Our service was quick and the service Dept was friendly overall. They were super busy so the Service Dept manager wasn’t as friendly as usual but Kaylee was super sweet and made up for it. The manager seemed distracted and literally in an not normal tone told me “I’m going to have to get someone else to help you” I was there for a scheduled appointment, no matter how busy you are, tone of voice matters. We always purchase at Conklin in Hutch. Not the treatment from a manager customers deserve, but thankful Kaylee was such a pleasant and friendly face. She deserves a shoutout for sure!

Always good service here! They are up front with pricing, informative and on time. The service aisle is clean, staffed and the actual service to my car has always been completed without needing a return trip.

I was in Kansas visiting from Texas. My starter was going out and they got me right in diagnosed and fixed it in two hours and I was back on the road. Very good customer service and courtesy even for an out of stater like me. Definitely not every business does this well. Thank you. Hopefully I don’t need serviced again but if I do I would def give Conklin my business and recommend them to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at Conklin Cars with Cindy! She arranged for my vehicle to be picked up for service, had the repairs completed, even ordered parts for another time, and had it returned to me at work by the time I needed it! Thats the kind of service you tell your friends about!

Service was good. I feel its bit overpriced.I also feel they should offer a loaner vehicle when having your vehicle for more than 45-1hour. Especially for people who drive an hour as repeat customers!!

I was stranded in Hutchinson Kansas in route to a family event. Apparently an engine sensor switch in my 2007 Honda Accord failed and I was unable to drive safely. Luckily Conklin honda was close by and I left the car in their care. They ordered the part and got it overnight, installed it, and I was back on the road the next morning. They even washed the car! Kudos to Conklin Honda and thanks again.

We love Cindy at Conklin! She’s honest, friendly, and extremely helpful & understand. This isn’t the cheapest place in town, but they also don’t fix things that aren’t broken and run up an unnecessary bill. Prices are reasonable and they do the job the first time. They also let you know in advance maintenance that you should plan on doing down the road... rather than you being left stranded with un unexpected dead battery like some other shops do (yes, speaking from experience). Love!!!

Everyone at Conklins was very helpful and pleasant. Brad Holden was introduced to me and we looked at different Hondas. He was so willing to go back inside to get the key if I saw another model to look at. He explained the differences in the models as we looked at them. All along Brad was patient and kind. I went in not having any idea what I wanted, coming from having several GMCs. I was very impressed with the Honda Pilots comfort and interior design features. Have had it now for 4 days and am even more convinced I made the right choice with the vehicle and the dealership.

Never... Never... Ever purchase from Conklin Honda Hutchinson.The purchase part was great. Sold the vehicle 1 year later. Tried to speak to someone regarding the refund on the extended warranty. Left messages with both finance managers, general manager, and sales manager. No call back. Its been 3 days. Every time I call, Im routed to a voice mail box.Only purchase here if after the purchase there is Zero interest in them speaking with you. I have never experienced this before, and have purchased well over 20 vehicles.

My wife and I have been looking for a replacement for our 2012 enclave and had decided we would like to try a Honda Pilot. We stopped at Conklins and Doug Eggers showed us a new Pilot and explained a lot of the features it had. We explained we thought we were looking for a used Pilot with less than 50,000 miles but had been looking locally and had not really found anything. Anyway, Doug said he would do some looking and see what he could find. After a couple of weeks he gave us a choice of a 2018 ex-l Pilot and priced us a new 2021 ex-l Pilot. We ended up purchasing the 2021 and feel like we received a good price and trade-in on our 180,000 mile enclave. Thank you to Doug and the other young men that made our purchase possible.

My alternator on my 2008 Honda Odyssey minivan went out on a trip home to Kinsley from Wichita. I had the vehicle towed to Conklin. I was greeted promptly and my info taken by Cindy. I was told the van would be checked and she would contact me. She assured me no work would be done without my ok. Throughout the process, Cindy stayed in contact with me, explaining what was needed and the cost. The van was done as promised. We were very pleased.

I bought a new 2018 Honda Accord in Dec. 2018. Kept getting a black screen instead of the back up camera and no radio. Continually took it back to them until they opened a case with Honda in Feb, 2020. They fixed the problem. The car had 6,120 miles then. It is doing it again, but so far hasnt recovered, stays black at 7590 miles (I dont drive a lot). I hope this doesnt take another 13 months to fix this time.Now I have 10,586 miles, well it has taken more time. Because of Covin I didnt drive much so it now June 2021 and the car was in the shop last week, picked it up on Saturday took it back on Monday because they replace the screen but didnt do an upgrade. Now this morning after two days, the car has no screen again, no audio, no nothing and so far this morning no call back from Conklin Cars Hutchinson! Not a happy customer!

I was pleasantly surprised at the courtesy and professional manner of the people I dealt with. I was also happily surprised at the cost associated with the work done. Typically dealerships are known for charging exorbitant amounts for any work done, but the prices were comparable to other shops and they were much more thorough, I will definitely be back.

I always have a good experience with the service department. I get dropped off where I want to be and they pick me up when my service is finished.

The Senior Honda technician was very good and knowledgeable about the issues we had withour Civic. The service drive was friendly and prompt.

Seems to be a lot of turnover in the service department recently, so service has seemed rather chaotic and disorganized the last few times Ive been in. I have also felt for some time that when they offer an inspection, they are just looking for extra things to charge us for under the guise of preventative maintenance, and the total for these services is always in the same price range, making it seem suspiciously like they are trying to meet some kind of quota. On the positive side, I do appreciate being able to schedule appointments online, and when we had a more serious issue a few months ago that involved a misdiagnosis, Conklin did a great job making it right, which we really appreciated.

Sarah Biggs was extremely knowledgeable in all things Honda CR-V, which was the only thing I knew for sure I wanted. Not only did she explain every button and feature before test driving, she helped show me how to use them while driving, which is something I didn’t think I needed at the time but genuinely appreciated afterwards. She was also able to tell me the difference in all the different models to help me find what I truly wanted. They even picked up a car from another city just to let me see the color in person, all in the same day, which made it so much nicer to be able to drive home with my new SUV. The entire staff at Conklin, from what we experienced, worked real hard to make sure we had everything we wanted, including beverages and the extra little nic-nac’s we left in our trade in vehicle. I would recommend Conklin Cars if you are looking for a Honda. #askforsarah

The Honda technician at Conklin cars fixed the door in my daughter’s car after several other shops tried but were unsuccessful. We dropped car off and had it back, fixed by that afternoon.

Very efficient and thorough service for routine maintenance on our Honda CR-V. The staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely return there for future service.

Everything was done well. The only complaint we have is that we were SEVERELY OVERCHARGED for a pair of wiper blades. It would have been nice to know the cost before you replaced them. We won’t let that happen again.

Had to have my car towed under warranty, they removed my under panels and didnt replace them (my fault for not having pre tow pictures). Then marcy said Honda will pay for the rental I had to get, 2 years later and many calls later and Im still waiting. Will not be buying my new car from them.Update: I called and left a vmail for the manager AJ, shortly after they recommended i contact AJ, and they never returned my call. I shouldnt have to babysit the staff, to get my money back.

Friendly and fair. They noticed I was social distancing and did the same with masks available in meetings.

The service department is poor. They promised a time and than wanted to take the promise back. Parts were insanely expensive. Had a recall to do and it seemed like they were doing me a favor to correct the manufacturer mistake.

The shuttle service was excellent -very friendly. All the service people I talked with were friendly for the most part, but I felt like it was very unorganized and that I had to explain everything every time I called. I waited for a call back for a part they ordered for 4 weeks and I finally had to call them to see if they had it yet. It ended up not being under warranty and it was VERY expensive. I was told a couple times that the part would be under warranty and I was surprised that out of the 4-5 times I called them about it they didnt think to look up the Honda warranty policy or would know it since its a Honda dealership. Would definitly recommend getting a quote before having any work done because I was very shocked at how something so small was so expensive.After contacting them after my visit they were quick to respond and did an excellent job following through on my experince.
