The ladies behind the desk helped me get a rental At their rate when the rental company originally told me they didn’t have any rental cars (Enterprise).Thank you!

Cable Dahmers body shop did an outstanding job of repairing our minivan and they did it in a much shorter amount of time than promised. They also have a super energetic and efficient liaison, by the name of Jessie, that keeps you informed every step of the way. We couldnt be more pleased!

The services through Cable Dahmer were anything but normal, however, I have to say that Jessie Blair provided the best communication and service that I have ever received regarding updates for my vehicle. My car was backed into and the person that hit my car had Progressive insurance. Cable Dahmer Collision was on the list for repair options. They were great! My car looks like new again. Jess the receptionist was nice and friendly. They got my car done quickly, and I am happy!

I had an accident and went through my insurance they sent me to Cable Dahmer Collision Center. My deductible was $1000.00. I waited days for them to give me an estimate I finally called and they told me it was only going to $639.00 and it should be ready by the next week. I got a call a couple days later saying my wheel was on back order and It was going to be a little longer. Through out the next 2 weeks no one called me to give me any updates I was the one always calling about the status of my car. Finally after 3 weeks I call again and they tell me my car is ready and that I can come get it after 4PM. Once my husband gets there they tell him its going to be the $1000 deductible. My husband explains that we were quoted something different and no body ever called us to tell us otherwise. Right away they got an attitude and told him they didnt have to call and update us on the price or the work our car was having done, if we didnt pay the $1000 we wouldnt get our car back.

The work done was great, had to take back up to dealership to have them properly put on door panel, one quick snap. The only real complaint is when walking in instead of asking my name they ask what insurance, which when I said the insurance company of the persons insurance company that was paying they said we dont do that particular company, which started a process, but was finally figured out. Maybe change greeting, otherwise good work one little oversight they missed.

After having my truck vandalized, Jesse was great about keeping me informed about what needed to be done, as well as the timeline for everything to be done. Once my truck was done, they were quick with pickup and took care of my rental afterwards as well.

Upon dropping my car off, I received assistance immediately. Taylor followed me to my car minutes following my arrival, and marked the appropriate area to be assessed and repaired, and identified one that I had not noticed myself (but could be seen in the accident photos obtained).Taylor let me know what to expect in the upcoming days, and that she would be in contact with me every two days to provide updates - which she did.My car was ready 3 days prior to its projected date.When I picked up my car, not only was I EXTREMELY impressed with the work/repair, but also greatly appreciated that the time had been taken to clean my mats (they were covered in salt at time of drop-off), my floors were vacuumed, steering wheel and dashboard wiped down, the inside of the door seals were cleaned, protective covers were on the driver side seat and steering wheel, and the exterior was washed and cleaned as well (quite possibly waxed).I am so happy with the work, and the staff I encountered during the time of service. Could not be any happier with my experience from the office personel to the work provided by the shop. Gave an estimated time to completion with a possible early complete date and they beat the estimated date by 2 days. Car was clean and all body panels aligned perfect and paint matched. On pickup all paperwork was complete and only required payment. Walk around done by associate and was patient while I proceeded to interogate the work done all while standing in the cold rain. I turned my car in on Wednesday for the back bumper to be fixed from a wreck and they originally told me it would be a week but they got it done the next day! They also covered the rental for me which was pretty nice. I enjoy working with Cable Dahmer.

Got rear ended. Dealership argued on behalf of the insurance saying since exhaust had a little rust on it, so they refused to repair exhaust leak from wreck as it was already weak. Even though no exhaust leak prior to wreck. I also didnt notice until too late that they didnt get the lip of the trunk all the way fixed as its still bent up from wreck

Insurance sent me in to fix front bumper due to collision when I got vehicle back they forgot to bolt down inner fender so when I was on highway tire rubbed it and destroyed it (they bought me a new one) after that I noticed they broke two bolts and used “glue” to mount bumper back they also broke two tabs on bumper. I went back to let them know and they said “ i asked tech it was like this when you brought it “ that was not the case. And now after driving it for 2 weeks I noticed the paint is cracking in the center of bumper. Wish I could post pictures so you can see. Worst experience ever.

I will never do any business here again. They had my Jeep for 2 whole weeks and sent it home still damaged/ half way fixed. I tried calling them to make things right but I was hung up on and treated so poorly and unprofessionally. The people there are rude and incompetent and will do little to nothing to make it right.

They are awesome! Mr. Stallings took care of me and my beloved Chevy Cruze. I had my brand new car a month when an elderly lady hit my driver side. I was to say the least upset. Mr. Stallings made an appointment right away for me to get the car in for an estimate. He then got the parts ordered and my car was fixed like brand new earlier than he said. I was very impressed and am very happy my silver baby is back to normal.
