I dropped my boat off for winterization and was super impressed by the entire team at N3. I cant say enough about how great they did with communication through the process. Adam and Beth did a great job of keeping me informed of the service status via text and email. The facility is well equipped with various gear/swag and Mark and the sales team are super friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend N3.

I had another great experience with the service department at N3. My “off brand” boat that I use 1-2 times a day was giving me trouble, and I dropped it off the same day after speaking with Adam, the service manager. I was back on the water in about a week.In my experience, most dealers focus only on the high margins that boats are currently producing, and forget about the little guys that are needing little service work. While I certainly understand that logic, I don’t think it’s best for long term sustainability.I am grateful N3 is not one of these dealers, and try to give them as much business as I can.

I love my new 2021 G23. This is my 5th new Nautique that I have owned. It has raised the standard for what is possible. The surf wave is so much more adjustable to the riders preferences. The sweet spot for surfing is much longer with more push than ever before making it possible to take your surfing to the next level.

I cannot recommend N3 enough. I recently had an issue on my boat and called N3. The owner, Mark Dougherty, personally showed up within an hour and fixed my boat even though it was a Friday evening. Spent $5,500 worth of “minor” repairs and ended up leaving 2.5 months later with additional work to be done. Stained my passenger seat from leaving tools/magnet tray on the vinyl and broke the boat cover connection strap.Communication around repair timeline, price estimates, necessary repairs needed, etc was terrible! 10/10 would NOT recommend N3 for your service needs.

Just had a very bad experience with Adam the service manager. I purchased a pre-owned boat and I want to install a tower. Went to the monster tower website and they suggest N3 Boatworks as an installer. This guy was so rude on the phone and didnt even want to talk. Told me 8 weeks or more and that he wasnt even interested in the work. Stay away from this place.

I bought a used 2012 Air Nautique and then sold my 2006 Mastercraft X2 through N3. First, they prepared the new boat beautifully and made the transaction very easy. They delivered it 80 miles away and Preston stayed in the lake for 2 hours teaching my sons how to use it since I was not there. He then towed my old boat back for service prior to it being sold. Cover to cover, they were awesome.

Adam is a very kind guy. Always willing to help. Never been here or bought anything but seems like a well ran establishment.

Just purchased a new Nautique 210 from N3 (Preston). Great price and excellent transaction.Here is what made the 5 stars though - the new boat had a bad fuel pump that acted up shortly after delivery. Preston turned around, came back, swapped back my old boat, took the 210 back to the shop where they had service guys waiting for it. I was back on the water within 24 hours.That is how you make customers for life!

Ive had a few hiccups with my boat, whether it be needing service or general wear and tear, and these guys have come through every time. Im a lifelong boater and have been involved in the acquisition of 4 boats, either for me or for family members, and can say, without question, that working with salesman Preston S. and N3 has been by far my best experience. I have worked with N3 and Mark ever since I traded a mastercraft for nautique. Nautique makes a great boat but without Mark and his service team taking care of me after the sale I would have had a different opinion. All boats have issues and some more than others. Every time I had a problem I was put at the front of the line and was back on the water within in a very short period of time. The boating season is a short one even missing a week is a lot and previous experiences with others would have had me waiting 2 to 3 weeks. N3 has earned my business for years to come and highly recommend these guys to anyone.
