Michael was good to work with and the shipment went fine but my reason for a one-star review is as follows. Since I had my car shipped with this company I now get 5-10 calls a day from random shipping companies asking for ETA on deliveries. I am not in the shipping industry and have nothing to do with the shipping industry and dont have time for these calls throughout the day. I get calls at 1 am ever since I did business with this company. I would gladly give a 5-star review but cannot until this issue is rectified.

Everything went smoothly with no glitches. Very happy that this long time husband and wife team were honest and professional. The car was picked up when they said it would be and delivered on the day as promised. Price was also reasonable. They communicated frequently with me on the day of pick -up regarding the time frame. Excellent service, would definitely recommend !

Excellent experience, I would recommend this company to anyone! Both the agent and driver assigned to my shipment were incredibly helpful, and helped me navigate tricky scheduling problems when winter storms were rolling through. Very communicative and easy to reach with any questions via email, phone, text- never got the runaround or transferred on the phone, I had the same people with me the whole way. The driver especially went above and beyond to help me get my car ready when there was a foot of snow. Exceptional people and professional quality at a great price.

Car arrived in very fast and reasonable time. Carrier wanted extra money so my price went up a bit from original quote. Had issues upon arrival as it arrived during the morning while I was busy. Otherwise working with Kimberly was very easy and good overall

I believe this is the third time Ive used ASG to ship a vehicle. I always with with Felicia and the experience yes great, they take care of everything. My cars are always delivered in a timely manner, inches are fair, never over charging and their partners are very professional. I would highly recommend.

Great service. Good communication. My first experience shipping my Mercedes my car was delivered in 2 days or so. There was a delay this time because of other cancellations. I did have to follow up but my SUVwas delivered within a reasonable amount of time.
