They put a new Muffler and new exhaust on my 01 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I’m very satisfied. The cost was reasonable. The quote for a brand new CV axle was a little high. Very friendly very professional. I give them 4 stars.

Nate and the team at this location are phenomenal! They take the time to listen and provide a solid estimate of what needs to be done. As others have mentioned, they prioritize and work with you on costly repairs so the work can be done over time if possible.As cliche as it sounds, Nate and his team really do go above an beyond to make sure the customer is happy and treat them as more than just a dollar sign. Always honest answers and fairly priced work from these guys!This is a very busy location so an appointment is highly recommended, but I have seen them work walk-ins into the schedule.Always a surprisingly great and personable experience for a franchise auto shop!

Van was towed to shop. The tech got right on finding the problem. The van wont start even though battery and starter tried to fire. AAA came, then called a tow truck. Timing was very good. Tech found a mouse nest with babies in the top if the engine. They had chewed the wiring. He repaired it and I was on my way. 😁

They got me in quickly even though they were super busy! Everyone was so kind and welcoming and everything was explained to me in detail while it was being done. I was blown away by the amazing customer service, it’s really hard to find that these days!

I called today to ask about getting a timing belt changed. I was told my car actually had a timing chain, not belt. I called back to verify that it is, indeed, a timing belt and asked if that makes a difference in labor/time-to-complete. Nathan told me that he runs a busy shop and he cannot simply put everything on hold to fix a timing belt. Obviously, as this is a poor business model (which I told him and he promptly told me to take my service elsewhere). Effectively, Nathan doesnt want to work. My wife has gone and Nathan bad-mouthed customers as they hung-up and/or left, right in front of/to other customers. I would avoid these hard workers. They cannot put everything on hold for you!

They seem to be extremely busy, but every time I go they accommodate me. I am able to leave my car and pick it up later, otherwise it would probably be quite a wait. Always professional and personable. Never have had any issues with the service.

We have two vehicles that have been serviced by Nate and the crew, and they have been great! Nate shares details and answers questions and has helped prioritize the repairs to help us decide what we had to get done, what we need to get done, and what we should work towards fixing. Theyve gone out of their way to help us get back on the road! We will continue to use them for our other vehicles too!

Took both my trucks there to get them fixed cost me over $1900 and now I have to find another place to fix what they didnt do, almost blew the motor up in one truck still has a oil leak, said they would have it towed back there but never called me back its been weeks now. One truck didnt have a oil leak before I took it there now it does, said they checked my ac actuator and nothing was wrong with it. I took the time to change it myself and guess what its now fixed.

Everyone was extremely polite and professional. They got me in right away and explained everything to me that was wrong. As a woman, I usually get told I have some exorbitant problem that ends up being expensive to try to take advantage of a “stereotypical women’s knowledge of vehicle repair”, but Nathan was very polite, honest and treated me with respect. He fixed my exhaust quickly and it was less than I expected it to cost!! I will DEFINITELY use THIS Meineke again!!!!!

First time at this location, as we usually went to North Keystone cause the manager Tom,but decided since this was closer to home(we live in Beech Grove)to give them a try.Well lets just say WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE. We requested a semi-synthetic oil change and was charged less than expected so questioned the salesman and he said that it was a semi-synthetic oil change, well the receipt says otherwise(was in fact a basic oil change).Then to top it off I get in the car afterwards and theres oil on the door and steering wheel. WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION

Awesome place! I took my car in due to my brake pedal being soft. I had took it into another place before this and they didn’t bleed the air out. They inspected it for free, and got all of the air out. The service was quick, and my brakes are back to normal. Also the price was great, and people were very caring.

Came to this Meineke for brake pad replacements since it has the best reviews. Nick was really easy to talk and got the process started quickly. I was doing some grocery shopping when he called to let me know that I still had 50% left on my pads so they wouldn’t need to change them until spring! He really saved me some money. I told him I had another appointment set up for an oil change next week; he let me know they were pretty booked for oil changes that day, but since my car was already there, he still squeezed me in so wouldn’t have to make another trip! Definitely going to be go-to place for car maintenance

I brought a car that I was looking at buying in to be inspected. Nate was so professional and kind and really made me feel comfortable and confident in the decision I made to not buy the vehicle. He showed me what issues the vehicle had and went into detail about the repairs and cost of doing so. Such a friendly guy and I could tell he knew what he was talking about.

I went to 5 different mechanics in 3 different states. Literally imitated the noises my truck was making. Told them I believe my bearings are going bad in the back. 5 mechanics told me they couldnt hear it & the bearings rarely ever need to be changed. Took my 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500HD to 𝐦𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐤𝐞. Cant remember names for the life of me. The mechanic was a man who had long hair. Anyways he heard the noise. Called me back later that day. Told me my bearings went bad in my differential. Since COVID, I haven’t been to my mechanic shop, Professional Automotive. I went to Jiffy Lube 3 months ago. They were more costly, however they paid attention to detail with my car which was phenomenal. With the $19.95 special at Meineke, I decided to give them a try. They were professional, and quick! I made 2 appointments for 2 of my vehicles for back to back service. They were on it! If you’re looking for a cost effective oil change, give them a try. I called them back from the car on my way home and scheduled appointments for my kid’s cars. For that price, why not!🤷🏽‍♀️

I am not one who usually leaves a review but the Service I received at this Meineke was exceptional above and beyond anything they had to do just to be “good”.I was traveling from Michigan to Florida when my alternator went out on the highway. We had it towed here from the recommendation of our tow truck driver after closing hours. I was sure to call them first thing when they opened and spoke to Nathan. I was not very hopeful on what time we would be back on the road but Nathan and the crew surpassed all expectations. They had us diagnosed, fixed and back on the road by 11:00am. Nathan ( and this was HUGE help to us) even came and got me from the hotel we ended up at about a mile or so away.I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone passing through or living near by.

I went in for muffler replacement before a scheduled road trip. Mark found that my radiator had a crack as well. Replaced both in an afternoon. I’m happy I’ll be safe and quiet on the road.

The peeps that work there are very nice and polite. I wait on my car while the oil change is being done. I show up 10 min before my appointment and they are pulling the car in right when its put into the computer. While waiting I get to observe how they handle other customer. I came here on a road trip stop to get my oil changed and to double check to see if there was a leak for the coolant. These guys were awesome. If you live in the area, go to this place. I’m pretty sensitive who gets to work on my car and I was so happy that I came here. Kevin and Nathan are just top of the line. I’m surprised these guys don’t branch off and start their own business.

I paid $2400 for the forward-band in my transmission only for it to break less than 8 months later so assuming they would uphold the warranty I took my car back only to be told it would cost another$3800 this time, if they didnt fix it correctly the first time why would my cost double ?

As a woman, I am always worried when using a new business as to how I will be treated. Nate was extremely helpful to the point of taking me out into the shop while my car was on the lift to show me what was causing my noise and why the repair was necessary. He even showed me a second issue that I am going back next week to have repaired. Cost wise, I figure it is comparable to other places, but the way I was treated is a huge reason why I will continue to praise this business and staff. This is not just a business transaction, it is the way to build relationships that will bring customers back. Good job Nate.

My window came off track but the motor still works, Mr Kevin said I needed a new window motor which is fine but not for $500.00 what a joke a new window motor is 80-150

The staff I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. My experience was same day service. I dropped the car off, and I was called and updated on what was wrong with the car. I gave the ok on the recommended repairs and I picked up the car in about two hours. The brakes work great and they took care of the check engine light. I am pleased with the service.

They got my truck together only cost about 1700 but its running like champ. And that included a oil change water pump Serpentin belt front axillary and something else to make it ride better

They like to decide what work they feel comfortable doing... wish I could decide the price to pay them too. Let’s make it even since you turn down work.

The team on Emerson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The repair was more than any of us expected, but they worked hard to finish quickly so I could get to a family gathering. They took time to show me why each repair was needed and then did a few extra touches free of charge, like putting a battery in my key remote because I had mentioned it was out. I will definitely go back for further repairs.

I called around to ask about an oil change and transmission fluid exchange to a few people. I called them on the recommendation of a friend.Best decision of the year!Theu were honest and straight forward in the explanations and evaluation. They did not talk down to me and were patient in answering concerns. Further their pricing was more than fair.And my dog even liked them, and he doesnt like very many people straight away!I strongly recommend them to anyone passing through the area, from the area, or as a special trip to the area to see them. The service with my vehicle and the gentleman Nathan that I talked with was good. It’s only been a day since my car got fixed. However the inside of my car after them working on it had grease on the glove box with a handprint had grease on my passenger seat for whatever reason. There was grease all over the bottom of my door jam there Was oil spilled all over my room on the passenger side. Not exactly sure why there was oil and grease throughout the front part of my car.

Nick was Excellent. He was very precise and Explained everything in great detail. However, the older man without a name tag who answered the phone and assisted us when we arrived to pick up our car had very, very poor customer service and made us feel like we were insignificant insects. Nick saved the day by coming back to assist us in the end after seeing we were distraught after being “assisted” by the older man, whom we assume was the manager. If Nick had fully serviced us, we would be leaving 5 stars.

I had my oil changed here yesterday and it didnt take them too long which I was thankful for because I had my 2 year old toddler with me! Also something Im very pleased with is I was having trouble with my tires, the low tire pressure had been on for a couple of weeks I tried and tried airing them and still didnt go away. I noticed after driving home the low pressure was completely gone and my car was driving very nice and smoothly again! I got right in for my scheduled oil change and was out in a timely manner. They did a great job on my vehicle and told me a couple of things that may need attention as well as provided an estimate on paper with a thorough explanation. Did not pressure me to make decisions on those things right then. While I waited in the lobby the employee (Nate, I believe) was very nice, polite, attentive and professional, making this a smooth, easy going and positive experience.

Great service, changed my oil quickly. Only thing that bothers me is I told them I wanted full synthetic oil, Ive used that since I purchased my vehicle and after completion I read my receipt and they did not use what I asked for. Customer is always right, in most cases.

This location has some of the friendliest staff in the business. Dennis, the owner of this one and the one on E. Washington St, is very sociable and super knowledgeable. He empowers his shop to make the best recommendations and decisions for the customer. Kevin, the location manager, is also very thorough with his explanations of the diagnostics and troubleshooting showcasing his passion and enjoyment for what they do there to help customers get back on the road. We all know the real work happens in the back, and sometimes those are the people less seen by customers, but their quality and thoroughness shows in their work and output. I was very pleased, and will send them anyone in need of their services without hesitation! Well done!

Sometimes it feels like you go in for an easy fix and you leave with more wrong with your vehicle. Not so at this location. Showed up early, they took me in and started work almost immediately . Were very polite and hospitable, offered me coffee, Kevin in particular was very nice and friendly - has a great way with customers ( overheard him on the phone with prospective customers ) - much less expensive than I thought it would be for a synthetic oil change - I was very happy .

I was basically stranded the day before Christmas Eve 80 miles from home; a hose had come off my heater core emptying all of my coolant while I was driving on an interstate. The guys worked me in and fixed me up in time to finish what I had to do in Indianapolis and get home. They definitely polished their Christmas halos that day!

The service and pricing here is always great and I will continue to go here for my oil changes. The only reason for knocking it down to 4 stars is because they allow their technicians to smoke in the shop. There was a tech smoking right by the door to the shop and it made it smell like smoke in the waiting room. I’m allergic and have asthma so this is not an ideal situation. Other than that they did a great job.
