Harpreet and Mike to help me finish up the process. They too were thorough with making sure I was comfortable with the features before driving off the lot. I will definitely be buying Toyota from now on, and I will without a doubt make Beck my first stop when I look at a new vehicle in the future. The entire process was seamless and efficient.

Where do I start, first the people who helped me online were great! I told them what I was looking for and they assured me that they could help. When I wanted to come in early, they totally accommodated me. I wasn’t out of my car two steps when Matt came to help me, he walked me in the door and made sure I contacted Patrick, before he became my sales person. He heard me out, wrote my credit application for me because my hands have a tremor. He took me on an awesome test drive and showed me all of the amazing features that my Corolla had to offer. He was sincere and honest, and he didn’t condescend to me even once. Then he and Steve got me financing I couldn’t even believe! I haven’t stopped talking about all of the amazing features, and even better service at Beck Toyota. Give Matt a raise and keep him there forever. He was so kind and so helpful, he didn’t give me the creeps like the salesman at Hare Chevrolet.

I noticed that they have started the transition to LED lighting as well.They offer complimentary coffee and have a spot to charge your phone a bit while you wait.The above review was written after having vehicle maintenance done, but we purchased the vehicle from here as well.
Bough a 2017 Camaro from them in February. Everything seemed fine with the Camaro. Turned out there was a big problem with the air conditioning that will cost me $1500. A brand new car that i drove for a month, and when it was time to turn the AC on it did not work. I would not recommend this dealership. Not customer friendly at all.

I normally dont go out of my way to do reviews, but this entire experience took the cake. I set an appointment at 10 am to have some new tires I purchased changed. I was unable to do this myself as my bolts were put on too tight by impact drill from my last visit, and I knowingly snapped a lugnut trying to remove them. stopped there and called beck to see about some help, initially quoted $60, but I did forget to mention the lugnut being snapped. I get a call at 8 am to pick up my vehicle, hours before my scheduled time, no huge deal, but was informed this morning by a John and the lady he was with that I did not need to be present upon drop off and they would call me and ask where to leave the keys. I go on my day, and get a call saying it would be $130, said okay and left home as planned, as I was not going to be home later this evening. I get a call stating my car was complete, and it was $189, as a second lugnut was found broken. hard to believe as I stopped after the first, but regardless I paid as had no real option. once they arrive to my home I am informed that I HAVE to be present as it is a liability to leave the keys in the car... 30 minutes later I arrive back home, and call to inform of my arrival. needless to say there are plenty of car dealerships and mechanics around, and this business has lost a repeat customer.

Best car buying experience - ever! I have dealt with the sales department, service and finance department, and across the board, best customer service I have ever experienced. The entire staff is friendly, and welcoming. I worked with Trent in sales to trade my used 05 Camry for a 2015 Camry and he is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. He was there for me through the entire process (not toggling back and forth between two customers). He explained everything thoroughly as he walked me through the purchasing process. He walked me through every single feature on my new/used Camry, which saved me a lot of frustration with trying to figure it out on my own. The finance department worked to find me the best financing deal they could, and even threw in an unexpected extra! I will remain a loyal customer to Beck Toyota, and highly recommend them to anyone. While my wife and I did not end up purchasing from Beck (the model they had was a color we didnt like), Mike S in their Used Sales departement was wonderful to work with! We never felt pressured or like a sales number, and he was honest and open about pricing. I cant speak to their new sales department, but if youre looking for a good price and good service, I definitely would recommend Mike!
