I am completely disappointed in this place, so I do not recommend it to anyone, I talked to a very unpleasant guy and bad attitude without want to sell. I asked him about a truck about the rust he had and he playing dumb he told me no I knew what was rusty by telling me it was an 11-year-old truck and it wasnt perfect as if I didnt know the age of the truck and thats why I wanted to negotiate the price because obviously I wasnt going to pay $ 19,000 for a rusty truck and imperfect ridiculous prices I do not know how it is that with those prices and attitudes they are dedicated to selling cars they should take classes on how to treat customers of course they would never buy a vehicle in that place.

Very rude people lied twice in one minute of talking to them one said Carfax was clean no wrecks then when I saw a repaint on back quarter different sales man said Id have a wreck said hed been driving it for 200 miles even though the rotors rusted over stat with two lies your a liar he will have some comeback like he does for all bad reviews and did offer him 12000 cash for a car he had on Facebook For 11999 so no credit problem here they are just rude and liars all good reviews from there friends and family

I went to the lot on 24 hwy just to look and was not treated nicely. I would never recommend. The Guy did not explore options just acted as if you was a know it all. Be very careful when dealing with this place. If they are not nice before you buy, I could only imagine how one would be treated after. Dont waist time here.I appreciate your response for legal purpose. This is slander and untrue information. Because you are very unprofessional (as it can been seen here), I walked away. I am now in a 2015 SUV not an over priced 2013 SUV. You have never seen my credit to speak on it and especially in a public forum. Your just a rude, untrustworthy, slandering salesman.

The buying process was very smooth and they communicated well. The real customer service came about a month later, after my vehicle was stolen(no fault of theirs obviously), they were very prompt in getting me any information I needed for police reports and insurance even well after our transaction was done. They were very concerned for me as a person and buyer. I would 100% use them again for any used car needs.

Bought a vehicle & 5 miles after I paid for it I started having trouble

I have now purchased 3 great running cars from this family run business over the years. They have always been honest, fair priced and not pushy! They make purchasing stress free!

I am so very upset I spent all day trying to get a vehicle and just to be lied to the entire day. Had been told a different price all day today then they wanted to add an extra $1000 to the deposit that we agreed to go on. On top of that watch what you sign because if you try to correct them in their contracts they will start adding these fees. When we sat down and did the math they added on an additional $6000 with out having an explanation as to why that our interest was about 25% and that would only have been an addition $4000 in interest and we were fine With that. No they added on about $10000 in interest for a longer term than what you are supposed to pay I pointed it out to them and once again really had no explanation as to why the high fees were there. I just would not trust it and pay attention to what you sign before you sign it

I had a great experience buying a truck here! Honestly I came expecting to get turned down like I had at other dealerships over past 2 weeks. They got me bank financing on the EXACT truck I wanted and whole visit was really quick. I can’t recommend Cord and Alondra enough!

I am 100% disabled veteran and receive SSDI (social security disability). I was asked by the secretary and the manager where my income came from. I told them and it did not feel like either one believed me at all. I have award letters to prove income but they never asked for those. They had their minds made up I guess. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO VETERANS OR PATRIOTS! was pre approved through a lender on cargurus for a vehicle here. Upon test drive it was noted the DVD players (in dash and the two rear drop downs) did not work. We gave dealer time to work on the problem and were told the next day it was not fixed. We agree on a $500 price reduction because of the issue. I submitted the information for final financing approval and was asked to provide proof of completed 341 meeting. I provided the proof and then was told by Cord that Westlake said it was too complicated and they could not help us. I called Westlake and found out that was a lie and nobody knows why Auto Zip backed out of the deal I was approved for through the lender. All the time we spent at the dealer and away from work cost us more than time, it cost our family money. I feel this dealer is dishonest at best.

Typical car salesmem often try to push or hustle their customers in order to close the sale; never did I once feel like that was done to me. Filled out an app. Had a lady call me and said she would be intouch. Lol. No call back. People like us come to you guys because we know our credit isnt the best. We know we getting screwed. Least you could do is respect that we have bad credit and are trying to find a vechile that we can afford and move on. She tried telling me i needed to put down a 3,000 down payment on a 7,000 suv. If i had 3,000 cash i would go buy a car for cash. Have no problem with a 1,000 down but 3k come on. Very bad business
