First of all, I would like to say this is one of the most professional car business that I have taken my 2 vehicles to. I like the fact that you know what is being charged before you leave your car (+/- $25). The friendliness of all staff members is beyond what you would expect. I felt like I was home while waiting-in the sitting area; is very homey like. When my car was finished, my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was actually shown what work was completed on my vehicle. Crystal and 360 auto imports were great. They communicated issues and repair time was completed in a timely manner. They gave options for repair and followed up with care.

After my car was vandalized G. and Crystal help me get my life back on track. I had an out of town trip coming. My tire was stuck on and nothing road side assistance did helped. G. and Crystal connected me with tow assistance. While I was out of town, G fixed the break issue. I was able to enjoy my trip. Crystal informed me it was fixed in enough time for me get back to work the very next day. It was a great experience.

My truck fuel pump died on me on the other side of charlotte. 360 auto imports suggested a cheap tow and fixed my baby up brand new with warrenty included. Overall great experience. Would recommend.

My low oil pressure indicator was on. I anticipated the oil pump would need to be replaced. After diagnosis, only a sensor was required. An unscrupulous mechanic would have taken advantage of the situation. Thank you Geonard!
