Sale representative was nice, but I need more from the staff member. My car was dirty. The staff member sent the car back car to be cleaned. I found gum and dirt stains in back of car. Im disappointed in jaguar dealerships. I expected more coming from a bid dealership.

I recently bought an F-Pace 2020 Jaguar, working primarily withSami Sharifi . He was extremely pleasant and I enjoyed the experience, which is saying something because I usually dont enjoy all the back and forth of the process.Id recommend him and the dealership if you are in the market.

3+ years of having my jaguar and still waiting on a positive service experience. The technicians might be doing great jobs, but the service associates dont seem to care about making anything a pleasant experience. I could go into more details, but mainly: if you like the cars just plan on having subpar service.

My vehicle has been in the shop for the last two months and no one seems to be able to find the cause of the issue and no one has tried to reach out about an alternative. My vehicle is still under the factory warrant yet a suggestion was made that they can put the vehicle back together and we can take it somewhere else.( why would we do that when it is covered under your warranty?) We have called in an opened a case with their customer service yet it has taken them two months to even call to speak about the issue. At this point I would like my vehicle fixed or a buy back. I don’t feel like their best interest has been in regards to the customer because we continue to get the run around and we are on our 4th loaner vehicle that we keep having to switch out because they don’t want to many miles on them. Taking the vehicle back without a confirmed issue is not an option and is very unsafe. While driving doesn’t,matter the speed it will stop. The first time it stopped I was driving home on the highway going 75 mph and it just stopped, luckily there wasn’t a lot of traffic that night. Last time it stopped I was in 5 o’clock traffic and almost got hit from behind with my children in the backseat. I am Very dissatisfied with the customer service we have received and lack of knowledge to fix the problem.

Is it possible to give zero stars. This place is an embarrassment to be affiliated with Jaguar or Jaguar standards. They will not return a phone call and are completely unapologetic for their incompetence. Worst customer service hands down.
