They fix your vehicle but if you have something nice inside your car somebody will steal it will not take my vehicle back no more

I have mixed feelings about the service center. I know they have a lot of overhead and costs, but $50 for wiper blade replacement, $250 for rear pads, and $350 for a new battery. They are very nice and explained things, but it truly is amazing anyone can afford a vehicle anymore.
The service department does not even deserve one star, no option to take it off! Recently took our truck in for a recall and an alignment. When our truck was taken NO airbag light was on, and when I called Kevin even said their was NO light on when we brought it in, but when we left, our airbag light is on and the person said it was on before he worked on it which even per Kevin this was a LIE, and since it is now on, was our recall correctly taken care of, will it work when we need it, are my passengers safe?!! We will never bring our vehicles to this facility again, because apparently our safety is not a concern to them! Especially when I called and left 2 voicemails for the manager and NO return call! And when we were promised it would be worked on which we had an appointment for Friday morning and was told they didn’t get to it, didn’t get it back until Monday. All the way around bad bad service!! Beware before going here for service!!

I had a recall on my 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo. They sent me a letter in the mail and I set an appointment for the next day. I went in and they took care of me in no time. Free of charge. Thank you blossom Chevrolet!!!!!!!!!

Came in with check engine light at 79.5k miles. I had already gotten it checked prior, and was told cat converter would fall under 80k mile 8yr warranty. These guys wouldnt even check the diagnostic for me, and then when I said I knew what it is and asked if it would be warranty they say no, emissions warranty is 50k 2yr. Call my uncle that owns a Firestone up and he got my vin and confirmed warranty with local dealership in TN. Call this service group back and they say sorry yes it does fall under warranty. If I listened to these goons then I might have driven my car another 500 miles so they could rip me off on a nonwarranty cat converter. Too bad I cant give 0 stars
