Came here yesterday for a used 2010 370z 110k miles yesterday. Price tag at $14700, it was a beautiful car with a couple cosmetic issue but pricing seems a pretty good deal compare to the market…until we started discuss about the final pricing. I talked about all the cosmetic issue that need to take care off, the sale rep was agreed on getting all that fixed before the purchase complete. I thought this was going to be a smooth and easy transaction then he hit me with “reconditioning fee” for $2700?? Apparently, they are going to fix all that flaws but it’s going to be paid out of my pocket under that hidden fee. I asked if that fee is fixed for all the cars, he said it’s depend on the car condition so basically the number is going to be random for each car. Watch out for this fee on your final pricing. The car ends up pricing at $19200 include tax, dealer fee, reconditioning fee and tag plate fee. I get the part where you expecting about $1500-$2000 add on Price Tag when dealing with dealership fee and so but almost $5000 up from original tag price??? Such a scam and waste of time for consumers. The 2-stars was giving out from this feedback is only because the young man upfront was really nice and helpful when showing us the car but I absolutely won’t come back because of that random reconditioning fee.

Went there to look for the vehicle for my daughter, and we were looking at Nissan kicks whose tag price was $22,400 total, with discounts $21,400.The dealer asked me what was my offer and i told them $21,000 and they said ok. Made me to test drive it and after that we liked the car. So, we went inside and they told us to sit down until they prepare the paper work and when they came back instead of $21,000 the total was $26,800.I looked at the paper and they added things like dealer installed items on the vehicle $2000, then adjusted Nissan market value $2000 where the tag on the vehicle was saying total $22,400??? COMPLETE SCAMMERS .Wasted one hour of my time. I hear from other friends they have experienced the same thing.
The gentleman who checked me in was nice and extremely professional. The check out was perfect. Nice and professional. When I purchased my car last year my experience was terrible and I cringe at the thought of going there again. however the service team turned it around for me! Great job team!! FYI.. a simple hello can change someone’s day.. the service team all did that! The front end needs a little help. I needed to have my transmission checked prior to the warranty expiring. Sure enough, Brian and his team quickly identified that I would need a new transmission. I was provided with a vehicle while mine was repaired. Brian and his team identified additional repairs, that I was already aware of and had other plans for. However, Brian was not only fair, he provided me with some good information that caused for me to decide and go ahead and get the work done at the dealer. The cost was reasonable and I am happy with the work. I would recommend Monroe Nissan.
Bought a car in June for a birthday present to myself and Tony and Max worked their magic to get me out of a car and got me in a nice Altima. They had great customer service. The dealership is clean and everyone is very professional.
Tony was great! He listened to what I wanted and let me test drive several vehicles. When the dealership didnt have the color I wanted, he found what I needed at another dealership close by. He was easily available by text when I had questions later. Communication was very open! This was one of the best experinces I have had at a dealership. I will not hesitate to come back when shopping for another vehicle.
Called the service number for over week and no one answered the phone. Left messages with a few people on the sales line and no one called me back. Drove to Monroe Nissan made an appointment in person. The day of the appt and they didnt have it down. The service department seems like they dont have time for people. Not sure what changes have been made since I purchased the vehicle but they definitely are not good. Unfortunately the free oil changes have to be done at this dealership or I would would not return. So disappointing to have a great sales experience and problems fixed while purchasing the vehicle to then having such horrible service now.
I usually have a great experience when I come to Monroe Nissan. This time was the opposite . I got an oil change and tire rotation. My tires were not balanced when I left per my dashboard, my car definitely felt unbalanced and there is a piece of undercarriage hanging off the bottom of my car.
I recently bought a 2021 Nissan Murano from Monroe Nissan. Everyone there was extremely professional but I want to mention my salesman Ryan, who took the time to let me drive a Murano 30 minutes away to my house so my wife could test drive it. I’ve never received such great customer service from a car salesman! I would highly recommend Monroe Nissan to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Unprofessional. Was told my vehicle would be finished, and then heard nothing until 10 minutes until closing to ask if I was coming to pick it up. I asked if I could arrange a ride to the service center, and was informed that I could, “but the cashier is leaving for the night and is the only one who can check me out.” This led to me having to arrange multiple people the following day to help me get my vehicle. When I was able to finally pick up my vehicle, I was made to feel ignorant for not knowing where to go to pick up my vehicle. The first person I spoke to stared at her phone for two minutes while I stood in front of her. I finally spoke to her to say I was there to pick up my vehicle and without looking up she said I needed to find my service representative. I asked where that person would be, and I was informed it would be “someone over there” as she waived in the direction of offices behind me. The prices at dealerships are always high, but I’m willing to pay for quality work. What I cannot tolerate is paying these prices for such sub par customer service. I would not recommend this service center to anyone.
It took 3 hours for an oil change.I asked the service department to check about a warning light that was coming on and they didn’t. When I asked them about it, one of the office ladies went out and looked at my truck and said it was a bad tire sensor but that’s not what it was. I will not be coming back for service. I’d rather go to some oil change chain in the area.
They took my car and tried repair it 4 weeks. Comed to them with 2 problems with radar sensor and air bag lights coming on. Service is unacceptable, staff is rude, too much pressure. I spend 3 hours for walking aroundand after they gave me price around 2500 and told me tomorrow will be repaired. Ive looked on part list what they needed and there was FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT, but I was replacing this by my self before for a new one!! I have no idea how technician after 3 hours of diagnostic did not seen that!?? Then service call guy called to him and they changed price!!! Around $2000, and here is I was started thinking technician not experienced with this problem and probably not able to resolve this problem. Well then they called me every day and first delivery of parts was late, then during repair process he found something else broken, and more and more. After diagnostic they gave me price under $2000, but then they tried to charge me more and more money, around $4000. Picked up at Monday this week, but they did something with it and now I have idle current consumption 0.5 ampere. Just tested with ampermeter. Never had this problem before. Its altima 2020. Have no idea what they did!!Have battery for 60ah.Just little mathematic60ah:0.5ah/hour=120hours120hour its exactly 5 days Monday by Friday.I paid for them $2500 and they did recalibration of radar sensor but nothing for airbag lights and broke something, now have to fix another problem, grateful!!!Well, good luck to somebody who still wanna use Monroe Nissan.
I was incredibly disappointed in how my experience was. i arrived on time and the person taking care of me were so passive and rude, especially when i asked questions about my brakes being recalled. they also had my car for over two hours for an oil change and when i looked through the window, the 2 guys were just vaping around my car for about 15 minutes before they finally did something. i was with my younger brother and even he made a comment about how rude the front desk lady was and the man “helping” me. to top it off, they left trash in my car when they gave it back to me. overall, not the best experience and i will not be returning.

It took several week to get someone to answer me back to make an appointment. I left several voicemails which was never returned. I finally decided to take day off work and go in personally because issues with car. Once I got there it took over 2 hours to get answer on issues with car. They replace the break switch which turns on the car. They state they had many issues with this part and Nissan cars and that I was no the only one. I told them this is the 3 rd time they replace the same switch and they stated this was a different and more updated one and hopefully this will fix all the issues I have been having with the car.
Buying process was very smooth, fast, and pressure free. 10/10 would recommend buying any car from here!!

Tuesday night I received a letter from Monroe Nissan stating that they wanted to buy my used Altima. I called the office after I got home from work. The General Manager, Justin answered the phone. He encouraged me to come in that night and assured me that he would personally take care of me. He kept his word! I hopped in my car and he had Jacob meet me at the door to show me the new Nissan Rogue and other Rogues that I had interest in. Justin did EVERYTHING that he said he was going to do. He went above and beyond to get me in the Nissan Rogue that I wanted and was able to get me in it for around my same car payment, even though I was upside down in my previous loan. The team at Monroe Nissan is truly the best and deserves much praise. Justin, Jacob and Mustafa (finance guy) provided me with excellent customer service. Ryan and DeSean were both very helpful and did everything they could to get me the best deal on my first car. They were super knowledgeable about the 2021 Rogue and thorough in showing me all the features. DeSean and Jonathan went a really long way to explain how a lease versus purchase would work and helped me find the perfect car for me at the right price by breaking everything down. Even the person who did the financing was very patient and clear with me. Nobody was condescending or patronizing and it was just us two girls negotiating, which can sometimes be intimidating. Overall it was the best experience Ive had so far and I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership if I had to!

Leaving this review take it for what it’s worth-We purchased a Nissan Pathfinder and initially we were pleased...However, we were promised a few things from about three specific people that turned out to be a flat out lie.We were told that after purchasing the vehicle we would receive the 2nd key fob from Jacob Ahlfeld.He told my fiancé this the day he delivered us the car along with the fact that the sales/finance manager was new and was trying to replace some big shoes but was failing to do so. He apologized on his behalf and said he’d get us the fob ASAP.LOL this was two months ago. Today I reached out to him and he acted as if he had no clue what we were talking about. We have reached out about 4 times regarding this fob and it wasn’t until this final request that he tried to say he never told us this.We were also told upon purchasing the vehicle, that the dent in the back would be fixed. To be fair, my fiancé who purchased the vehicle spoke with the sales manager or finance manager and they alluded to fixing the dent after we purchased it.Lesson learned always get things in writing because they failed to do so which was our fault for taking them at their word and not negotiating this into the contract, so they got over on us there.Nonetheless, it’s much harder for us to accept not receiving the 2nd fob.ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, we received the car and the very next day it began breaking down on us and we had to immediately return the vehicle for them to fix it. They gave us a loaner forAbout 2 weeks..Horrible experience and not the best place to shop for aCar if you ask me.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and got a car wash as well. It took a little over an hour for all of it to be done and I drank some delicious coffee and worked on my computer while waiting. The WIFI was strong and reliable so I was able to have meetings easily. The only I can complain about is that the chairs in the lounge are uncomfortable for longer periods of time, but thats just personal preference.
I called one time when I was shopping for a car and now I can NOT get the car dealership from calling me telling me new pathfinders are on the way. I have told them to take me off every call list to no avail. BEWARE: IF YOU CALL MONROE NISSAN THEY WILL NEVER STOP CALLING YOU. Specifically Brian Pickney at 434-430-009, another salesman named Brian and Max the Sales Manager have continued to call. Pick another Nissan dealer. Exhausting!

Im sure a new car deals are great. But if youre looking to buy a used car from the dealership be warned they will hit you with a near $2,000 fee for what they call reconditioning. Which stands for they looked at it and it looked like there was nothing wrong.Next time dont hide the price. If youre going to charge $2,000 over asking price then do so. Youll actually get the right people in the door.
From the minute I made the first call and Max answered was wonderful!! Ryan helped us to find the perfect vehicle and explained everything from the owners manel to setting up phones on Bluetooth to the warranty!! He was wonderful to work with and didnt rush us through in any way even when it was time for him to be off work he never hesitated to answer and help with all our questions & concerns. I’ve been to two other Nissan dealerships with zero success. I didn’t want to go out side of Nissan because the techs should know exactly what needs to be done to get a Nissan Z alignment in specs.I am aware that the Z and GT-R are tricker to get straight BUT I knew I’d finally find that one Master Service Tech that could do it.Thankfully, I called and spoke to Morris and told him what I was up against and what I’ve already dealt with.Morris, without hesitation, had enough confidence in Ryan to set me up with a time to come in to have Ryan take a look at things to see what he could do with such a tricky car to align. With that said, Ryan, with his wicked knowledge and talent was able to get my Z safely drivable and straight again!!I feel so relieved to have met Morris and Ryan. I am super grateful for their Knowledge, Excellent Customer Service and Ability to do a great job and take care of my vehicle as if it were their own. It’s a blessing to have guys that I trust with my Z finally!It’s in great hands now!!Morris and Ryan are First Class and I HIGHLY recommend them. I was at the dealership today. It was no people. Manager brought a paper without MSRP, but with market price, plus $1600 for useless equipment and a last thing was +5000$ market adjustment which arrogant employee mandated to pay.Used cars are sold for MSRP of the new.
From the beginning everyone was nice and friendly. Ryan was our sales rep and he did an awesome job as well as Max, the internet manager, Bryan the finance manager. We had a great time and left with a better car and better deal than we really finding prior to coming to Monroe Nissan. If I could rate them a 20 I would. After making an online appointment for a simple oil change, it took 45 minutes for my car to be taken back to service area and another 45 minutes before it was ready. I assumed it was a lack of service staff, like is the case with many businesses, but still very frustrating for a very routine service.

We were very disappointed with your service department! Made an appointment to have the scheduled maintenance completed, oil change and tire rotation, and waited 2 hours for completion. When inquired about an estimated time of completion, Heather I believe, said the car had been completed, but when called my name, I did not respond. I said I did hear my name and she told me I was wrong. Second, when I got home there was a smell of oil to which I discovered the oil fill cap was not on the engine and oil was all over the inside engine compartment and all.over my driveway! (I do have photos of the engine and driveway)I spoke with Rebecca and she was apologetic and scheduled to have our car picked up. Rebecca also promised to have the oil in my driveway cleaned, I just needed to call her to set up. I have left 2 messages and have not received a call back to have this done! When I went to get the car, I lifted the hood to check the condition and was quite surprised it was not properly cleaned! The sales GM, Jonathan Waters, came out and inspected the engine compartment and agreed it was not cleaned as promised! There were small puddles of oil inside the compartment and the heat shield on the hood was dripping with oil!I do agree that mistakes are made, but very disappointed it took me 2 days to get my car back, my travel time and was not offered a loaner to help compensate for the issues! I would appreciate a call back and have the promise of getting the oil off my driveway as soon as possible, which was made by Rebecca! Thank you!

They wanted to charge me $60 to remove corrosion from my battery but put down they did a 10 point inspection every time I came in for an oil change which should include a battery inspection…..obviously that isn’t the case.
Jessica Goldsmith was very helpful, explained everything well and went over and above what was expected.

This review is a bit overdue, but I wanted to write about the great experience I had at Monroe Nissan. To be honest, Ive always felt treated fairly there so this review is to just reiterate that.I took my car in for service. It was going to be there a while, so a gentleman named Dallas hooked me up with a loner so that I could get things done instead of waiting around. They corrected my issues for a fair price. Dallas recommended some other things, but didnt push them - and that was big deal to me. I like to get things done, but I want the liberty to do them when I am ready. So I really appreciated that. Dallas was the consummate professional the whole time.The real test of after-the-sale service is would I buy another Nissan based on my experiences at the this dealership? The answer is Yes. Good service at fair prices builds a lot of trust.
The service advisor got me in right away and my service was done in a timely manner.
Went in for an oil change. Got that and also had to get brakes. Made my wait a little longer but it was all good.
The person who cleaned out my trade in stole a handicap parking sticker out of my car. Who does stuff like that? Plus I felt totally pressured into making a purchase and paid way too much for my car. I said I wanted to leave and go to CarMax, but I felt like I pretty much had no way out.So many lies about my vehicle. I dont know how they sleep at night.So bad
My wife and I went to Monroe Nissan to look at new vehicles. We were greeted by DeShawn, whom was not only cordial but engaging as well. He asked what our needs were and proceeded to meet them. DeShawn worked until he got us the payment we were looking for and could comfortably afford. He is a very knowledgeable young man. I would highly recommend Monroe Nissan and DeShawn.When we went to finance where we we met Mustafa, he explained everything to a tee and made sure we got everything we needed without all the fluff. The general manger Justin is fantastic as well and runs a well oiled machine.Overall our buying experience was fantastic due to the laid back low pressure sales experience of Monroe Nissan.
The service department is pretty shady at this location. I am constantly quoted for repairs I do not need after the free inspection when I go in for an oil change.My last visit is the reason I am writing this review, because the recommended repairs were egregious.1. They recommended I replace my transmission fluid, when just last year they completely replaced my faulty CVT transmission. I definitely havent driven 30-60k miles in a year.2. Recommended replacing rear brakes and rotors. I assumed this was legitimate, but did not want to pay the exorbitant price on the quote, so I bought the parts to change myself. Come to find out, my current brakes/rotors have plenty of wear left, both front and back. Guess I have parts for when the time comes.3. Recommended new wiper blades, mine are only 2 months old! (Minor compared to the first two, but still)I would have been out multiple hundreds of dollars for these unneeded services had I blindly went along with their recommendations. I have lost trust in this location and you should beware as well. Get a second opinion, and consider going elsewhere. Thats what Ill be doing.
