My wife and I wandered into the Tom Wood Land Rover dealership yesterday, just curious to see what the new models were like. A wonderful salesperson by the name of Beth Miller met us at the door and asked us if she could help us, and boy did she ever. She showed us multiple vehicles, explaining them in complete detail. She let us drive multiple vehicles. She didn’t give us the usual high pressure sales pitch. She was the opposite, she merely wanted us to get the vehicle that was right for us. I know it doesn’t sound real, I myself was dumbfounded! A helpful, courteous, kind and super informative car salesperson? I was completely shocked and super happy I came to this dealership. Ms. Miller has earned a life long customer for herself. By far the BEST car buying experience EVER! If you go somewhere else, you’re making a HUGE mistake. You rock Beth! Had service performed. Very well done from start to finish. Really appreciated working with my service advisor Lia. Her communication was excellent. Attentive to details. She was upfront and honest about what to expect and helped ensure things went well. She made sure I had transportation while not having my vehicle. She was also extremely kind, professional and efficient. The head mechanic that serviced my vehicle was outstanding as well. Very thorough in determining the problem and helpful in making sure it was properly fixed. Overall a great experience. Much appreciated.

I worked with such a great team at Tom Wood Land Rover. They have an absolute All Star line up and they are quick to meet your needs and come up with solutions with any problem you may have. There were some things that did not go exactly how I wanted but they were amazing and stayed by my side and were supportive and helpful. Trust me, come out and they will take care of you. I have worked with Angie in the service department both times I’ve taken my vehicle in and she is wonderful! She is prompt with communication and very sweet!! They had to order a part upon my most recent visit and even with the delay of getting the part in, they gave me a loaner vehicle to use for the three weeks it took for the part to come in without any hesitation! I’ve only had great experiences at Tom Wood Land Rover! I would recommend to all!
A much improved experience over my last visit! Communication was great once I dropped off the car. Unfortunately, I had requested a call to discuss my needs when scheduling online and left three voicemails with no return call. Text communications are definitely better than phone!

We had to have our Range Rover serviced for a timing chain and tensioners. We couldnt be happier w the service and results. Lea was amazing getting with our warranty and keeping us updated step by step with the process.
Josh is really great at his job. Communication outside of working with Josh to get questions answered is very very poor. Also, small detail, but my tire pressures are all out of spec vs. when I dropped it off, so I will have to fix that myself. Not a huge deal but when you pay $700+ for a 32k mile service, youd expect that to be right.Again, Josh is the only part of the communication that worked, the rest is really bad.

The Ink was not even on the contract let alone dry and the salesperson got busy with other customers- obviously he was done with me. He made his commission. The car was not properly detailed. Still had some basic questions that I was unable to ask. Took hours to complete deal.

My Fiancé and I set up an appointment last Saturday to test drive a Velar at noon. At around 12:15 the sales man let us know that he had a client that was scheduled before us and that they had showed up late. By 12:45 he told us to pick which car we wanted to drive and he got us the keys and did the paperwork. We finally received the keys to the Velar at 1pm a full hour after our scheduled appointment. He then asked us where we would be going on the test drive. I told him we would stay in the keystone area but that we would likely stop for a quick bite to eat because we were getting hungry by that point. The sales man had the nerve to tell us to be quick because there are not many cars on the lot with the chip shortage and he wanted the car there incase someone showed up looking to buy one. We waited a freaking hour for this guy and he had the nerve to tell us to be quick!!! After that we walked next door and purchased a brand new 2022 Q5 from Joel. Joel handed us the keys for a test drive and said take the car for as long as you would like. Be like Joel.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My Lr2 has been broke down there since August of 2020 waiting for a single part .my service advisor Angie Walters is always nowhere to be found, i have been trying to reach her for 2 days to pay my balance and have left messages concerning this and not a word from her.has a very hard time returning my calls or messages unless its convenient for her. I was threatened to have my car towed off there lot if I didnt pay for a part which Land Rover could not seem to manufacture due to covid reasons Im sure.I will never bring my vehicle here again.....

Hands down the WORST Land Rover dealer there is. Their customer service is beyond extremely bad. Whoever answers the phone is always rude and condescending. It is next to impossible to make a service appointment. They are booked out over a month. Each time I call they tell me that someone will call me back to make an appointment. I wait, but I do not get a call back. Avoid this dealer.
Terrible customer service! Made an appointment to get me car into the service department. Took a week for them just to look at it. kept it for almost 2 months. Then when it was ready for pick up they refused to give me my keys due to the service department being closed, even though they knew I was coming. It has been a month since i got my car back, and it is doing the same thing. After two months of them keeping my car, they never fixed it. The entire time I was treated terrible. Awful place to deal with.

Worst Experience EVERRR !!! My Range Rover Evoque is with them for servicing and they have completely STOPPED RESPONDING. I live one hour away and have to make sure my car is ready before I come get it. They are not responding to so many calls I have tried to make, voicemails, emails. Not even a single call or message from their side.I never expected this kind of treatment at a Land Rover Franchise.
First time doing business with this establishment.So far, first impression is an overall positive experience. Respectful of my time, no surprises, did not overpromise, transaction completed in 2 hours from arrival. Even stayed 30 minutes after closing to complete detailing the car.So far recommend, this could be the start of a long term relationship.
Set up an appointment to view a vehicle of theirs ahead of time. Took time off work to come see it and I go inside and they tell me they sold it. No big deal, but can’t give a phone call?? Absolute garbage customer service. Rather drive to Ft Wayne.

Don’t bother taking your car here. Horrible customer service from Angie. Mine was left in the dept for more than 2 weeks. No service was done because i lost my patience and deferred all the services that was recommended by them. Thst being said its sad to say but they don’t live up to their expectations of the quality and services they promise. Not all but at least the ones i’ve dealt with so far. That includes Angie,the services advisor, who did not care that once my car was left in service, it was forgotten for a whole week until we heard from her a week later and than another week to discuss whats to be done and not done under warranty or out of pocket. That’s all I really needed to know. Phone calls are never answered or returned. Voicemails are heard or sometimes they’re just full but you still don’t get a reply back. Text msgs are also replied but at their convenience may be a day or two later or never at all. You don’t get a response until u post negative review on google, Facebook or their rating website for the higher ups to get involved. This place just lost a customer. I don’t think i will ever buy or service my land rover here! Sorry Josh! You’re the only one who listened.

The worst service experience ever with any dealership.Take whole week to get my 2017 Range Rover to be serviced. It’s just first regular maintenance service. They didn’t cover the seat and floor during service and I end up with a dirty floor mat.
Had a great experience with Tom Wood Land Rover parts department. They were friendly, very knowledgeable and made sure I had everything to properly fix my vehicle.
Stopped in on our way home from a doctor appointment. We live over 2 hours away, had an early appointment and was in some comfy cloths. They said they did not have the keys to what we were looking at and she took my info to get back with me, which she never did. Then she just walked back in the showroom and left us standing there. She may have had her hair done, make up caked on and in a dress but I can reassure ypu our money is as good as hers! Never will we go back.
