I will admit, at first I was a little weary of this business after purchasing my 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium. I had multiple issues arise over the two years I owed it. It was a difficult problem to diagnose which lead to me ultimately needing a new motor. I thankfully had an Allstate warranty which left me with only a small deductible. However, with COVID being a thing, I will have been without my Fusion for a few months. They have provided WONDERFUL customer service since Ive been without a vehicle. I bought a Kia van today from Jay Malones.Pros: They had the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. I appreciated my interactions with Jay, Jake, and Trevor. They were honest with COVID issues and didnt want to expose us or other customers. They worked with me to be able to get the vehicle I wanted.Cons: I didnt feel valued by Mark. He came across as disinterested in my business and it created a drawn out buying process. I dont live near the dealership, so it was more than one full day of driving in order to purchase the vehicle.I was wavering between 4-5 stars, but because they were honest about their COVID challenges, we found a price that worked, and most of the staff was very enjoyable to work with I settled at 5 stars.

Ive brought it in a few times for the same issue and it seems like it never gets fixed.02/23/21 EDIT: After many attempts the truck seems to be fixed. They made it right.
