Second time visiting for auto glass repair,last year they replaced my driver side back window. Haven’t had issues since!Rock cracked my windshield on the highway and they were able to replace the whole thing the same day it happened. Will continue to come here.

I don’t typically take the time to write reviews however the experience I had was worth sharing. Upon requesting an online quote, I received a response very quickly. I had called around to other competitors and quote that I received from Auto Glass Now was very reasonable for the quality of glass that I received. I scheduled my appointment for the next day.The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all of my needs. I caught them during their lunch break, yet they were very transparent with the demands of their schedule so that I knew what to expect. Despite their busy schedule, the staff demonstrated great teamwork and completed the installation much quicker than I had anticipated. I will be a return customer and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality product and great service.

Went there to have my front windshield replaced. They actually noticed the new windshield they were putting in had a scratch so they went and picked me up another one that was perfect had to wait a little long but sometimes you have to for good work

Do not go here to fix your car they will add to the list of things you need to fix. I went in to get my seal repaired after someone tried to break into my car. They repaired the steal and put tape on it. They told me to leave it on for a full day and I did. I went to go pull it off and all my paint above my seal was ripped off my this tape.... Then I go in the day it happened with the tape and ask for it to be fixed. They strung me along for 4 months says they were waiting to get corporates approval. I call to see where we are at in this and they say they cant repair it... UNBELIEVABLE they will take a nice car and make it looks worse...DO NOT TRUST These guys they arent there to help or repair!!!!

Theres a glue bubble in the windshield. Looks like a big chip up by the mirror and sensors. I didnt notice until 2 days later due to raining after windshield installed.

Big Scam, Dont use!, They quoted us for a windsheild and ordered it in. When it came in he said oh its broken. I can order you another one, but now it will be an extra $100 more expensive. NO THANK You. Update: the point was, they wanted to charge me $100 more, I get that if it was broken you would reorder me another one, and I would be happy to wait, but to charge $100 more than what was quoted is the real scam.

Was able to get an appointment the day I called. Cheaper than any other place. Had me in and out in about 45 minutes... will always be my first call if needed.

I was able to get my front passenger window taken care of for the price quoted and was out in about an hour.

These were some of the most caring and compassionate people... that I would never expect to come across in this kind of business. Location management stayed in great communication with me and stayed late in order to get the work done. They communicated on my behalf with an outside vendor to ensure that I could have same day service. Management also provided me a ride to and from the location, when it became apparent that I had ordered and picked up the wrong part. They will definitely get all of my future business.

This place was awesome! I misheard my appointment time and thought it was 2:30 instead of 3:30, they were able to get my car in by 3 and I was put of there by 3:30. The girls running the place were super nice and even made a little conversation with me while I was waiting. My new windshield looks great and would highly recommend this place!

I’m really disappointed with this business. I made an appointment for a windshield replacement, 5 days prior to the day of expected service. We woke up our sleeping baby, loaded up the kids, drove two vehicles 20 minutes to the location, but when we showed up, they had no record of my appointment and offered no real concern or apology.

Horrible customer service we towed a friend there and the lady there told us to drop in in side parking lot driver asked if car would be safe there sujested then putting it inside she advised it was fine then that much car was broke into when customer went there she told them the tow company probly did it lol this customer has been friends with the owner of the tow company for over 10 years i understand they cant always be responcible for damage but dont blaim it on other people i live behind the shop for years and know there id a theft problem in this area and know they have had problems before

I had to deal with the unfortunate the event of my car being broken into by my passenger window being broken out 😔. I called around to at least 6 different places and when I called Auto Glass Now I spoke with McKenzie (sp?)- she quoted me MUCH less than any of the other quotes I got. My windshield was also cracked from a different incident so I was actually able to get that replaced too! They had some windshield wipers in stock for my vehicle too so Had to get those too ! They were able to get the glass in the same day and after I dropped the car off it was finished within approx an hour and a half. They did great work and we’re very polite and professional!! Highly recommend especially if you’re in a pinch. McKenzie was awesome! 🙃🙃🙃🙃

I found Auto Glass Now online at the recommendation of my mechanic. Submitting info for a quote is super easy. What it comes down to is this: you can’t beat the price.4 stars instead of 5 because (1) they asked me to call and remind them to order the glass the day before my install...what? and (2) even after talking to them 3 times, they still didn’t have the glass when I arrived for my appointment.My appointment was at noon, they left around 1210p to get the glass, and arrives back to install it around 1p. Once the glass was there, it was installed in 20 minutes.With better customer service, this is a 5-star place, EASY!

Went and got windsheild Replaced, thought it was all good except, with in a few days it started cracking, emailed the person who set up the appointment and got a reply saying she contacted the manager and he would be in contact, and now a week later still no contact back. Theres even damage on the very corner under the plastic area that covers my windsheild wipers.

Make sure to inspect your vehicle close after repairs. Had windshield replaced several months ago and just went to replace my wipers and noticed missing parts that would have only been taken off for the repair. I stopped back in and all’s he told me is “ well Mayb someone needed them and stole them off your truck. I mean anything is possible but I highly doubt it’s it’s two pieces of plastic covers that were removed to replace the windshield. Choose wisely before you chose who to work on your car!!!

Pleased with the hours, service and price. Good results.The staff werent wearing masks when they came into the small, confined office. (Masks were tucked completely under chins so mouths and noses were both exposed.) Some staff lingered for minutes in the office that way. There were only small sheets of plexi in front of their desks. Not only is that a violation of a county mandate, it showed me the safety of their customers wasnt top priority.

HORRIBLE...have been a customer for 7 years with over 80 windshields installed by them because they WERE the cheapest. Out of the last 20+ windshields installed by them have leaked, outer windshield trims have fallen off due to not being put back in correctly, or the glass has cracked due to being a sub-par product. Then when you factor in sheer incompetence on every level it is a place you will want to avoid. We will NEVER use them again. ( but if you are bored and want amusement just stop in. You will be as amazed as I am that they are still in business)

I have had 2 front windshields, and1 rear windshield replaced at this location. They have been by far the best price I could find for windshield replacement. Their service is fast, and the people there are pleasant to deal with. I just left this shop a few minutes ago. I called them at about 3:00, and they said to be there at 4:00 because they had the time available, if that would be okay with me. That was perfect for me. I left right at five with the windshield installed, and my truck looks great. In three visits I have never had anything but the best service from Auto Glass Now, in Independence Missouri. I would recommend them to anyone that needs auto glass repair, that wants the best price, and the best service. These people are professionals, that take pride in what they do. That is getting hard to find in this day, and age. They are the only place I would take a vehicle to that needs glass repair, or replacement.

Horrible experience make them double triple check before u show up told me over the phone to come get my window fixed for $169 waited two hours for them to get to me just to tell me they couldn’t fix it right now and that it’ll actually be $ 279 after all that waiting and talking to them over the phone they didn’t know it was another part i needed for my specific car definitely not going to trust them with my car smh

I requested online quote at night after hours, had a quote (with the lowest price of all quotes I received) in my email just after 8 am the next morning and an appointment scheduled by 8:30am for 2pm that same day. I was done and out of there by 2:45, so they met all my needs.

They were swamped and they were still very professional and quick. There were Mix-Ups with my glass that were nobodys fault and it was handled very efficiently.

More like Auto Glass Maybe/Maybe Not. I called and scheduled a mobile visit for Tuesday. They quoted me a good price. Tuesday came and went - wheres my windshield? I call them - Were really busy right now. Can you bring the vehicle to our shop? No, thats why I scheduled a mobile installation. They never followed up or tried to re-schedule. I went to another glass shop and got great service there.

So I looked over the internet called Auto Glass Now and got an appointment that Monday Afternoon.From the time calling and making the arrangements to being in the store and getting my window fixed I was very pleased.I had great customer service. They were able to get me in quickly get my repairs done even though they were very busy Mckenzie was able to manage everyone and help everyone in a timely manner fashion way. Her customer service skills were very pleasant she answered all questions. She made sure everyone knew what to do, what was going on at all times. Makenzie went above and beyond to make every customer was happy.The way that she talks to her employees even her techs is with manners and with respect you dont see that often, but there at Auto Glass now in Independence you will see that.I have recommended my husbands aunt to go there and many others. I will always continue to go out to that store as long as I need them or refer anyone out to them. They called to confirm appointment. Got a new windshield took bout an HR. price was ok now to see if it leaks suppose to have life time Warrenty. they did good on appearance. just no high pressure washer on it for 24 hrs. no tape on window people looking at car dont even no its new. good work

I get that they can be busy. The amount of time spent here is not why I’m unhappy. It’s the fact you told me it would take a certain amount of time and I took triple the amount. You said less and an hour..I’ve been here for almost 4 hours now. Terrible. I asked if it would be necessary for me to call a ride so I wouldn’t have to wait and you said it would take no time at all. Good price and I’ve watched many cars come in and out so I know they are fast but terrible TERRIBLE front desk representative. If it’s going to take a while, tell me so I can actually use my day to get stuff done.

I have made several calls to the location all to no avail.I called and scheduled an appointment for my boyfriends truck. We both drove our vehicles down there from Overland Park so we could run a few errands while the windshield was replaced. The job was taking longer than expected, so we went back to OP. We called in advance to make sure the vehicle would be done by the time we got there and were told it would be ready. We arrive and the vehicle was not even touched. I went in to check on the situation. I was told it would be done in 20 minutes. Went back out...waited. The truck was finally moved into the garage but not before the mechanic improperly starting the diesel truck. I told him it was a diesel truck so he would have to wait for the glow plug light to go off. I was told, Sweetie, Ive been driving for over 20 years. I watched as within 2 seconds of sitting in the drivers seat the vehicle start up and a huge black smoke cloud come out the back. The truck was finally in the garage moments later the mechanic comes out and tells me the windshield cannot be replaced today (NO FURTHER EXPLANATION). I expected a follow up call from the visit considering the issues as that would be the professional response. There was no call. I called two weeks later and explained the incident. I was told that there shouldnt be an issue with them doing a mobile installation at our residence. He stated they would call back and let me know. I did not receive a call back that day or days after. I called yesterday to explain the situation AGAIN. I received an apology and they would come to our residence. It was not until after the phone call I realized she did not ask for the address. I left it alone and believed they would call and ask for it. As it was supposedly scheduled in. I called today after the scheduled installation. I was told I would be placed on a brief hold. After 30 minutes I grew agitated and called on another phone. They answered almost immediately saying they would place me on hold. I informed them I was already on hold for 30 minutes. He told me the office was filled and he was the only one. I hung up on that call and continued to wait on hold. I was on hold for 50 MINUTES in total. I finally hung up. From the reviews I believed it to be a reputable place and I was experiencing an isolated incident. After talking to three different people from the location, hours on the phone, and two trips to the location. It can be concluded this place is all around unprofessional and cant handle the level of volume.

Got me in the same day for a windshield full replacement brand new for $176.50. No surprises, I dropped it off and it got replaced while I grabbed a beer (or two...) with a friend at a local bar and grill. They called me and told me it was done within a few hours. Windshield is cleaner than it has ever been was my wifes response when she drove it for the 1st time. Excellent job and service.

Great prices, great service, great work on my replacement

Went to get a chip from a rock on my windshield. Price was good, people were nice. Job done was terrible. Glass is smooth to the touch, but the chip is still as visible as it was before. Now I understand that you may not be able to get it all out so you cant see that there was ever a chip. But Ive done a better job with a DIY kit myself that you can get for $10 at any auto store. The reason for 2 stars and not less? Glass was smooth after done so probably wont crack. Staff was nice, place was clean and I was a walk in and they took me right in even though they were busy.

My experience everything was good till one of the installers nicked a piece of paint of my door he did tell me about it which i accept and he said the boss will take care of it no big deal i went on my on time to to estimates on how much it will cost to get fixed i took them to the boss and boss said oh no his not paying this so i went to someone he recommended no biggie the person he recommended gave him a price that we were both fine with boss said he will make a check to me to drop off to his recommendation within two days i said ok never heard nothing now it is a week later and the games begin no I’m getting the run around on getting this fixed my car isn’t a junk car neither is my paint don’t recommend especially with they at fault and give you the run around on there mistake ......7 months later have yet to make right
