Binswanger Glass was fabulous to work with. Their prices are reasonable to. We had them replace a windshield in a pickup that had a crack all the way across. We had priced windshields with competitors and they where 1/2 to 1/3 less. Plus they work with your insurance.Their workman were courteous, polite, & got the job done. They also made sure you understood post care of your windshield too; like no driving for so long and no power wash for a time limit. Very professional. From the first call everyone was helpful, and nice to speak with. Easy to schedule and convenient, they came to me. Great communication with the call the day before to remind me and then a text when he was on his way. Windshield replacement was fast and professional. They did a fine job with the glass. They were very helpful with traveling to where my vehicle was parked. The price was fair and the woman answering the phone got me a cheaper glass that fit our budget. My only reason for not giving a 5 star was that there are tiny rips in the fabric on the ceiling of the car where the mirror went in that werent there before. I understand things happen and its not terrible damage but at least communicate back to me the minor damage. Other than that they were great!

Jay came out and repaired my windshield and was on time and very professional. I was curious how they did the repair and Jay was kind enough to walk me through the process and answer my questions. I had my windshield replaced on my truck. The service was courteous through out from the check in to check out. The waiting area was standard with various magazines but was quite and comfortable and had a wall partially blocking the view of the counter that allowed for some privacy. The service took less time than expected or anticipated and the price was what I was told up front. I got $25 off for having it done in the shop which I was told up front.

I have used Binswanger several times. I’m not going to say that they are the cheapest, but they have always taken good care of me. But on my most recent windshield repair, not only was I left with a leaking windshield, but I was treated rudely by Shari. The whole time I was there she complained about having to do the job of others. I also overheard her treat another customer rudely over the phone. I doubt this is the image this long time business wants to represent them. They have lost my business.

I needed a side mirror replaced on my 2014 Mercedes. Had a few quotes from other places, between $247- 748.00. Binswanger fixed my mirror for less then $50 and it was done in 15 minuets!!!I had no idea they do this kind of work ( my husband told me about them) The shop was clean, everyone was professional and I cannot say enough good things about them!!

I have a business and an employee of mine had accidentally cracked a mirror on a repair.Called Binswanger and talked to Brittany to be told someone would get in contact with me either that evening or the next day. Already thinking it was odd no actual appointment was scheduled and they would have to call back. After no word that day I called the following day at 11 am. I talked to a different dispatcher who said after lunch I would be contacted. At 3 pm I called again to talk to Brittany again of coarse oh we will contact you shortly. Here we are 3 days after I have originally called to tell you the customer service you receive here is an F and they apparently need some training on scheduling and running a business because what they have going on now is horrible. Dont waste your time.

They will come out and install your windows. Or you can go into the shop and have your windows put in fix your chips. They are fast and courteous. They also install Windows in your home. They can order them if they dont make them they also cut glass. They install All Glass on houses I think period doors windows
