I had my car towed here after an accident. BAD IDEA. They kept telling me they would get me the estimate. A week went by, while every day they told me they would have it done that day and call me with the outcome. They never did. They didnt call me once. I called each time only to hear we will do it today and call you back. Essentially I was lied to for a week straight. When I confronted the Service Manager, Tim Muller, about being lied to daily.. He said I just told your ins. company that I would have it done today. But I have no intention of getting it done today, or tomorrow. I will get it done when I feel like getting it done. And..I can treat you however I want to treat you. I have been doing this for 34 years. No one is going to (punish me) for doing so. So here we have a person who could care less about his customers.. so much so that he will treat them however he damn well pleases because their approval means nothing to him. I DO NOT recommend you ever taking your car to this hell hole.Pros: None.. not one.Cons: No communication, arrogant, rude, no customer service, LIARS - 1 star is too much.
Everyone at the dealership is friendly and will work to make the customer satisfied. The sales team is not pushy and very easy to work with.
