First experience with Freedom Outdoors. I brought my Blazer in for winterization and maintenance. The staff up front was courteous and professional. Scott was great, he was thorough going over the boat and answered all of my questions promptly. Turn around time was exceptional, considering it was the end of season and there were numerous boats to work on and their involvement with the boat shows. About as pleasant of an experience you could ask for. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

Pleasure working with Freedom Outdoors, I brought my boat in for service and they did a great job, turn around time wasnt terrible considering the time of year. I am also in the market for a new boat, their salesman was very informative and knowledgeable about the boat lines they carry. I will be back when the time comes to buy, and Id recommend that to anyone else.

Ive had more boats in my life then women and I like the boats better. So when I go to buy another one, a lot of things have to feel right for me. Im too old to put up with BS. I was pleasantly surprised. The young guys knew their boats but werent know it alls. Friendly fishing folk. They got the deal and I got another toy

Poor service. Love the boat but they still owe me money a month later. Haven’t gotten the papers for a registration, so I can’t fish. I ordered seats and they still haven’t come in. Once again, I love my boat but the entire experience has been a nightmare with them

I do not under any circumstance recommend anyone go to this place for a boat they are no better than Teds was took more than 2 months to get the paperwork done so I can register it but thats kinda pointless when its been in the shop every week since I bought it when I supposedly bought it in full working order and forget getting ahold of anyone on the phone thats a lost cause if you are in the market for a boat do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with them

Just walked in to get pricing on a new boat as mine is sold and Im in the market and ready to buy. Nobody at the front desk. Guy in the office just looking at us with no intentions of making a sell. Walked out after 5 minutes, because I guess we are not worthy of a sell at closing time. Dont waste your time with these folks.

Absolutely horrible experience. Took my boat for service in January. Made at least a dozen calls to find out the status of the work. Each time had to either leave a message or was told they would check an call back they never returned a single call. Finally after three months decided I needed to just retrieve the boat and take somewhere else. When I went to pick up the boat there was hardly anyone to be found. After waiting a good while they finally brought the boat around. The boat looked horrible, they had left the cover half off and sitting outside for the three months. Things inside were molded, standing water as it was apparently parked without attention to how it would drain. They dropped the boat in the front parking lot and ran off. I went back inside, very upset about the condition. Wondered around for about 30 minutes looking for someone to talk to. They were hiding somewhere. Cowards as well! Extremely poor poor service.

They are permanently closed they have a sign on the doors saying their Ohio stores are open

Never left online..very very nice boats .oh guess what I promise I can afford one although when Im looking for a general direction on price and Im online..very bad decision on not making prices avail at all times .who are you to say I am not a busy busy person and now I cant even complete research because of pricing.and now I already dont even want to talk to you because you did not put my needs in front of your desires.....SIR!!.you just lost a customer
