Great experience with these guys. While other online and local dealers were price gouging due to the car shortage, they priced their cars very fairly. Due to the cars age (older than 6 years), they were up front and honest that we would need our own financing and worked with us and our credit union to get the proper paperwork quickly. We came from three hours away and they made sure the car was test driven thoroughly beforehand to make sure any potential issues were taken care of prior to our arrival. Definitely would buy from them again.

Everything I wanted fixed for now was fixed. So far I havent had any problems from anything that was fixed. I chose to take my vehicle to Ed Martin because he was a member at Hillcrest Country Club where I worked as the Executive Chef. He was a very nice man so I decided to try his place of business for my vehicles needs. I had taken my Pathfinder to a different dealer before, and I wasnt satisfied. Friendly staff and great customer service. Jason was the staff member that worked with me. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Lots to be said about Ed Martin Nissan. The sales staff works hard for the customer. The Sales Manager Jay goes above and beyond to give you the best car buying experience. We had an issue on Friday around close, Saturday morning we had a call at 9 am asking us to come in to fix the issue. Jay lead the charge and got us exactly what we needed!Thank you Ed Martin Nissan for a great experience. I am so glad we decided to come in. I will be buying a car from them when the time comes again.

Service was fine, and my rep was friendly. However, it took almost 1.5 weeks for my car to even be looked at. Also not happy I was charged a $148 diagnostic fee for my broken door lock, the main issue I came in with was transmission related and I asked for the lock to be looked at along with the transmission issue. Feels like I was charged the diagnostic fee just so some money could be collected from me. That fee would have been covered by my warranty if I did not ask my for my lock to be inspected, but it appears I was charged a separate diagnostic fee for the door on top of the transmission diagnosis. I am not sure if it is standard practice to charge a separate $148 diagnostic fee for every issue raised on my vehicle, but it feels like it was tacked on to ensure I would be charged for something. This kind of practice would keep me from returning for service.The service itself however has so far fixed the issues I was facing and I am satisfied with that aspect. My service rep was friendly and promptly answered any questions I had about the service on my vehicle.

Probably the worst customer service and over all experience I could possible describe to someone! Brought my car in after spending thousands for a repair only for it to have a “cooler line” be knocked loose and stall in the middle of the street. After having a tow truck come ( which was suggested by Ed martin) come to get my car, two days later my car is given back with a muffler that is damaged and doesn’t even drive the same way. After rude treatment from “Julianne” and blank stares no one once answered as to how it was damaged, maybe suggesting it was just previously like that.Then days later after making inquires, a “ operations manager “ tells me they came to the conclusion “ it was damaged by maybe a tow truck- basically sorry about your luck. If you want to spend thousands and get your car back even more damaged then before - this is your place!! I would never in my lifetime a business this large being so unprofessional and careless. When you walk into a place and see people that don’t look intelligent or trustworthy- follow your first instincts.

Joe and the service crews did exceptional job to my Altima. I was only doing my oil change with them but they managed to point out some exhaust leakage in my car as well as drain out all the water at my driver side door which no body bother to tell me about with all the oil change places I went previously. Their service is truly above and beyond! will visit them again and strongly recommend!

I had never met a lazy car sales man before until I came here. All he wanted to do was get my social security number and birthdate to run my credit because he get paid for it. The banks said it had to be between certain years and price. This Ed Martin didn’t have anything I was interested in but they’re other lots did and I told him that and asked him to try and get me a couple options to choose from and he never called back or anything!

The service received was great. We always bring our vehicle to Ed Martin for check-ups and scheduled maintenance. There were a few repairs and replacements needed that we will manage on our own due to the very costly price tag associated with the repair.Hood shocks cost us $22 each. Installing them takes about 20 minutes. $350 is not in our budget.Buffing out the discoloration in the headlights cost us $8 of product and took us 20 minutes.We know that you dont set the book prices, but we have to be judicious about which work is affordable.

Buying a car can be stressful. Our buying experience was fantastic. From walking in the door to getting the keys to out new Rogue, we were treated like a person not just a car buyer. They listened to what we wanted in our new car. They had many Rogues to choose from. Our salesman was super knowledgeable. He knew about all the options and how everything on the car worked. While everything was being processed he showed us around so we would be familiar with the service and parts department. When we went out to get our new car, the salesman made sure we knew how everything worked.

My 2019 Sentra would not start randomly due to an unknown recall on the car. I called the first nissan that came up closest to my apartment parking garage, I got so lucky this one was the first to pop up. They immediately knew the issue, directed me to Nissan Roadside assistance to tow my car. Took them less than 4 hours to fix and have it ready for me to pick up the next day. Smooth, painless as it could be, and great service!

I was greeted by Jill with a smile, she listened to what I needed and told me they would call me when the car was ready. I think his name is Jason who was the first person to say hello to me before anyone else clocked in. I asked if he thought I needed new my tires, he explained what they look for and that I had some time left on them.Carl came out when I came to pick up my car. He also went over the tires and said that soon they would have a tire sale and I may want to consider buying tires at that time but I still had time just as Jason said. He went over any other issues with the car. My car was washed and clean and brought to me at the front door. All in all the customer service was outstanding!

The Mechanics & staff at Ed Martin Nissan are brilliant! I had a clunking noise that sounded like it was coming from my front passenger wheel, but nothing there to cause it. The Mechanics decided to check under the hood & they miraculously found a small piece of something that was broken & just hanging by a thread on my engine. They had to order the part & it was there the next day, I was there for less than an hour for the repair.

I anticipated a long wait and pressure to spend money. I’m not good with names, but the young lady explained the 60,000 mile recommendations and gave me pricing-no pressure. Offered to wash my truck. Changed my oil and rotated my tires very quickly. I was in and out in about 30 minutes I think. It was a great experience.

I have been a loyal customer to Ed Martin Nissan service for many years. I have bought nothing but Nissans, because of their service department. Over the last year, the service department has gotten really bad. This last week, they robbed me out of $1000. I had an outside warranty that was paying for my transmission to be replaced. I had also a few other things I wanted replaced. After they took 4 days to even begin work after my scheduled appointment, they told me their service tech that was going to do the work was going to be taking a vacation and they would need my vehicle for another week or so. They said I could either pay for a loaner for that time or be without a vehicle all together. I let them know that was horrible options, they let me keep the loaner. I get a phone call on Monday morning saying the service tech came in on Saturday before his vacation and got it done. They also told me that now my vehicle was leaking transmission fluid and needed some hoses and cooler replaced. They said it was collateral damage. After speaking to PJ Wilson, service manager, and agreeing to a price, I felt I was being held hostage and told them to do the work. I was told my warranty would not be honored if I did not. I left two voicemails for the GM, Mike, with no phone calls back. I go in on Wednesday to pick up my vehicle, only to be told by my service advisor that the work that I asked to be done on my rear hatch, had not been done and was not included in the price. At that point, I handed over all my money and left. They truly robbed me of my money and time, and lost a loyal customer. Avoid the service department at all costs!

Bought a brand new 2021 Rogue Platinum AWD from Ed Martin delaership. Russ was really helpful for us getting the car. PJ in service was also really helpful when we had to take the car in service just after 4 days of making the purchase. Although I had to take a test drive to prove that the problem DOES exist with the car and I am not just making things up. Overall, a satisfactory experience.Several issues with the car:1. side mirrors are constantly shaking while driving,2. AC systems have bugs: the air intake seem to not remember your preferences/choices, and i think there is a software issue with the indicator light for the sync function for the AC systems.However, these are issues with Nissan and not the dealership.Aug 2021 update:4 trips to the dealership later the side mirrors are replaced, however still shaking....and now the surround camera system is not properly calibrated. But, for being a dealership with a service department, you guys really need to be thorough when servicing customers. Especially a customer who bought a brand new car less than two months ago. Being nice and apologize to me does not give an excuse for being sloppy. My overall feeling about the dealership and the service is reallly really not good. My patience is wearing very very thin...

Just wanted to give a positive shout out to Joe in service at Ed Martin Nissan. I purchased a certified used Pathfinder there in July, and last week it started making a pretty rough noise. I took it in to their service dept and found out it needed a $1k+ repair. While the car was still under 36,000 miles, it was beyond the 36 month factory warranty. Despite that, Joe contacted Nissan and asked them to cover the cost of the repair anyway. They agreed, and they paid the whole thing. I’m thankful to have nice guys at Ed Martin and Nissan who fight for their customers. Thanks guys!

As always, service was outstanding. Went for an oil change, air filter, and needed a cabin filter. Had coupons for some of theservices and I was given a Nissan discount for my cabin filter. Car was inspected for tires, brakes, etc. They do that every time I havemy car serviced. Love getting my car washed after they are done. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
