When we got there everything was exactly as presented on the Internet, no bait and switch here. They have a lake on site and took us for a ride in this boat before purchasing it. They helped me have everything in line so the sale would go through and I could drive 5 1/2 hours home so it’s all in one day, in one trip. Very very kind and honest people. This summer we’ve been consistently looking for a used 23ft boat. We had been in and out of Just Add Water multiple times throughout the year as they would buy in used boats. There were a couple of times we almost settled and bought a 21ft boat but our salesman Tim Coe encouraged us to wait until we found what we were looking for. We ended up finding something private party however if Just Add Water would have had what we were looking for we totally would have bought it from them. Their staff is super helpful and the salesmen are low pressure. I felt like they cared about us more than trying to sell a boat. I would give them a 10 star rating if it was an option.

The total experience with Troy and the staff at Just Add Water was incredible. We stopped online for a year trying to find a 2021 and went to one of our local Yamaha dealers. We were treated awfully even when we started with our understanding that Yamaha was behind on 2021s.Then came Just Add Water which is 3 hrs away for us. Troy and I went back and forth on some used boats for months.I reached out when we saw the 2022s were being released and set up an order. They had exactly what we wanted that wasnt claimed by the original customer and within a week we were on the water.I wouldnt do business anywhere else.

We bought a Vexus 1980 from Just add water boats. The boat was in the water when we got there. We were taken out by our salesman Tim. He went over the entire boat front to back. Also spent a lot of time on the Hummingbird equipment as well as the trolling motor and was very knowledgeable and toke the time to make sure we understood all of the options the boat had. It is really great to have a water trial right there at their property. Had a very positive experience with Just Add Water Boats this past April/May. Tristan was my salesman and he was very easy to work with and communicated very well throughout the entire process. The boat i am now the proud captain of is in great shape and they took the time to show me many other options before i settled on the 27 foot Glastron. I wanted to take my time and really give a complete and fair review of my boat purchase. I live in Louisiana and drove all the way to just add water boats in November of 2020 to look at a used 2014 tahoe q71. Troy was a good salesman and I feel the boat was represented well online and it was a fair price. At times management was difficult to get ahold of but it seems like they were working on improving this.The only thing i regret not doing is pushing harder for a lake test. But it was cold and none of us really wanted to get on the water. I recommend anyone buying a used boat to undergo a lake test. The boat has given us very little trouble since purchase. Ive replaced the battery and starter and made a few other minor repairs. Weve enjoyed hrs of warm weather time on the water and would recommend anyone to give just add water boats a try. It was well worth the drive!

I am a brand new boat owner purchased my boat through them. Took it in to get serviced and received a quote for around $500 came back to get the boat and total was over $1,000. Then decide to put the boat on the water they didnt ask me about the plug before or after hand, so I had no clue about it. Well, my boat almost sunk thankfully we noticed it and police were able to help get us out, so it didnt take on much water, but the plug they took out was no where to be found. I understand its my responsibility to check that before the boat gets in the water (now anyway). It is the people who service my boat responsibility to return the plug to my boat weather it be a cup holder or glove box. They will re service the boat of course at all my cost.

They didnt seem to want to be bothered with us. Guess we didnt look like we could afford a boat. Not much selection and no help at all.

I am not an easy person to please I was raised both in the military myself and a military family and that being said I was very pleased with this process. I can say that I was told the boat would take a certain amount of time and that time tripled due to both Covid and shipping issues with strikes by truckers. There is not much the dealership can do to remedy this and I am sure they were sick of me calling every week like clockwork but I appreciate them remaining friendly and appeasing me each time. Nice to test drive it and financing was a breeze probably the easiest process I have ever experienced. I have owned boats for the last 11 years and pleased to have worked with Triston at Just Add Water!

We purchased our Chaparral from Just Add Water Boats. First off, Great jet boat. Dave, our salesman, was knowledgeable and provided good tips for us to start the summer. Now at the end of the season, Jake was terrific! Our battery died on our lift and we couldnt get the boat to start to take it out for the winter. He ran back to the shop to get a jump pack. A couple of other little mishaps took a little longer than we thought to get to the ramp. He was patient, polite and also provided good tips about our boat. Highly recommend this company for sales and service.

Absolutely would NOT buy another boat from them. When we went to look at the boat we were interested in we decided to put a deposit down on it and waited word from their finance dept and 4 days later after calling the guy myself and leaving a message he finally returned my call to tell me he couldnt get me approved but 2 days later I get a letter in the mail from their bank saying I was approved. So I scheduled the demo after talking with my bank. After the demo me and the salesman that did the demo with me determined that a few things needed fixed and he assured me that my salesman would take care of those for me. After going round and round with them and taking the boat back to them with no appointment they agreed to fix the issues. Well the one issue was fixed. The keel guard that was clearly intact upon purchasing was still not adhered to the boat correctly. Between the lack of communication on their end and failure to uphold to what they said they would do I do not recommend buying from them.

I have to say the guys in the service dept. are great. I had my Nitro in to 2 other shops and no one could figure out why it did not have the power it should have. 1 trip into Just add water, quick conversation with the guys at the service desk and BAM less the a week later I had my boat back.You really need to disregard any negative reviews you may see. These guys really know what customer service is about.

I have an older boat with a 5.7L Volvo-Penta engine. Had a very hard time finding someone willing to work on it. Took it to one shop and they charged me $1600 and couldnt fix it. Took it to JAWB and they figured out what was wrong with it, found things the other shop did wrong, gave me a complete write up of what was done and what was wrong and helped me out a ton with the diagnostics! I cant say enough good things about the entire service dept. here! They had my boat for 3 days and did more than the other shop did in 4 months! Keep in mind when you are looking for a shop to work on your boat, sometimes it takes putting the boat on the water and under a load to replicate the problem you are having, JAWB can do that on their private lake but other shops cant do that.If you are looking for parts to work on your own boat they have a huge selection of parts on hand and if they dont have it they can order it for you. They also have watersports equipment in the store you can pick up while you are there. Want a new tube, stop in and pick one up. Need a prop, oil, filter, lights, wiring, or just about any other piece, part or toy? Just stop in there and pick it up.Looking for a new or used boat? They have plenty in stock of both.I honestly dont have anything to do with JAWB but they have helped me out tremendously so I figured I would share my experience.

I purchased a 2007 Winnebago View from Just Add Water Boats in 2018 the sales people were laid back no pressure. Matt Adams from the service department and the guys walked us through all the systems on the RV explaining the dos and dont. The service department fixed or replaced anything that wasnt operating correctly. I have been interested in other RV at other location. When I asked about repairs I was told they are As Is, but if I wanted to pay $1500 they would take a look. When I went to Just Add Water Boats was a different experience they are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a large indoor maintenance building with winter storage available. I would recommend Just add water boats for all RV maintenance, repair and storage.Vince

I am beyond pleased and incredibly impressed with the experience I just had with purchasing my very first boat through Tim at Just Add Water. When I came in to look at a Yamaha SX190 I knew very little about that make/model of boat and was mainly intersted becuase a friend of mine suggested it.Tim was incredibly knowledgeabe and took the time to walk me through the features/functionality of the boat while answering any questions. He even took it a step further and showed me alternative options on the floor that fit within my budget!By the time I left, I felt so comforable with Tim that I put a depost down on a boat before even driving it! Thankfuly Tim promised me he would give me driving lessons once the boat arrived.To my suprise, Tim did more than just give me driving lessons. He spent time showing me what areas of the lake to avoid, how to manuever the boat in criticial situations and even gave me the history of the lake.I have already recommended several of my friends go see Tim at Just Add Water Boats and guarantee I would buy any future boats through him. The only concern is Tim may not want to give me Drivers Ed lessons again. :)

I dont usually leave reviews of places and honestly this is probably my first, but i felt compelled to given the experience that I had. I bought a used 2018 Yamaha 242 Limited from this dealer and haggled the salesman (Troy) pretty hard and he handled it professionally. The price was actually pretty fair given the condition and extras with the boat. I was coming from states away so I was nervous that the boat would not be what I was expecting but it turned out to be as advertised. Troy went above and beyond and even did a couple things that I didnt even ask for as I was leaving. Overall great experience and Troy deserves a bonus!

I have visited this location a couple different times to buy parts. The same person(girl) as work the counter. Extremely rude and youre inconveniencing her by coming in. You ask questions looking for parts she tells you if you dont see it on the Shelf we dont have it tried having her look up parts with no customers in the place and was told she doesnt have time for that. I guess with the Boating industry blowing up like it has they just dont care.

Spoke to Keith (owner) and he was candid, upfront, and honest about a boat we inquired about purchasing, we are not going ahead with the purchase at this time but you can trust that Keith is as honest as the day is long

Prices are ridiculous asking $4000 more for a 3 year old pontoon than it cost new.

The service dept. is really great aint no better. Labor on all boat repair places is really high. Just Add Water service is the best of all really friendly and helpful.

Troy in sales is probably the most sincere and up front boat guy Ive met. Cannot say enough - i think he answered or immediately called back all of my phone calls and texts. He spent at least a few hours with me. I had many questions for my first boat purchase. He didnt push me to get anything i wasnt comfortable with price or boat wise. The company even worked with me after ordering a different motor a few days later after the purchase for no additional fees.Steve is a great guy in the finance department. I basically walked in this place expecting very little for my money, and I can say because of Troys help in finding the perfect Misty Harbor for my family, and Steve hooking me up with some great financing options, we had one of our most memorable summers this year.They also offer parts and service. I havent done service but parts was super easy! I bent my prop on who knows what, and they had it in stock same day pickup, and i had my boat back in the water very same day.I will definitely be coming back for all my boat needs.

I don’t think I’m someone who is hard to please, but the sales people at this place made me feel like I was begging, or asking for something free. I saw a boat online which I became very interested on. I called the seller with a bit of hesitation since I live in Iowa not Indiana. The receptionist was very pleasant and connected me with me a sales person right away. I told the guy (Troy) which boat I wanted to get more information on. After finding the boat on their site he gave me a 15 second description of what I had already seen online. He proceeded to tell me that boat was bought an an action and was still winterized, and unless I drove the 6.5 hrs to make an offer while at the store they were not going to hold the boat for anyone due to the high demand. I was caught off guard by his response and I simply thanked him for his time and ended the call. The next day after getting a lot of heat from my wife to call again and that maybe it was just a bad experience, I decided to give it another try. Boat looked nice on pictures that I figured it wouldn’t hurt. I called and the receptionist tried 3 times to connect me with a sales person. No one took my call, so she offered to take my number and have someone call me back... that was 5 days ago and never got a call. I was looking to spend a fair amount of money, but I guess my money does not equal to the same as people in Indiana!Have never been treated or made feel this way. Bought a 2019 Crest and that’s where the problems started. We were promised by the GM Jim, that the issues would be fixed. However, every time I call no one answers the phone and when they do answer I have to leave (multiple) messages which we never get return calls. I guess, they got my money and don’t care about fulfilling commitments to their customers. Anyways, we will take our boats and future business elsewhere, if this is the level of professionalism that should be expected by Jim. Furthermore, if your lackadaisical leadership doesn’t want to follow through then you might want to find a replacement before he sinks your business. Unbelievably unprofessional!

I dont normally post a lot of reviews, but when I do, they matter. I had been looking for a 24 Yamaha for a couple of months. When I write looking, Im talking from the Great Lakes to as far south as the Carolinas. After my first communications with Troy and the Team at Just Add Water Boats, I knew this was the place. I am busy. I am direct as it concerns pricing. Troy answered all my questions without acting like the typical high pressure salesman and Steve was able to get a finance plan that beat the competitors. Troy even came in early to open the store so that I could captain the boat (on their own lake in back of the shop) as I was on a tight schedule. Great experience and I highly recommend you check them out.

We bought a used 18 caravelle 2 months ago and it is currently sitting in a shop having multiple problems fixed after just 2 times on the water, the second time being cut short because of overheating and melting parts. First problem we had was the boat wasnt even advertised correctly, it was listed as having a radio and Bimini top, neither of which it did(the radio was there but didnt have a faceplate). They claimed it was inspected before being listed for sale and was turn key ready but it wasnt since the blower vent hose was shredded and had to be replaced. Currently sitting in another dealers shop getting both exhaust riser elbows replaced as well as the raw water pump after it overheated and melted the elbows after only 4 hours of operation. Its also getting a new fuel sending unit because thats bad as well. I understand a used boat comes with the chance of problems but with only 4 hours of run time before everything failed it looks more like they never even inspected it. The salesman troy and the finance guy were the only 2 good encounters. The whole ride before you buy deal is just to make you feel like you made a good purchase. We like the boat and will have it fixed but when we upgrade next season we will not be back.

Purchase agreement clearly states 60 days to furnish title paperwork. Its now been 7 months and Ive called every month to find out why I dont have any paperwork. I lost a month of boating season because this company was unable to provide the paperwork. I spoke with the GM and was told let me see what I can do. Turns out, that was very little to nothing at all.

We purchased our very first boat this year at the boat show in Louisville, KY. We enjoyed dealing with Keith during our sales negotiation and left the show a bit nervous but very, very excited and feeling pretty good about the deal that was made. We dealt with Steve on the financial side of the transaction and he was great to deal with as well. They both made us feel like our business was very important to them and very much appreciated by them. We went to the store a few weeks later to test drive our new boat and everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly to us. Last week, we again worked with Keith to finalize the delivery details of our boat for arrival this past weekend. It was delivered exactly within the time frame provided to us and in perfect condition. From start to finish, we are very pleased with the treatment we have received from this group. We feel confident if there are any issues with our boat once it is put in the water, that Keith and his team will address them promptly and make sure they are resolved to our satisfaction. The customer service we have received from them thus far makes us expect nothing less.

Zero Integrity, Dishonest and Horrible Customer Service pretty much summarizes by experience with Just Add Water. I went in yesterday by appointment as i was instructed was required during the IN Covid Shutdown. Looked at a camper and wound up at a number slightly higher than my wife and I were initially thinking. I asked if we could put down a deposit to hold the camper while we went home and talked about it that night as per their policy and was told specifically by Matt that it wasnt necessary and that nobody was looking at it for 2 days and to call or text in the morning. So the next morning (less than an hour after they opened) I text Matt and told him my wife and I had decided to pull the trigger and could be there today only to find out he didnt know if he could sell it to me and that another salesman had to tell him because they showed it to a random person who walked off the street which I was specifically told wasnt allowed during the Covid situation and that showings were by appointment only. He told me at 9:57 he had to see if it was available. I reached back out repeatedly from 10:00 through 1:16 when we were finally told somebody else put down a deposit and we were out of luck. Not so much as a call or a heads up. Then if that wasnt bad enough Matt tried to sell me a different camper that was 7 shorter, had no slides and was no where close to the same specs as the camper we wanted to buy. Overall a terrible experience. One that reminds me to rarely take a salesmans word and one that will likely ensure Ill never be back to Just Add Water again.

There was never any pressure and he put in extra effort to get us the boat we wanted, including hunting down a motor out on the east coast. Delivery of the boat was painless and the driver Sonny was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone we dealt with seemed very genuine and put our interests first. Great experience all the way through.

Dave was a great experience. I am almost rude to salesmen most of the time because they are so pushy. He was very polite to me and aloud me to check out the boats. He was there but never once did he try to push me into the boat. He let .e look at the one that I wanted to see and was there to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be going back and I will be asking for him.

Have been talking to the sales staff of Just Add Water Boats for several years now at the Indy Boat and Travel show and decided this year that we were going to finally make the purchase. Everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable and answered every question. Also had questions answered about other boats sold by other vendors when they seemed reluctant to answer questions at times.We decided on the Yamaha SX190, which more than meets our needs. It was the roomiest 19 boat I have looked at and with a high output Yamaha jet drive it is more than capable of pulling my skiers and our tube. I do as much fishing as well as my family play time and this 19 boat has a shallower draft than my 16 boat we are upgrading from.And are very excited to be picking it up this coming Thursday. We are also scheduled to take a lake ride at their location in our boat and will be instructed by their professional staff on all aspects of our new boat.If you are shopping dont over look these guys! Me and my fiance were looking for our first boat and came across one at just add water. We went to look at the boat on a Saturday and it was what we had been looking for. The gentleman over at the warehouse was very knowledgeable and helped us out so much (Kevin ), We setup an appointment to come back and test drive it the next weekend and Ryan took us out for our first run on the boat, He was also very knowledgeable and helpful, So we took ownership that day as proud boat owners with Troy as our salesman. If you’re looking for a new boat this place is awesome. I started off looking at new tritoon boats at the boat show. Then looking at online at different dealers. I found the new Misty Harbor I wanted online at Just Add Water. I stopped by one day during my lunch break and they were able to put a deal together in less than 30 minutes. Every person I meet was extremely helpful and nice to deal with. This is my second boat purchase from Just Add Water. Any time I have stopped by for parts or getting boat serviced the receptionist alway is extremely nice and greets with the friendliest attitude. We did end up purchasing our boat here, but not without difficulty. No one would return our calls and when we selected a used boat they took it in to check it out for any needed repairs, telling us it would be ready by the weekend. It was not and we were not informed until we called THEM to ask about the status. We finally picked our boat up about a week and half after buying it. During the signing process we told them of our new address and were assured the title would be mailed to us at our new home. They mailed it to our old address. I just dont believe they are much concerned with good customer service and follow up is definitely not one of their priorities.

Very helpful staff. Went in for a fuel tank for an outboard that I didnt have much information on and was in a hurry, the parts counter associate was very knowledgeable and understanding, making my visit very pleasant. Will be going back.

Very limited inventory and even then, half the boats in store are sold. Guy acted like I was nothing basically even though I’m looking at 30-40k boats here and want to walk with one.

We bought a used boat for $17,000.00. I was looking in showroom and had to ask for a sales person. Took boat home and first time we used it the power steering went out. Took boat back and it was fixed under warranty. The very next time we used the boat the power steering went out again, and again was fixed under warranty. Dropped boat off in September and asked them to inspect the hull which had pieces popping out of the hull itself, and this happened with less than 20 hours on boat. They were able to get back to me in May with an answer that it would be $4000.00 to fix it. They said they could save me a little money by pawning it off on some who does a much lower quality of job. That was after trying to reach them by phone where it was very hard to get a return phone call. They saved me $300.00. They threw in a trailer lock when I purchased the boat. That broke off on the trailer in 2 months. We also bought a large inflatable tube( approximately 300.00) that was unable to hold air for one day of boating, thus making 100% of all purchases, large and small, 100% defective. Thanks Just add Water for teaching me how to make lemonade.
