I chose burnside because they are the best in the business! The whole experience was quick, seamless, and efficient. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and super friendly. The repair work done on my vehicle was impeccable and made car look as good as new! They even cleaned out the inside as a bonus! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else, and will definitely refer anyone else needing repair work!

Took my car in for repair following a hit and run. Burnside did a quick overview estimate with me and then did a complete & total inspection with breakdown afterwards. GEICO & Burnside called promptly with updates on the repairs needed, cost, cost with insurance, etc.and allowed me to choose to use genuine Volvo parts! Very fast and awesome service!

My car was sent to be repaired at Burnside Express Collision through my insurance company, Geico, after being involved in an accident. My experience with his company has been problematic from the beginning. They initially delayed the delivery of my car by 6 weeks due to accidentally deploying all the airbags and causing more damage to the interior of the car.When I received my car, I noticed a chip of paint on my driver side mirror which was . While driving a week later, I noticed a scraping sound coming from my car and realized the bottom panel was dragging along the road. When I took back my car they said they mustve forgot to screw in the bottom panel. Soon after this my car would intermittently die while driving. I thought this was a mechanical issue and planned to take it to the dealer the following weekend until the next morning my car failed to start, I called roadside assistance and also noticed that my cars battery terminals were not properly secured causing a loss of power while driving. My car had stopped repeatedly and put me in danger of potentially getting in an accident. After this, the most recent issue occurred after my passenger side window shattered while being parked at my home. There was no external damage and the glass was damaged from the inside. I told Burnside Express about this and they told me to come in two days later as they were too busy to look at it immediately. I believed this would be covered under the signed warranty I received from both Burnside and Geico to cover any damages resulting from the labor or material used during the repair of my vehicle for the life of the car while I still owned it.When they finally checked my car, they opened my door panel and noticed there was no external impact that caused this damage. I was told they had contacted the glass vendor and were expecting to have this replaced under warranty. Because they had opened my door panel, my shattered window was held up by tape which eventually caused it to slip leaving a wide opening. After trying to contact the manager Andy, for three days, I received a call from them stating the glass vendor wouldnt cover the damage and was told I would have to pay to have the glass replaced. I am a salesman for my company and this has made it difficult to drive to customers with a shattered window barely holding up and with glass shards flying off after going over the smallest of bumps on the road.I would expect better service from a company that charged over $12,000 in repairs. I do not believe the reviews others have given this place.

Dropped off car to get fixed & Moe was very informative about what was going to happen & assured me that the car would be fixed. Just waiting now for it to be done & hope that the work is as good as the insurance company says they are

I am very happy I chose this collision center. The communication was great, the rental car pickup/return was a breeze and my car looks awesome! They got it done in the timeframe they quoted, and I never had to wonder about the progress because I was updated on the status multiple times a week. The staff was nice and my car was super clean and detailed when I picked it up! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I honestly cant tell you how they paint, but I can tell you how they handle a difficult situation.My daughters car was rear ended. Looked minimal, with a torn and mis-shaped bumper cover. Upon disassembly, they found more damage than the car was worth. I told them I would be keeping the car, as it is drivable, and asked them to do their best to put the bumper cover back on. When I arrived to pick up the car, it looked like it had been washed, the bumper cover was reinstalled to look as good as it could. Someone spent some time on this to make it look that good. No rattles.Excellent treatment, even for a write off car.Id certainly take any of my vehicles there.Thanks for the great service Kyle.M-

For one these guys are amazing! I want to start off saying that i have never had a better warranty through any shop before until i came to theirs. They came to pick up my car while i was at work and brought it back before i got off. They ordered the parts they needed for my car so they got it in and out with no problems. On top of everything they have done for me they also cleaned out my car. I never asked them to do that but they did it anyways. They truely go above and beyond for their customers and thats something i can appreciate. Thank you again guy and sorry for your loss!!!

I was referred here by Geico. I was initially not trusting and called them on everything but they more than exceeded my expectations. They answer the phone every time you call and they are very efficient at getting the work done. They were always pleasant and even dealt with me being very high maintenance. This place has their stuff together. They do great work, and they have a car rental branch on site.

My wife has had her car into Burnside 3 times in 4 months. She hit a deer, was rear-ended and had sever hail damage. I could not have asked for better customer service or a better repair job. These guys know their stuff, and will be the only repair shop for this family.
