I took my vehicle to auto beauty center for detailing, I must say that it was not a disappointment. They went above and beyond my expectations. When I picked up my vehicle, it was spotless. Detailing is one of the many services they offer, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to beautify their vehicle. Great services, great employees. The manager was the nicest guy as well.

I called around 8:30 AM, and I was told that the owner, who is the only one that can give out quotes, will be at the shop at least by 11AM. So I told the person that I would be there at 11. I showed up at 11:15AM, because I figured I would play it safe and took my precious lunch time to go get a quote on my repair. Upon arrival, I was told that the owner hasn’t showed up yet, and that he will be here by 12PM.If they can’t keep their appointment for the quote, I doubt they will finish the actual job in time.When I called back, the same guy that answered the phone told me that he had asked me to call to see if the owner was there before I left, which was not true. However, he did manage my frustration professionally. I give two stars instead of one for his utmost professionalism. His professionalism actually made me to believe that it was just an honest mistake from his part, when he falsely told me that I was instructed to call before I left. Good staff.

Submitted photos of small dents for paintless dent repair for free estimate and over a week went by with no response. So then I call the store and still nobody answers. Your company needs to step up customer service. Its way to competitive of a field. Ill go somewhere else who actually gives professional customer service and answers there phone.

We absolutely love this place. They will make your car look Iike the day you bought it. I don’t know how they do it but their work is fantastic with a high level of attention to detail. I have also had them remove exterior scratches from a car perfectly. The manager was excellent to work with and communicated well throughout.

I got a MING finish and Interior clean on my wife’s car and we can not believe the outcome! When Dennis told me that we wouldn’t recognize our car he really wasn’t kidding. He made our ride look better than the day we bought it off the dealership lot years ago... I’m amazed that I can even say that with what our vehicle’s shape was in when they got it. Sadly I had prior damage from a different detail shop doing a bad buff on my vehicle leaving buffing tracks EVERYWHERE. Dennis and his right hand man were able to get them ALL out! Not only was the work amazing, but Dennis even offered me a ride to retrieve my car if I didn’t have anyone to pick me up! My favorite thing about my experience was that they explained everything I needed to know about our car’s health inside and out and this is including going around the car to locate the thickness of the paint so we know how much I am working with in the future! After I bought my 2017 Colorado I took it to the Auto Beauty Center to have a Ming finish put on. I was greeted in the parking lot and was told when it would be ready. When I picked the truck up it looked like it was just off the showroom floor. I feel like he treated my truck as if it was his own. His attention to detail was unbelievable. I would highly recommend this service. I wish the dealerships had THIS service.

My Brother and I decided to restore and clean our once father’s car after he passed as a gift to our Mother. We got the car all fixed up maintenance wise. Our main issue was finding a detail shop. We haven’t ever used one let alone had one we could trust with our sentimental project. We found Auto Beauty Centers by a friend’s recommendation. After we heard his experience we knew we found the right place. We got a “Ming Polish” and we were blown away with the finished product. We brought the car to our mothers house after to see what she thought and it brought her to tears. Thanks to Dennis and the staff at Auto beauty Centers we will be keeping this car in the family.

Big shout out to Dylan Star and John Bitner. These were the two main detailers at Auto Beauty Center that renovated my vehicles paint. My 2009 Pontiac G8 had 10 years of sun oxidation, many deep car wash swirls, and glue adhesive that was all over each side of the vehicle that would not come off no matter how much remover you applied. These guys exceeded my expectations. They made my decade old vehicle look brand new off the lot again. I highly recommend their work and their prices. For what you receive, it is beyond worth it. They did all of this in one day not to mention! I’m sure it was a pain in the butt, but they sure made me one happy customer and they will definitely have my recommendation from Kansas City, all the way to my car enthusiast friends at Whiteman AFB. Thanks guys.

Dennis up there and guys are top notch. They buffed out the hood of my new accord that was scratched severely and brought it back to as good as new. I needed to get my car detailed. I read the reviews, which were outstanding, and chose Auto Beauty Center. While there I met the most amazing young man I have ever met. When you go there for service ask him his story. I know you will go after you read my review. They detailed my 2008 Honda. That is they rebuilt my Honda. It looks better than right off the showroom floor. An absolute masterpiece. Dennis is the man to see for such amazing work. If I said he went above and beyond that would not even come close. Its like I have a new car. He went over all he did and in one day it is a miracle. Seldom do you find anyone that does a good job. Dennis did way beyond that. He is above great. It really is amazing. He could charge much more than he does, but that is the best part of all. He is very very reasonable. If you want a new car call Dennis. He is the best.

About 3 weeks ago I tried out the MING Full Detail Service and headlight restoration. I was not pleased with what $480.00 paid for. Observed wax or whatever used compounds bunched up in all the cracks and creases of the vehicle . Observed swirls all over the vehicle that I was told they could take could to bring the paint back up to pare. The headlights looked as if they were wipped down with some chemical instead of being buffed out, which are no beginning to get foggy after this short period of time. This place came highly recommend and I was excited to take the chance. I am disappointed in the service I received.

I took my 2017 Ford Explorer in to have it detailed and a small dent removed. They did an exceptional job on the interior and exterior. The car looks like new again. It was in and out the same day. I would definitely recommend their services.

Had some minor dents and hail, nickle size and bigger repaired. Ran into trouble with shop delaying service. They had some equipment failure, so I had to pick up and drop off again. This is my primary vehicle with young kids.Technical issues with a repair done that was not needed, repaired wrong side.Justin made it right, and gave me a loner, so I would not have to rent a car. Did that the first time, but I hit a raccoon, long story.I also had them fix wheels as the previous owner hit curbs and damaged finish.Thanks Brett and Justin! Ill be back!

Worth every penny! Ming’s Auto Beauty Center did an immaculate job detailing my 6 year old car that has had large breed dogs in it frequently. They will not leave a single crumb behind! I appreciated the attention to detail, and was amazed at how nice my car looked. They even scrubbed the trunk, glove compartment, and center console spotless! I will definitely be using their services again and will recommend to all my friends.

My experience was nothing short of perfect. I was referred here from a professional auto paint company due to my specific needs. I met with Chayse and Justin to get an estimate and go over what I wanted. During that time they made me feel as if all my concerns and wants for my Ford F250 were theirs as well. After going over everything and receiving a professional and reasonable bid I decided this was the place. since times are tight with covid and my situation I decided to leave a few things off until another time. they let me know my vehicle was done exactly when they said not a moment later. I pulled up and my truck was washed and staged to show off the amazing work these guys did. I was more than pleased with the outcome Chayse, Justin, John, and Jason all gave me an experience and final product that no other shop could have. Not only were my expectations surpassed, but they went above and beyond and painted areas I did not have in the bid. Its because they TRULY care so much that they thought it would take away from the beautiful job they had done. They literally acted as if it was their truck and took care of more than we agreed to. Took my 30 year old classic in for detailing and was super impressed with the work. The car has original paint and when the team was finished with it, it looked like a brand new car. Wiuld highly recommend.

I took our 2005 Mercedes M-Class in for a refresh. It had a couple minor door dings and one pretty good door-ding on a rear fender crease. There were some scratches on the same rear fender. There are two plastic corner trim pieces on the upper rear the had become discolored from age. We had an interior seat surround that broke from age. There were scratches and a small fracture on top of the rear burner. We discussed what needed to be done. I wanted everything we spoke of fixed as with low mileage we’re keeping the car. The scratches on the rear fender I was told they would probably buff out and no need to sand prime and repaint. They are supposedly the experts (I’m not) and I bowed to there suggestion. Due to matching schedules and ordering the interior part the car went into the shop 3 weeks later. I had to call a week before to request a copy of the estimate. My bad was I fully trusted their integrity and gave a cursory glance at the $1248.00 fix.First thing was this was supposed to be a three-day event. They kept making one excuse after another but although it was inconvenient the had the car seven days. Upon inspection the first thing noticed the back upper corner pieces were supposed to be wrapped in vinyl (their great idea not mine) and the scratches on the rear fender weren’t fixed. You can see the were buffed but there nonetheless. Everything else was done to our satisfaction. While speaking to the body shop manager I pointed out the things I wasn’t happy with. He remembered the conversation for the vinyl wrap since it was his idea but said they didn’t appear on the estimate. I paid my $1248 invoice but made arrangements to bring it back the following week as the manager was gone for a week. They wanted to charge me another $560 to complete the vehicle. I said, no I expected them to beatify the car and this was on them. We finally agreed to having the back corners wrapped to match wrapping on the door posts. I believed this was being done for free as it was their fault it wasn’t in the estimate. When I picked up the car yesterday, the wrap was done but it didn’t even come close to matching what was on the other portion of the exterior. I received no phone call saying hey we can’t get the matching material nothing. Manager was conveniently out of the office when I arrived mid afternoon. Then I find out before I can retrieve my vehicle I have to pay them $120 for a $50 wrap a sign shop.I wouldn’t recommend these people and have already sent out emails and texts telling many contacts not to go there for this service.I would have been better off calling a mister dent who would have charged $160 for the dent fixed, $500 for the bumber and scratches fixed and $200 for a detail shop to buff and wax the exterior and deep clean the interior. It certainly wouldn’t have taken the car out of commission for nine days and I wouldn’t have this aggravation.Do not take you vehicle to this company. Customer service sucks big time and they have no integrity.

These guys do a wonderful job. We took my wifes 2003 Tahoe in for a pre-listing detail. For less than $400 they brought it back to life inside and out. We were able to get an extra $1500 more than expected sale price after the detail. Well worth the small investment. I highly recommend Auto Beauty Center.

I was looking to have my 2011 Jaguar completely detailed on the outside which included stripping off all the products I had applied down to the original clear coat! After having my initial phone conversation with the owner Brett, I knew this was what I was looking for in a company! The professional courtesy I received from the phone call to bringing my car in to be looked at and options discussed was way above my expectations and they delivered everything they said was going to be done above and beyond. Brett introduced me to his head detailer Dennis, which was even more impressive and after my car was done, which included wet sanding and polishing small scratches to applying the ceramic coating to give it that brilliant, deep shine and high gloss finish, I couldnt have been more ecstatic, especially after seeing the finished product. When you find a company that delivers quality along with being a morally and ethically right, it allows you the opportunity for what I call great karma and thats exactly what this company does! So, the situation in my car had become pretty bad. It shuttles me here there and everywhere, and had become the dumping ground for everything that happens in the midst of those journeys. Eating, hair brushing, receipts, overall trash that doesnt get taken in, just STUFF... you name it, had left my car pretty trashed. Imagine if you will maybe not THE DIRTIEST frat house you were ever in, but maybe say third or fourth dirtiest. Then translate that to a 37 year old womans car.... And it may give a good picture.Still I didnt reach out for help til I had some watermelon cut up in a container that slid across my backseat and spilled out back when it started getting hot in June. After just one day of fetid fruit smell after it had baked in the sun all day I knew I had to do something. I googled around, reading reviews, and finally decided to call Auto Beauty Center. She listed off everything that the base-level detailing offers but Id have paid $250 just to make sure the watermelon came out of my seat. They had appointments available that same week, so I scheduled it.Im not sure what I expected, but when I arrived to pick up my car, I was very disoriented. I thought it was a different car. I wish I had before and after photos for comparison. It looked & smelled brand new. Even getting in and driving my mind could not comprehend that this was my car. Everything was beautiful, spotless, & shiny. No detection of rotting fruit smell. Every nook and cranny had been given attention and cleaned of the food, hair, & dirt that had built up over the years.I reserved myself for putting in a review for a while just to make sure that problems didnt reveal themselves as time wore on but it only got better. My floor mats werent down when I picked up the car, but soon I looked in my trunk where I found them also spotlessly clean. And all the trash and STUFF that Id not taken time to get out before I dropped off the car was bagged neatly in the trunk.I also must note that I arrived to get my car with minutes to spare before they closed. The girl who was waiting for me to come pay and pick up my car was as nice as could be. If it was me waiting on me knowing if I didnt get there til that late then I wouldnt get to close up and leave on time, I probably would have been kind of snarky about it, or at least shoot passive aggressive comments about it as a release, but I didnt detect any of that at all from her. She was genuinely really friendly even though I encroached on her time.Tldr; this was altogether an excellent experience, and I would recommend their detailing service hands down. They gave my old Hildegard a beautiful makeover as she approaches her 100k mile mark!

I have nothing but praise for this business. My experience with the guys at this shop was great.They were both professional and courteous.The gentleman in the shop was was very experienced and willingly shared his knowledge of auto paint, info unrelated to the job at hand.My new Honda Accord already had a beautiful paint job yet it was improved times 100% ! We were all astonished at the result.I had it “Minged” before we headed to FL as excess sun and bits of blowing sand can do damage. And past experience has taught me that a Ming job can preserve paint and prevent damage.My 30/yr old Chevy S110 PU has been painted & “Minged” twice. It’s due for its’ 3rd paint job & another “Ming”. The enamel paint is still intact and rust free despite lack of garaging over the past eight years.The improvement of my Accords’ new paint plus the condition of my ancient PU has me convinced that at $30-/yr, a Ming treatment is simply a “no-brainer” investment.

My mother took her car here recently and after 250 dollars was not impressed in the least. She was very excited to have her newly purchased rebuilt expertly cleaned. She was guaranteed by the manager they would make the car shine like new. K......it didnt.She got the vehicle home and realized several things had been missed. The threshold of the front doors were covered in black gunk, as were the wheels, there was trash recovered from the sides of the passenger seat that were clearly from the prior owner and the floor mats were not cleaned and still had dog hair on them.My mom noticed the hair on the mats while she was there and asked the manager why they hadnt been cleaned and one of the workers overheard and said, Well, she needs to vacuum it too.Noooo......after 250 dollars she should have to do nothing. I can take my SUV to Charlies Carwash and it shines like new for 42 dollars inside and out. They basically took my moms money from her and she doesnt have a lot to give. If I could give them zero stars I would. Not only was my mother taken advantage of but I also paid for that car so obviously I am not pleased and I will never recommend this establishment to anyone.I personally do not understand all of the other 5 star reviews. Maybe theyre friends of the owner....

I needed some scratch repair work on my new Camaro. Auto Beauty did a great job and in a timely manner. Since then Ive also gone back for polishing/ceramic coating and some tint. Fantastic work done by friendly people who go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied.

We had our family mini-van (4 kids, 2 adults and 2 dogs) detailed but Dennis Smith and his team and when they were done, my wife cried because it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Will be back again!

I’m normally the leary guy that you gotta prove to me yur the real deal . When I met the owner Brett I really liked him an gave him a shot on removing a dent in my 19 Denali. Aluminum hood,, dent on a crease in the hood. Dropped it off today,, picked it up this afternoon. Unbelievable,, no sign of it. Didn’t happen it’s gone. GREAT job. Love the place. Wife’s got two small cuts in her leather an a scrape/bruise on the bumper. Will take that there now He an the price an the service impressed me. I haven’t even said I’m OCD with my vehicles. I hate even taking truck in for warranty work for fear I will get a door ding. Just say n.. found me great place for my vehicles..

Last week my my car/SUV left the body shop for some body work I had done. It was absolutely gross. The engine was filthy and I am the type of person to occasionally detail my car. But lets just say it needed professional attention. I had a recommendation to try out Ming. So I went over and checked them out. I was reluctant to leave my car. Because I need a car for work at all times. So I was talking to the woman behind the counter and she had a great deal that I could rent a car right next door for 25$ a day. So she even arranged this for me! Incredible!! Service!! Ok before I left I explained I wanted my car clean. Like if it were a Used car that was for sale. And with that I left. A few days past. And I get a call saying my car is done. So I go return the rental which by the way is right next door. Very convenient! And I look at my car when I walk up. And my car looks gorgeous!!! These guys exceded my wildest hard to satisfy expectations with how detail oriented the detailed My car. My car looks fabulous!! Thank you Ming! It will be a returning customer.
