In town for a tournament and the place is closed at 7:30 on a Saturday night! Dont go there.... Really!

I normally dont complain about my experiences at places. But there was a sign outside of crimson creamery for rolled ice cream so me and my friends were going to try it. We went in and said we wanted to try their rolled ice cream and the girl working was not too nice that we ordered that. It was our first time trying rolled ice cream so we didnt know what to expect and she seemed very upset when we asked what flavors we wanted. After waiting a while for the pan to get cold, she came back and started trying to make the rolled ice cream, it was so watery and she was using the scraper and her hand to make it. She never even got one roll made, and after trying for 15 minutes of playing with the milk my friend finally spoke up and said we could order something else and she said “yeah i was thinking flurries” and shut the machine off and made us flurries then only told us “sorry” because we said thank you and have a nice day. We arent even mad, we would not have cared if she was just honest and said she didnt know how to make rolled ice cream instead of waisting our time and then not even giving us any options other than a flurry to make up for it. She could have avoided all the trouble by just saying she didnt know how, and we would have ordered cones and been on our way. It was just a very upsetting first experience): i hate complaining it was just terrible. And the flurries she gave us were all just liquid. It was really upsetting. And we still had to pay for it.

Closed at 9:30 on a Saturday night when they are supposed to be open until 10

They locked the doors at 8:30 and a girl came out and wouldn’t open the doors. Sign said open till 9 pm

Even on a cold day icecream makes the day brighter. Staff always friendly.

No bell to signify a customer is waiting. Sometimes they take their time to get to the customer.

Great ice cream place, with the location its tempting to not stop by all the time! I generally only get their standard ice cream flavors (mint chocolate chip being my favorite) but friends who come with me always express their enjyoment in whatever else theyre getting! Its a bit strange that depending on the time you stop by, a Subway worker from the attached restaurant has to run over and work the ice cream shop, this can result in a wait at times. But still, its worth it!

Crimson Creamery is a local favorite for soft serve Icecream and hand dipped favorites. Service is slow due to number of employees on duty, but its worth the wait. I highly recommend it.

Went for 3 large milkshakes...a peach, a butterscotch, and a Pina Colada...they all tasted the same....vanilla...but, luckily...I like vanilla anyways...the other two not so much.

The wait to be served each time gets longer. Another customer was being served when we walked in earlier today. The server walked out of the room after their transaction without acknowledging our presence. We thought shed be back in a few minutes or so. After 10 minutes, we pressed the button and continued to wait another 5 minutes. We drove over to the Meadows for our ice cream instead. Its a shame for everyone involved because some of us would rather go to Crimson Creamery than anywhere else.

Wednesday evening at 7:30. No one came to wait on us. Rang the bell twice. One customer in the subway section. As we left there looked to be two employees but I couldn’t be positive. If not, why would the owner not come in to help if there was only one employee for two business. Poor

Soft serve is more like ice milk, and the milk shake was not good at all :-(

If you are looking for a big bannA split this is the place to visit you will be supprised and satisfied

Wow.. this place is overrated! We ordered two cones, one coffee & one peanut butter. There was hardly any flavor ! Very expensive for what we got !

Ate at Crimson Creamery during college orientation. No workers were present, came from built in Subway. Ice cream was okay, sundaes we’re melting before they were even served to us. Had to use styrofoam boxes to keep mess under control.

Ring the bell, press the button for service and wait and wait so we did what anyone else would do, we left. This never happened when Randy Stern had Sterns II .

Went tonight 10/29/2018, Ordered a Banana Split and didnt get a Banana in it !!! Seriously. . It was a sloppy mess. Didnt look like the picture at all. No phone number listed to call to let them know I didnt get a Banana . Last time I go there.

Very small large,its ok for ice cream,it would take two cones to make a large for me.need a bigger cone allso.
