Do not buy from here!!!!!!!! They will not load your vehicles and then charge you late fees. When you try to talk with someone you get told you cant. Would not recommend. Find a different auction. I have now escalated my issue to a lawyer. They literally will not load our cars and are charging us late fees. I have a business and would never do this type of unethical business practice. Youve been warned.

Tried to donate a car and these people were hired as a third party to pick up the kars4kids donation. It’s been 2 weeks since they said they’d be out here in 24-48 hours. They told me this 3 times over the last 2 weeks. Avoid these people, only a priority if they’re making money off of you.

I am not buying anything from COPART. They set up the stupidest app to set appt to pick up. where you could only pickup the car by the stupidest appointment and get charged for storage fee when a transporter cant pickup. And not get reimbursed for the storage. This company is set to steal your money any way they can. And this app is one of it. I will play for cars on different auctions now. Thank you copart for being the low life that you are. Thanks!

My son and I stopped by Copart for the first time. The customer Service was ok, some were nice and the other were not so nice. After the check-in, we were out there to look for the car I am interested in. There were thousands of totaled car in the yard. Here are some cars I would like to buy.

Hard to get membership. Ive learned that you need to use their mobile apps to check in and to schedule vehicle pickups hours ahead. Ive been there 4 times and it takes 30 min- 1 1/2 hours to pick up your vehicles if you dont schedule it ahead of time. Learned my lesson after waiting almost 2 hours. But staff is friendly and helpful.

Customer service at This location is HORIBLE ! 10 people staying in the line waiting to get their car and office employees just dont care, they talking just about anything. 2 office workers start decorating working table with Christmas lights while 10 people is waiting . Truck driver start yelling on them, he said I am here for 1 hour waiting and you doing nothing . Then they start moving to the customers . I never seen like that . Manager must discipline them or fired them. Head office in California must take serious action against this office. I dont recommend to buy anything here . Very lazy workers. I never will buy anything from this location.

Terrible experience. We purchased 4 tractors through Copart and Copart damaged the oil pans during negligent and careless loading, despite paying the nearly $2800 in buyer fees! One would expect proper loading with a premium this exorbitant. What a complete scam. This issue was immediately reported to Copart, and 3 months later they weaseled their way out of it by claiming that the driver we contracted should have inspected the equipment prior to leaving the yard. Ridiculous that a consumer must babysit an auctioneer during loading to avoid getting deceived and cheated. Allow an extra expense for negligent loading of your purchase.

This is so far the worst yard. Ive done the virtual queue for 1h and half and I was number 1. when I went in to ask, all the employees were in the phone laughing and having a good time. Nobody cares about the customers outside. I asked to speak with the manager she came to me with a terrible attitude and rudeness. She didnt wanna take my check for payment So I went the Ciecro Yard and they were super nice and helpful.Indianapolis Copart youre the worst Copart representative.

Buyers Beware-Customer service is non-existent here! Staff is very rude and will talk down to you because you are buying from a salvage yard. Manager is the same, don’t expect her to help. Regional manager will not even respond.- Does not update pictures of units. You may be buying a unit that has sat in the yard for 10 years and completely rusted. Pictures will never show that and they will not help you in any way when you find out.- Bad business for other Copart’s that work hard to please customers.

They keep joking, laughing between each other’s they don’t really care about the customers. Is the worst Copart lot that I’ve been to. Auto auctions have employees that gets paid to inspect cars before listing, i guess this location take bribes or whatever because i bought a car here that they listed as run&drive (32694450), car got to me and didn’t even turn on, and i bought another car listing run&drive too but got to me with a very bad trans, never will i get a car from this location again, lazy people works here, too lazy to inspect cars

Purchased vehicle for $10K. Came to pick vehicle up and found $1000 in new damage from the loader smashing into it while moving it (their own pics show the damage wasnt there). Management indicates that this is just something that happens and we cant do anything for you! After being charged $1500 in buyer fees, Ill now need to spend $1K to fix their mistake. WOW!! Needless to say, I wont bring business back, just that simple.

Horrible customer service. I buy from Co-parts all over the country and this is by far the worst one Ive been to. Always a huge line, one 1-2 people helping, the employees will sit and chat about life with people instead of helping people go faster, and the loaders always have a nasty attitude here. One hour inside the building before I got JUST my paper work and the last ***** time I buy from here.

I buy over $600k a year from copart and this is definately one of the worse facilities. The staff is unfriendly and miserable and the people in the yard steal stuff from then vehicles. I had a car that was stated run and drive and your could see keys in the picture. I had personally seen them two days before i bought it. They were missing and was told very rudely that it wasnt her problem and she walked away and left me talking. I understand the risk of buying salvage vehicle, but it doesnt mean they should allow theft and be unprofessional.. Copart needs to do some house cleaning and get rid of the bad employees and hire someone happy to have a job. As for now just expect alot of inconvenience, aggravation and theft of anything of value from this location.**Update: 2 months later a key was found for my purchase and they said they would send it to me for $20 **

I had to go here because my insurance company sent my totaled car here. It took 2 visits to retrieve my belongings because my insurance company had to approve Copart prying apart my trunk. This means I had to wait in a long, slow line 2 times. They only had 2 people handling people with vehicles, but you get to watch all the other employees having a fun time behind the counter. Not my favorite experience, but maybe all car part places are like this?

Went to pick up my car. The loader came driving like a maniac with my car on it, i asked him to slow down instead he left my car and told me to load it my self made me wait 1 hour on rain. what a customer service they have. Went inside to tell the manager she said same thing we dont have to load it what kind of skills as manager does she have. But they do charge you $69 for gate fee. I complain about the situation to the higher Managers but it was waste of time as they did not care. WHEN WE BUY CARS AT COPART IT SHOULD NOT BE DAMAGED MORE WHILE LOADING AND UNLOADING BECAUSE THAT CAR DOES NOT BELONG TO COPART NO MORE. WE PAID FOR IT. This is the most useless customer service system I ever seen in any Copart offices that I have been too in America. All the staffs were on their computers, while customers that want to make payment are standing for hours... I dont know if they have any active management or not... I overheard one of the customers that want to make a payment said if you complain about their non-chalant, they will ban you from the premises and tell you not to come there againI hope the Copart head office should do something about this Indianapolis branch..

Our car, which was deemed a total loss, was towed to this place in mid- August. I went there to sign over our title. As of Oct. 1, I was told by the Indiana BMV that the title was still in my name, despite our insurance company saying it had been sold. I called Copart to try to find out what had happened or if they could send me a copy of the title so I could prove to the Indiana BMV that the car was no longer mine. I was applying for an excise tax refund for the car.They say their hours are from 8-5 but apparently they stop working well before that. I called at 4:46 and was put on hold and then disconnected. I called back again and tried customer service instead of the title dept. Customer Svc. transferred me to the title dept. where once again I was put on hold and then disconnected. I can see it accidentally happening once but not once twice.I called a third time at 4:53 and was tried the title dept. where I was put on hold beyond 5:00. I gave up at 5:02 and called back so I could leave a message. Well see if Im called the next morning.

My insurance company used copart to tow a vehicle that burned in my driveway, copart contracted a third party towing company DLK Towing who showed up two days late...... they showed up at 8:30 at night drove their truck through my yard and parked on my landscaping timbers while towing my vehicle. Terrible service from copart and dlk.

Worst experience I have EVER had. I have been waiting over 8 days for Coparts to pick my vehicle up after getting into a wreck. I was told they would get it Saturday, and when I called them Monday they said they made a mistake and didnt release it for pickup!!!!!!! I was told someone would be out either that day or the next. It is now Tuesday, and their dispatch confirmed she is not sending anyone out today. This is completely unacceptable!! Customer service is extremely rude and Coparts CLEARLY does not care about doing their job efficiently.
