I called 3 times in one week to schedule my Nissan for oil change. Kayleigh called back once and left message - then did not return any other calls. Unable to talk to anyone when calling so drove to dealership at 8am - they could change oil right away - be about 20 minutes. Were to CALL when ready - instead sent a text at 9:45am saying ready- however I do not text. So began calling at 11 to check on my car. Finally reached someone in sales who had service call me. Very frustrating. I know you are short on help, but this was not the standard I have come to expect. Jodie Pendergrass ALWAYS does a great job on my wifes truck. Not been impressed with Nissan service since I bought this car. Thank you

I replaced a throttle body censor and was advised by oreillys it needs to be relearned by technician, local mechanic said he learned it, didnt charge but ran the same, conklin service told me it had to be done by nissan dealer, as perfessional mechanics I would of thought they would have took couple minutes to check the diagnosis and say hey this is not the problem but instead relearned my car put it in the parking lot, told me it was fixed and charge me 168 dollars, wow my light bill money down the drain and car still not fixed, I feel betrayed as and AJ rudely hung the phone up on me, while I was calmly talking, bad business, good job guys

Iil change and inspection washed car for us. It might be beneficial if you would vacuum. Not complaining just think it might promote good will.

Update:AJ (service manager) put the correct oil back in my car & explained things to me very well. Thank you AJ for everything you did and making things right.My car has always and 5w30 and 0w20 was put in which seems to be twice the price. I was not told that they were going to use different oil & my bill was 70 instead of around 63 like normal. Also, my car takes 3.5 quarts of oil & I have been charged for 5 all this time.I was also told that Ill need a break flush on my 2016 Nissan with my next oil change & expect it to be around $200.I work with mechanics and they advised me that this is not true.Sadly I will be looking for service elsewhere because I feel like I cannot trust my local Nissan dealer. This is not the 1st time either. Last time it was that I needed a new battery. Then magically I didnt after i proved it was still under warranty.

Great experience, as always. They answered all questions and went above and beyond to explain and repair what was needed and done. I was there for five hours and they continued to check on me, offer me a ride, etc.... I will buy a new car or truck there again in the future.
AJ was very good to work with. However, I am not happy with Conklin Cars. Our service cost over $1800 for a repair that should have been taken care of when the car was under warranty. When the car was new it would surge when speeding up to merge into highway traffic and not speed up well. Every time I would bring in the car for service I would tell them. They kept saying that was the way that transmission works. It never seemed right. Then the seat belt light began flashing all the time. Of course, after it was out of warranty. We were told the transmission would quit working if not fixed. The transmission was acting as if it wouldn’t last much longer. Since it was fixed, it works great. No surging. We have been to Wichita and Dodge City. Used the air conditioner the entire time. Ran great. I now know the service department was putting me off all the time I was complaining. My trust in Conklin service department is completely destroyed.
Conklin Cars have earned our loyalty.The sales consultants, finance person, service department, parts department, top management, and even the courtesy drivers are all trustworthy, caring, capable, and courteous. Its an excellent dealership.
The experience was very good and everyone in the service department keep me posted on how things were going.
Was looking for a specific car and Conklin had used one on the lot after considering other options I made the decision to purchase the car based on its features and options that Conklin offered. Doug was great to work with on meeting my needs for the specific car I was looking for, offering other options but was not pushy on those options.
Buyer Beware!!! This dealer sells used rental cars stating they are One Owner. If you you want to buy a car from this dealership ask for all the previous owner names and information. Otherwise you will be getting a car that was used/abused hard as a rental car that they got at auction for much lower than you will pay. Wish I could list negative stars for a review. I am sure they will responded to this post indicating they are willing to help...they are not. I have been in contact with the dealership countless times since buying my vehicle, no luck getting my car returned or fixed. What more details, email me? I would be happy to give you pointers to deal with this location. In a word RUN...buy somewhere else, there are many dealers that would earn your money over this auto group.

OK, nothing exceptional but quick and efficient. Raun was nice and thorough and getting the final deal was quick and painless. The detail on the new vehicle could have used a bit more attention to detail a few spots I will have to tend to. Dealership is a bit dated and not quite up to the standards other Nissan dealers has set but sufficient. Seems like all the employees Ive dealt with to this point are friendly, knowledgeable and well trained. Overall fairly pleased.

Made an appointment to get my truck serviced and mentioned it was a diesel Titan XD. Drove an hour to get there & sat for over an hour for them to come tell me that they have no diesel certified technicians. Then why did I waste half a day driving here and sitting for you to tell me you can’t do anything.

I live in Wichita. In browse mode my wife and I went to CarMax looking for a replacement for her 18 year old Subaru Legacy. We ended up getting Nissan Sentra and the CarMax sales guy told us it had two recall notices for the passenger side airbag. Good car. Good price. No big deal. Made an appointment to get it taken care of at McGavock Nissan in Wichita, where service guy told me no parts were involved - just computer time - and I had an appt 10 days out. Had difficulty emailing Nissan USA proof of ownership to register the car and took email to McGavock thinking they could easily fax it. For that fiasco, please see my 1-Star review on their site. ~~~ I called Conklin Service Dept and spoke with AARON CARTER who with 100% certainty assured me there was indeed a part involved. My wife and I made the 65 minute drive from home to Conklin, had a lovely customer service experience with AARON and his service guy - JORDAN. Jordan showed us the part, explained what he would do, and the courtesy shuttle took us to a fine lunch place and picked us up 90 minutes later. Car was ready - and washed - and Aaron gave us a thorough briefing on what they did. ~~~ When her car needs service, without question we will make an appt with Aaron and take a little drive. Thank you, AARON and JORDAN for taking up the slack where McGavock so poorly let us down
