Had a terrible experience here. Took my car to get fixed, they told me it would be one price and it ended up being double. They didn’t include the labor cost in the price and they misquoted the cost of parts by hundreds of dollars. They don’t offer financing so this was difficult for us. After I had this experience there was a number I was supposed to call to address the issue but the service manager didn’t answer his phone. Still haven’t been in contact with them. They also asked me to take an email survey about my experience which I didn’t even get.

LaMont was great! He wasn’t pushy— he never tried to convince me to buy anything or upgrade the vehicle I was originally looking at. He listened to everything I said, found a car that fit my needs, and when I saw another car on the lot that I fell in love with, he made it mine. The finance guys, Chance in particular, thoroughly explained all of the paperwork and made the process as quick and easy as possible! The sales manager, Adrian, was also great— he made sure to always address me by my name and was very appreciative of my purchase! The garage guys made sure my car was nice and clean and shiny for me when I drove it off the lot. I’m absolutely in love with my beautiful 2020 Civic Sport Touring Hatchback!

Took my daughters 2016 civic in for a air conditioning problem. Was not getting cold, said they looked at it. Did some testing, took it home. Now 3 days later, still not working well. They will never get my business again. I will stick to Ed Martin Honda.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star, but you have to give them something. I will never use their service department or buy a car from them again. They had my car for 5 weeks, because they ordered the wrong parts 3 times. They didnt offer a discount on the cost due to their errors, didnt offer a loaner vehicle, nothing. Just an oops, sorry.When I got my car back after those 5 weeks, the heater and defrost didnt work (it worked just fine when I dropped it off.) I decided to take my car elsewhere, as I cant trust the work to be done right, in a reasonable time frame. If you have time and money to throw away, roll the dice and take your chances.My fiance and I are looking to buy a car for his son and Im in the market for a new vehicle as well. Based on this experience, Ill go elsewhere.

Stopped in for service on my 2013 Civic no complaints in that department the service took a little longer than they expected but they gave me a 10% discount for the added time. Way better experience compared to Hare Honda.I have been in the market for a newer used truck and while we were unable to make a deal for the GMC Sierra I really appreciated the outstanding service and transparency provided by John on the sales team.

I would like to commend the Bob Rohrman dealership in Greenwood, Indiana. My daughter had issues with her car that was purchased there. We talked with Chris-Manager, Jim-Service Department, and John-Representative. These specific gentlemen were very patient, understanding and kind. Each one apologized for the trouble she was having, and went out of their way to make things right. I like the service at this Honda dealership. The people are really friendly. The waiting area is horrible. They dont even offer free water. They will give you something to drink of your choice if you are going to buy a car. Big Deal. NOT!! Bathrooms are dirty. Car wash is horrible. It doesnt dry your car and if its sunny the water leaves spots. I rather have a dirty car than them washing my car!

Service on 2017 CRV. Service was performed. Vehicle was washed all done in an hour. All employees I had contact were friendly. I will be back.
Got oil change and tire rotation, they replaced one tire under warrenty duevto damage from pit hole but left another tire with plug in bad spot and also had a nail that should of been fixed and or replaced. Now have to make another trip to fix something that could of already been taken care of.Also.kibd if mad over warrenty on shokes and Indy Honda not trying to replace them from wear, because not 100% worn out but does needs replaced.
