I am out of town from Indy and live about 68 miles away. I have a 2021 F-150, which is a all-new truck and was nightmarish for me to find proper parts on the year of release.I went to a truck shop in Indy in the morning for front suspension installation and they was not able to figure out and therefore took entire day for install. I came out at 4:45 and they cannot find the right U-Bolts for my truck.Since I am from out of town I decided to try my luck right before closing time. Jason and Jason had been saviors for me that day. The Jason in the front heard my story and measured my factory U-Bolts right away and the other Jason stayed a few minutes longer to help me. The custom U-Bolts were amazing and in NO WAY i can find them anywhere on the market right now for 2021 F-150 this quick. They saved me another trip to indy from my small town and also made my bad day a lot better.I would totally recommend this business. They saved my day. I have attached specs for U-bolt for 2021 F-150 as below for those who got the same truck. You should get them from here.

These guys ..said they would fix our spring seats in our truck ...3 weeks agoThey wont call us back ..even when they said they would.I believe they are a great company...but they are not forthcoming on the work timeline ..they even said they ordered parts lol...where is the proof ?Why did we not pay for a part ?Lies. We have no voice mails ..i only sent one email .when you guys stop lieing it would be greatYou cant fake phone stuff...its time stamped ....Ive looke up the parts next d at delivery amazonThanks for listening.you call me if you want 130 an hour please.

I dropped my trailer right there about 2 weeks but they was telling me we will see it after 2 day I was call and ask them they say not today we will see it tomorrow they laying to me about to weeks then I picked up my trailer they layer

I had a world class experience for truck service here. I drive a commercial medium duty aerial truck and have had constant suspension “noise” that truly sounded as if the entire rear end was loose. I had it looked at at several shops and dealerships around Indy and thought the problem was just something I would have to live with. I gave it one last chance at this shop and I was truly impressed. The service people were friendly and honest. They listened to my concerns and found the solution even though it was something they advised me was new for them. The truck is now fixed and I can live in peace driving 10hrs a day. Well done !

Took my truck for kingpins replacement gave me two different service completion window but they failed to meet either. I had to take my truck somewhere else after almost 2 weeks with them.

I bought my 2016 cascadia truck here for the king pins and alignment after that but told them to look at my vehicle and let me know if I need anything else so they called me after few hours and told me I need my back suspension work also like bushing u joints and stuff and Bill is going to be around 4500 after all the parts and labor and it will take the three days and trust me at that time I was thinking man do I really need all that or they just saying it to make money but guys trust me I was really glad that they done this job on my truck it rides like brand new truck I can’t believe that they know what they doing it well worth of your time and money .Thanks guys I will see you guys soon with my trailer.

Good guys I had a co. Install some king pins for me and they didnt install them properly and didnt install any shims/spacers for the king pins and typically you have to order am entire new kit I made a phone call to them and came in Nd one of there guys helped me with minutes and gave me some shims free of charge 👍

THE most unqualified people we have ever encountered. A simple alignment took 2 days, not aligned when went to pick up, cotter keys not in, destroyed brand new camber bushing, and the interior was filthy! Left it there another day to have corrected and cleaned up. Alignment was done but the steering wheel is now totally crooked. Promised reimbursement for destroyed bushing but have got the run around. Told the check was in the mail. We paid cash, should have been refunded cash. TERRIBLE experience!

For anyone that drives a class 8 truck look no further than Indianapolis Springs for service. I have a 2016 Kenworth W900 which has always been my dream truck, it developed front end issues . thinking I was doing the right thing I took it to Kenworth to have it fixed & that just opened a can of worms . After spending an incredible amount of money between taking off work to take it back to KW & replacing other parts thinking that might be the problem & they still could not figure it out all lead to me almost selling my dream truck but then I took it to Indianapolis Springs & my problems were no more, the staff was AWESOME they genuinely listen to the issues of my truck & they took care of it, I hope & pray that Indianapolis Springs is around for as long as I have my truck because if they are then they have a customer for life ! Im so happy with the work and price I got from Indianapolis Spring. I do a lot of my own mechanic work on my truck, but I dont own enough of the equipment Id need to do load spring and shocks on my 3/4 ton pickup. I had already assessed what I wanted done and had what I thought was a good idea of what I should pay. I even told them what that number was and they were so honest with the pricing that they came in a little over $200. LESS than what I told them Id be ok with paying. The work looked great and the truck rides nice!! From now on, anything Indianapolis Spring does on trucks that Im not equipped to do myself, Indianapolis Spring will be doing. They are AWESOME!!! The craziest part is, I had made phone calls to other shops trying to figure out where I would take the truck for this repair. I literally had a a good feeling or vibe after I spoke with Indianapolis Spring and that was my last call to any shops and the first place I actually took the truck for inspection. During that call, they even scheduled the inspection and estimate in advance for a specific day and time so I didnt have to just drop it off not knowing exactly when theyd look at it. Most shops do not schedule like that. I told them on that phone call that I felt like they were the place I was looking for and theyd be doing the work and I couldnt be more pleased with how it all turned out!! Took our Box reefer truck here to repair a shaking and shuttering issue thats plagued this truck for years. Jason said in order to save $ we should first get new steer tires put on it. He didnt charge us anything to look at it. So took it to who he recommended, and the issue was fixed!

Had the ball joints and an alignment done on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Indy spring and had they did a great job. Ed Adair, the service manager explained the problems my Jeep was having and why the failing parts need to be replaced.The shop is very clean and well maintained and all their mechanics are ASE certified. Its good to know that professionals with a lot of experience were the ones performing the repairs. They have a nice customer lounge with coffee and snacks if you want to wait.I highly recommend Indy Spring for not only alignment work but over all maintenance. Their prices are very reasonable, they get the work done fast and they do very good work.Scott Nelson

Never again.Our mechanic ordered springs for a 2006 International 7300. We had to give them the widths, dimensions and description. I went to pick up 4 springs, 2 for front, 2 for rear, ubolts and hardware.As the gentleman was loading 2 of the springs I explained that we were getting all 4, he asked if I was sure, showed him my receipt and he went to get the other 2.He came back and the front springs were different from each other, I pointed this out and he said, well they have the same number. I showed him that they were completely different (bushings were diffrent sizes, spring were diffrent lengths, widths) at which point he stated, Im kinda new let me get the other guy.Other guy comes over, I show him he says, well they are marked the same but I see what you are saying, let me get Larry.Larry comes out and tells me they have the same number!?.I show him the differences, he has no explanation but says, you can just drive over to Standen and pick up the right one. Then offers me directions.Now, we are in Greencastle (west of Indy), Standen is on the east side, so I guess it was my responsibility to go pick up my own springs from their warehouse.Drive to Standen, pick up the spring, head back to Greencastle, 2 guys come in on Saturday to put them in.....all 4 springs are wrong. Now, the hardware is correct, the ubolts are correct, the springs are shorter, narrower and lighter than the ones we ordered. Our mechanic had his description and dimensions written down, so we are pretty confident what Indy Spring was given.Monday morning I call, tell them what happened the springs are wrong, hardware, ubolts are correct but the springs arent. I get told no big deal, just bring them back and we can get the right onesDrive an hour one way, walk in tell them who I am at which point I get told just drive around to where you picked them up and someone will help you unload them. When you are done come back around and I will have your credit for you.Drive around back, drop them off, drive back around, pick up credit and am asked which springs I need. I stated that I went somewhere else, to which I am told, ok.No apology, no offer to make amends, not even a my bad....nothing.Spent 4 hours of my time and fuel, wasted 2 techs Saturday on wrong parts and they cant even offer an apology............Needless to say, if one of our trucks breaks down in their parking lot....Ill have it towed somewhere else.
