Right Way Automotive was recommended to me by my employer. I know that a few other people had gone there with good results. When it came time for my oil change, I reached out to Right Way.Scheduling the appointment by phone was seamless. Sean, who took my appointment was kind and helpful. He made it so easy and even offered to shuttle me back to work, if needed.I arrived at Right Way when they opened at 8:00 AM, along with a few other customers. Everyone was processed efficiently and there was no wait time. Nick, the gentleman who checked me in was engaging and kind.I received a phone call at 10:30 that my vehicle was ready. I arrived around noon and was happy to get to interact with Nick again. He is an asset in the way of front-facing customer service.The price was very reasonable, maybe even less than if I had gone to my usual spot. I was in and out in a few minutes.One thing I noticed about Right Way was that they treated me (a female) like a human, not just some chick that doesnt know anything. Nearly every other dealership or auto repair facility Ive patronized has not been able to fully accomplish this.I also liked that they just took care of me and what I needed, without beating me up about needing new windshield wipers or to have my indicator light fluid topped up. ;o)Lastly, you just know that you are being treated fairly. They lead with honesty and integrity. Plain and simple. I went home that evening and told my husband that this was our new place to take our vehicles for service.They followed up with an email to create an online account and have a record of my service history. This was an unexpected, yet awesome surprise.

My son was traveling back from Illinois from work when he’d noticed a rough idle running condition on his 2015 f150. He had to stay in town for the night until mechanic shops opened. After speaking to numerous people Rightway auto kept coming up. They diagnosed a defective ignition coil and was able to replace it with parts that they stock and send him on his way back to Michigan. Big thanks to Nick and Jeff for really taking care of my son. I could have sworn I wrote a review, but I dont see it. My alternator went out on my older Honda Civic. Service was excellent, professional and efficient. It was an expensive repair, but its the only money I have ever put in the car besides routine maintenance and its 18 years old.I would highly recommend and come here again!

I had a phenomenal experience with Rightway Automotive. After having my car inspected at a dealership, I took it to Rightway for a second opinion. Im glad I did because Rightway conducted a very thorough inspection of my car. They made recommendations on what I should fix and let me know which repairs were essential and which were non-essential. They also caught issues that the dealership missed and quoted a fair price for the work they recommended. We had our brake pads replaced and rotors turned last week. The repairs were successful and the prices were reasonable. We were also in need of an oil change and they did that for a cost that was about half of what a quick change place would charge. We will definitely continue to use Rightway for our auto repairs.

Last few years I had different places work on our vehicles. Was never happy about the service, the price, customer support, etc. Thought Id give Rightway a try and glad I did. Took my car in to get my brakes changed and I will NEVER go to another auto shop. Right when I walked in the door their office manager (Darren) was very receptive and knowledgeable about what I needed and the parts they would be putting on my car. He explained the whole process and even offered me a loaner car since I did have to return to work before my brakes would be done. They had me all ready to go by the end of the day and my car has never stopped so smooth! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get work done on their car

So I had my work van towed in yesterday and today I was getting a call about what was wrong and that it would be fixed tomorrow. I have worked on this van for a month and could not figure it out. These folks got right to the job and figured out what was wrong and what needed to be done very fast and did not try and gouge me on the price. I believe this place to be the best shop i have ever went to. I was introduced to them when my 1st cars supercharger had some issues, the dealership was of no help and this was a place they actually recommended to me. These guys are great. They pick up the phone every time you call with prompt courteous service. I loved not feeling like I was bugging someone just to get an update on my car. I took my 05 Mustang in for what I thought was just a water pump. Lucky for me, these guys do a thorough job checking the car over and discovered a leak coming from another area as well. They treat their customers very well - are honest, have fair prices, are very courteous and stand behind their work with a great guarantee. Their front office and shop are clean & well-kept. They were recommended by a friend - have been going to them for about 3 years now for routine things like oil changes and theyve done several big repairs as well for a decent price. They did it right because Ive never had to take my car back for problems with any work theyve done. They offer discount coupons to their regulars. My favorite thing about them is that as a woman, I can take my car in and they never make you feel awkward or intimidated. Always very polite to you. So ladies, I highly recommend them for just this alone! If anyone is interested in quality car care, go to Rightway - they take good care of you.

I have been going here for 4 years. They check all systems and tell me what needs to be fixed. Then they tell me if it needs to be done now or if it can wait. It helps me budget. My vehicle has more than 200k miles and thanks to the crew here it is running like new!

We were from out of town. They got us in the same day which was a life saver. Darin and Michael were extremely pleasant and helpful. The were able to send the 30 point inspection directly to my phone so I could SEE everything they were discussing with me. I would highly recommend them to anyone in or out of town.

I went to Rightway on the recommendation of a friend to fix a wheel bearing issue. They took care of it that morning, knowing that I had to have my car back to make some customer calls, later that day. They also noticed that my ’09 Honda Accord was due for its 100K miles “timing belt” service. They proceeded to give me a quote, which was significantly lower than my Honda dealer. They did not apply any pressure to get this done, saying “think about it and come back if you would like us to take care of it”.I did return to get this service done, and it was finished within 1 day…also, the final cost was lower than originally quoted.Both times I was there, they were very thorough with the repairs and making sure my car was perfect before allowing me to leave.Sean & Bill are great and I will return, as well as highly recommend them in the future.

Hands down the most professional automotive repair company I have been to. All work was done in a timely manor and prices where extremely reasonable.

Took car in for a front end noise that I assumed it was a wheel bearing. Every other shop I called suggested I replaced both. They told me that would be a waste of money that I just replaced one that is needed. Call later about a little bit of vibration in the front end of another car at speed. Asked about their prices on alignment. They suggested I take it to the tire shop where I have a warranty on the tires first to make sure it wasnt a tire balance issue. Not the cheapest place but the prices are competitive and they are honest.

This was my first time going to Rightway Automotive. I found them through an online search for auto repair facilities in and around my zip code. After evaluating a few other facilities, the reviews I read about Rightway Automotives customer service and knowledge/experience with car repairs solidified my decision to go there. My car was having some pretty big issues making grinding sound when I started the car followed by a burning smell. I called Rightway Automotive and they were able to have me bring my car in the next morning. From the very first phone call my interactions with them have been amazing. When they finished diagnosing my car, they called to give me an update and I learned that my A/C compressor pretty much blew up and needed to be replaced. When Bill called to tell me the bad news he was informative, friendly, compassionate and very understanding when I asked questions and even called him back trying to rationalize the costs and work that needed to be done. Car repairs are never something we look forward to and almost always carry a pretty big price tag. This was no different in my case. The bright side though is that they were willing to work to try and keep my costs as low as they could while not short changing me or my car. They not only take care of your vehicle by doing great work, they take care of you, the customer as well with exceptional customer service! Not to mention, I get a 2-year warranty and my car working like its supposed to once again! Oh, and did I mention that they actually came to get me (in my car) when the repairs were done because I didnt have a way to pick up the car when it was ready since everyone was at work? AMAZING! They have earned my business and my recommendation and although I hope I dont have to take it back in any time soon, if/when I do, Im taking it to Rightway Automotive.

My car sat for the better part of a month with a check engine light on, and the fuel gauge not working for the past year.Tried/replaced everything with my mechanic of 20 years til he basically gave up. A car repair group you can trust. They make honest evaluation and let you make the choice. No high pressure sales games and no made up repairs. It is hard to find a trust worthy mechanic, but I found one with right way. Example: Took my Mazda to a Mazda dealer because of rough idle and got the run around and huge estimate. Right way found a simple part and bad vacuum hose. Car runs like a dream!! They take care of all my vehicles.

I finally give up on this business. I got a $1200 job quote from ray skillman on exactly what is needed to fix a sun roof yesterday. Called Rightway for comparison.Darren couldnt to give me a rough dea for the exact job and said i had to bring in and pay $100 to diagnose what I was already told yesterday by ray skillman. I was just trying to get a rough idea of cost for a specific job. Hector had been helpful in the past telling me what a job might cost over the phone to save me time. Does darren have access to same system software? Probably spent between $7000 and $9000 on mostly my kids 2 cars at this shop last year. Was in there so often was getting discount coupons mailed to me it seemed like weekly. Got a brake job there and had to get it redone in less than 11, 000 miles. Darren told me over the phone they d turn it in as defective so the shop would be paid and I d have the job done. Felt kind of unethical. Didnt feel like they were treating their supplier the rightway. Had shocks and struts replaced on wrong axle. Had to argue to get it corrected. Computer was down and they couldnt see the previous notes? Charged me for work id not okayed the last time I was there as part of the job they redid and then owner refused to honor $50 discount card from the mail on over $500 job. Pretty disappointing treatment of repeat customer. One time, opened the hood of my sons car to find large plastc part missing that I guess leads to a filter(?). Had just gotten the car back from rightway. Asked darren and was told they didnt remove it and couldnt tell me a part name that I wd then have to replace on my own. Rates are really close to those charged at dealerships. Parts prices will be inflated 200% to 300%. They said thats the reality of a auto repair shop anywhere. I kept going back because I liked the shop personnel. Today was last attempt to work with rightway. You win guys! Will go back to dealership for work on my now 5 cars.

The crew looked over all my vehicle systems and found issues that needed to be addressed that I hadnt considered. They didnt press me to make all repairs at once; they identified the priorities and let me make my own decision. They provided me with another vehicle to use while the work was being done, which was a huge bonus to me. The facility was clean and customer friendly, offering Wi-Fi so I could keep working. I highly recommend Rightway Auto.

My wife and I are from Dayton and were heading to STL for a weekend trip. Outside of Indianapolis, our car s check engine light came on and started misfiring. Not wanting to risk being stranded we searched for the nearest 5 star mechanic and ended up here. The guys squeezed us in for a diagnostic test, and after finding the problem agreed to work on it that day. Since we were en route, they went above and beyond to help us find a rental car for the trip and agreed to meet us on Sunday (a day they are closed) on our way back home to pick up the car. Needless to say, what could have been a disaster of a trip ended up being a fantastic weekend for us. If we ever have car problems again, I hope its in Indy!
