Had what I needed sent from another location with in a few hours with fast and professional services.
Very unhappy. I bought a legend battery from here just over a year ago. Yesterday my wifes car that had this battery wouldnt start and it clearly looked/sounded to me that the battery was the issue. I took the battery to this location and asked them to test it. They said it test Good and that it must be my alternator.I took it to a shop the next day and guess what? The battery is bad. They put in a new one and it fired up every time and told me the alternator is holding a great charge. $282 when I shouldve gotten a new battery from Napa under the battery warranty or at the very least a new at full price battery and put it in myself. Unreal!

As a woman sometimes auto parts stores can be a bit overwhelming and down right intimidating. At this location I was greet with a warm friendly smile by a salesman by the name of Ashley. He truly eased my nerves and reassured me that he would take care of me. They didn’t have exactly what I thought I needed put Ashley steered me in the direction of exactly what I need. This company definitely has a winner with this guy. Because of him they definitely gain a lifelong customers as long as I’m in the area. Great job Ashley! Keep up the good work.
Never have the parts, never have any fittings. Since they guy in the green mustang stopped working there this place has gone so far down hill I will not go there anymore. He was great
Service and Inventory Not Great.Indifferent staff, and low product availability. Im guessing online retailers are hammering brick and mortar auto suppliers, but still. If youre in business to sell to the public either carry a decent inventory, or have service personnel who try to help you find an alternative. If you need car care products (wax, vinyl cleaner) or basics (engine oil, oil filters) they have a great assortment. But if you need hard to find items, or specialty vehicle items they dont carry a good assortment.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in buying car parts. Ten people standing around ignoring customers. ZERO stars!!!
Quentin was awesome! Helped me change the battery in my Traverse first thing this morning when the doors opened at Napa. Of course, Chevy couldnt make it simple by putting the battery under the hood like every other normal car on the planet. Quentin helped me find the battery in the floorboard and switch it out quickly. Such a blessing this morning!

Staff was helpful in helping me locate the part I needed. I didnt have a part number but I had the old filter and we were able to match it quite well. But $80 for an air filter???

Just needed an oil filter. Staff was helping another customer. Looking for the book to look up the filter I need. Nowhere to be found. Did a Google search but wasnt convinced it was correct. Went out to my vehicle, crawled under to get the number of what I needed. Go back inside and get my Napa Gold filter. Wait in line 20 minutes while same customer is being helped. Another man says someone will be right with me. 10 minutes later, no change in the situation. Place the filter back on the shelf, in the correct space and leave. My wife and kids in the car asked why didnt I get what I needed. My response, its not a store that I will ever do business in. Its a shame because anyone who knows me knows that I support small or independent businesses. Still plan on it but will never go to this store ever again. Its a shame that this location undermines the essence of small business support. No wonder people go to the big stores. If you choose to go here, I hope your experience is better. End of story, I drove an additional 10 miles to get what I needed from another Napa with a completely different experience.

The gentleman Scott Keziah was the most pleasant and helpful person. I will recommend Mr. Keziah at that NAPA store to everyone I know. He did a wonderful job and was all alone working that entire store...

Good place to find those odds and ends. I think they suffer a little bit from advance auto parts and autozone. But they have more specialty equipment.
Friendly service is the intention but fall short of warmth. Service can be slow at times. As for auto parts, they are loaded with whatever you need.

Customer Support is terrible!!! They can never find any parts and sometimes I have the feeling that they just dont even want to look. Being a Commercial user and working with alot of other stores NAPA at Indian trail location would be the last place I would go to.

I went to this place today to look for some brakes for my car, the guy who was there talking on the phone and I waiting there later talking with another person who works there I did not want to say anything I just left the place with education and respect I think there are other places to look for my things but I really do not recommend it and they are always like that I have time to buy my things there and it is always the same waiting
