Company quoted 3-5 days, then took 9 to repair getting hit on the driver’s side rear. Upon receiving the car back I noticed 2 issues, a gap around 1 of the tail lights and a gap in the bumper fitment. I went back to show them the problems and they first tried to blame a previous accident (which was on the front passenger side) and I didn’t have the issues before this accident. After insisting this should have been fixed back to factory standards, they said I could return the car to them “next week sometime” but wouldn’t provide a new time frame to fix the problems that should have been done right the first time and wouldn’t address my need for a vehicle during whatever time they were going to take. Don’t waste your time or money here. Use Cable-Dahmer right up the street, they are cheaper, better at communicating and are miles ahead when it comes to quality work.

Highly recommend! My car was hit by a large grocery cart leaving a huge dent in the passenger door. McDonald’s did a fantastic job on the repair and detailed my car! Took it in thanksgiving week and had it back by Wednesday. The entire experience was fast and easy. I’m very happy and satisfied with their work! Very nice and professional staff as well.

I took my car to MacDonald Auto Body after being hit on the front passenger side. They were terrific to work with. Since this was my first time dealing with an accident and insurance and everything I had a lot of questions and they were great through the process! They had experience working with insurances and got the estimate to the adjuster the same day as the accident! Once the estimate was approved they had the car repaired, which involved order body parts, painting, and a lot of stuff im sure I dont know about in less than a week!

When ever I have picked up my vehicles they looked show room new and were not only washed but detailed. Appraisers and insurance agents speak very highly of Dan and his business. Im 65. Ive been in a couple of body shops in my day, lets say. Their work is beyond what I was expecting. They are as nice as they are as craftsmen. Very highly recommended. I cant say enough about how nice this establishment is. I know I will be back.

When I got in my car accident- they immediately took my car in and gave me a time estimate, when in reality took way less time then they gave me AND they even cleaned my car inside and outside! Loved them! They were amazing!!

Had to get my trunk repaired because it was smashed in. They got it fixed beautifully.

I needed an estimate on body work. Called ahead and got in same day. The two people at the desk were friendly and quick. Got my estimate, on a scratch-nothing big, in minutes. 15 minutes in and out on a Monday afternoon.Be aware that they have painted the building and got me signs so the Google pictures are incorrect! I missed the building at first.

This autobody shop does better work than anywhere else Ive gone! Works closely with your insurance company insuring if the work costs more than the insurance companys estimate the additional amount is forwarded on to the shop without any hassles. This place even details your car as an additional courtesy before its return! Why go elsewhere!?

Took the wifes car in for repairs after it was in a minor fender bender. They got the repairs done quick and its turned out great. Will be coming back here next time I need some paint and body work

My wife was hit in the side and the left front corner was pretty bad. We took it here it looks better then new. If you want quality work, this is the place to take your vehicle!

Worst customer service. Dont go there.They could care less about your schedule or needs hey dont even seem to care about their customers at all.The office lady acts like customers should feel privileged if we are allowed to use their services.Website says you can drop your car off, but she says thats not what that means.I dropped my car off on a Monday evening, i called Tuesday to let them know what i needed, a simple quote for repairs that i was without a car and trying to get it fixed as soon as possible.. She said we are booked up today but we will try to get you in. I called Tuesday evening and she said it didnt happen but maybe tomorrow.Called wed, and still havent done anything. so i am more than frustrated.I ask her whats going on and she says well even if we get you a quote, we are booked up until Feb for repairs.Apparently she didnt think this was pertinent information to share with me the day before so i didnt waste two days trying to find someone to repair it.She says one thing and after i question it she changes her story saying thats not what i told you.I asked to speak with someone else, and she gave me the run around talking about how shes taken care of everything i needed, despite everything she told me being otherwise.

Dan and his team are extremely nice. They will work with your insurance to get your car fixed too. Whether it is a minor ding, or a collision, they can get you fixed right.
