We got the used car dealer treatment. The process of getting the vehicle was fast and easy, they screwed me on my trade but agreed to reduce the sticker price to something reasonable. They also agreed to fix specific things on the vehicle as part of the sale, but we are still waiting for that to happen. They also tacked on $299 that wasnt agreed to and I wasnt told about during the signing. They processed so many credit requests that Ive been declined for others because of too many inquiries. The vehicle we chose has its issues but Im reviewing the business not our car. I would suggest you use caution when buying any vehicle especially used ones.

I took my vehicle in with an issue in the wireless phone charger. The service rep was helpful and informative, but the issue was not resolved. The wireless charger still does not charge my phone. I took the phone for repair, thinking it was the issue. The phone charges on all other wireless chargers!

I traded my car in for a used vehicle. They gave us the best price for my trade in and even offered an additional discount on the used car I ended up purchasing. The car I purchased began running funny after 2 weeks. Sputtering between 20-30 mph. The windshield wiper was broken and we discovered no cabin air filter after smelling gasoline/fumes with the A/C on. After needing to jumpstart the car 3 times we were finally able to take the car back in to get checked. From the information I gathered, my vehicle did not get diagnostic testing prior to me taking it off the lot. They changed the car battery, fixed the wipers and put the filter in. The car was diagnosed and fixed before the end of our work day and it was all free of charge. In the end, I do love my car and the staff is really easy to get ahold of. I’m docking points for the diagnostics not being done prior to me leaving with the car. Car runs great now! It just took some extra steps to get there.

Very courteous staff. My vehicle was towed from where it broke down and fixed as soon as it could be done after parts had to be ordered. A staff member called us daily to update us. The free shuttle to bring me to pick up my car was super helpful!! I will definitely use their services again.

Waited in the new car lounge while my car was being serviced. There was a super sweet lady taking care of things in that area that made sure everyone was taken care of. Drinks offered, comfy chairs, restrooms close by. It was a great experience for something usually so mundane!

Hassle free experience! All communication was via text or call phone call with our saleswoman, Kelly and Chance in Finance when we came across the make and model of the vehicle we had been searching for. Total time actually spent at the dealership was under an hour which included sealing the deal with Ari in finance! Everyone was professional and a pleasure to work with. Paul the GM even came over to introduce himself and to make sure all needs were met! Outstanding job everyone! Will certainly recommend your dealership to friends and family.

Jody P. Took really good care of me and my 2016 GMC Yukon. It was a long list of service items due at 60k miles. I also had a defective tail light that had to be replaced under warranty. I had one tire that had curb damage and they replaced that as well. I had a communication error and failed to deliver my Yukon on time. I showed up one day late and they still took and and told me they was booked and would try to finish it in one day. Turned out they needed a couple of hrs the next day to finish it but that was my fault. I have plenty of vehicles to drive so I didn’t mind. I was just happy they took it and got it fixed for my. Thank You Jody!!!

Went in to have the battery checked which was a bad battery which should’ve been under warranty bought at Conklins. Turned out they said it was another issue and that I was told wrong by O’Reillys of The battery. The issue that they repaired cost me $600 and they told me the battery was not bad. I went back to O’Reillys and have the battery checked and the battery is still coming up as bad. Checked at AutoZone as well for the battery being bad. the battery is bad and the battery is under warranty and this is the second time I’ve taken the car in with the battery. Clearly Conklin does not honor its word or warranties

Our vehicle was hit in a parking lot. Need less to say the other driver no where to be found. The body shop not only repaired our vehicle 💯. They made the process simple and seamless with insurance. Sure made what could have been a painful experience not so bad. We had extra work done too since it was already in the shop. All perfect now.

When my car broke down Conklin was quick to get me in. There were some issues when ordering parts and at the end of the day Conklin wasnt able to fully fix my car and I still had to send it to Kia. But Conklin made it right with me or should I say Kaylee Coleman. Kaylee was always on top of keeping me informed with my car and always checked in and was quick to call back or answer any questions I had. She blew everyone else out of the water that worked there. That girl definitely needs a raise and Im greatful she works in the service department. She definitely made working with a dealership much better, especially when I had a horrible experience with a different dealership in the past. She redeemed how I feel about working with dealerships.

If I could give this place more stars, I would! 10/10 recommend doing business with these guys. Lost my key to my 2017 Buick Verano and I had to have the car towed in. Towed it in around 7pm on Monday and the new key was programmed and ready to go by 12pm on Tuesday. My tire pressures were crazy so they also adjusted that. Great service! Will be back

I had the best experience at Conklin. Malcom and his manager took such great care of me. I gave them the long list of the things I had to have in my brand new purchase. They were on top of it from the first time I walked into the dealership until the end. It was a little difficult finding exactly what I wanted but that didn’t stop them. They found what I wanted and as soon as I gave them the okay they sent someone to Arkansas to get it the very next day. Malcom was also a very personable not just your average car salesman. It was very enjoyable to work with him. Hands down would recommend.

I brought my Infiniti QX60 there far a 730 appointment to see why an engine light is showing up on my dash. 3 weeks later I still am waiting to have the issue resolved and completed. The female service tech last talked to me, after 1 week I called her, it has been 10 days since she said she would get back with me about the part needed. Is this some special part that is special made?

I had purchased three new cars and one used car from Conklin Cars in the past. My first new car was in the 80’s and the Salesman was Scott Conklin. There was no doubt in my mind that I would buy my next car there. After looking on their website for current new car inventory, Malcom contacted me. He was not pushy and told me he would let me determine the pace. He was very helpful and willing to find answers to all of my questions. I found the right vehicle for me and was able to purchase it on the 0.9% financing. The Business Dept was helpful and had everything ready to go when I was ready to pick up my 2021 Honda HRV. I love it!!

The service team here handles our scheduled maintenance tasks on our Honda Odyssey. After some recent work, a noise developed. They were willing to take a second look at their work and corrected the noise at no charge to us even after determining that it was not caused by them. Conklin Cars is amazing. We were moving from Minnesota to Arizona when the transmission on our suburban went out. They got us in right away to diagnose the problem and when we decided we didn’t want to put the money (or time) into fixing it, they helped us get into a great new (to us) truck and even helped get our roof top tent off of our suburban! 100% would recommend. They were the best part of Kansas.

I have a 2006 Chevy Tahoe Z71, it’s had several unexplainable brake issues. First I went to Midwest in Hutchinson were I purchased the vehicle. And was denied service because they, are a Toyota dealer. Hmmmmm! Ok, next I went to Midway. They charged me $250 to diagnose it and $900 to not fix the issue (Service ABS). Picked up the vehicle from midway drive two miles had to be towed home as they wanted another $250 to diagnose it AGAIN! Nope!! So my next stop was to have it towed to Pratt Ks where they fix Tahoes all the time. Would have cost $300 to tow it. So Conklin cars was my last resort. At first it was bumpy, as parts were lost. Put upon receiving the part and fixing the vehicle, I was very impressed and happy with the work done. They went above and beyond to see me happy with the quality of work and craftsmanship their mechanics provide! You got issues, GO TO CONKLIN! Mind you my brakes have had my Tahoe down for 3years had everything changed rotors, ABS module, brakes, master cylinder, for the brake booster to be the problem. Only Conklin figures this out... says a lot about the mechanics in the area!Thanks again to Jodi and his amazing team at Conklin Cars of Hutchinson Kansas service department the “A” Team!!!

Previously had great service and customer service with Jodi! This last time was the last time Ill take my car there for service. I have never been charged a $120 fee. Ive always been given a loaner car. This time they tried to charge me the fee as diagnostics but I already knew what was wrong and told them exactly what needed repaired. I was also told no to a loan and that it could take hours for them to even pull my car in. Very disappointed and absolutely will take my car elsewhere for repair from now on

Overall experience was great! Sarah and Chance were very helpful. The only negative I have is the detail job done on the car was very poor. The cabin air filter was not changed (plugged, filthy and smelled) and It looked like all they did was smear armor-all on everything. But, again, overall a great experience, and I would definitely consider buying another car from them.

Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I have bought my last few cars from here, no problems at all. I have brought my daughter with me the only thing she and I noticed this last time is even though they said they would vacuum the car out and sanitize it for the most part it wasnt dine. I had my fluids changed, and they did do just that and clean the windows not much else

I bought a truck outright with cash and like 12 hours later a tire pressure gauge went out (which normally happens) they took it in the next day and replaced all FOUR FOR FREE a $800 value already for free.... Conklin Car repair shop did a wonderful & excellent job repairing my severely damaged 2005 Chevy Avalanche. I had hit a bad patch of black ice covered with snow & had no control even in 4 wheel drive & slid into a deep ditch hitting 2 limestone posts with barbed wire causing severe dents, deep scrapes, badly damaged drivers side mirror, damaged front fender, & the list is longer. Damages $7,500. I couldnt believe my eyes when I picked up my Avalanche. I cried tears of joy! Thank you Conklin Cars!! GREAT JOB!!Respectfully, Linda Seeger

At the end of December 2018 we purchased a used 2016 Nissan Rogue from Brad Holden. On August 11, 2019 the lives of my wife and I were spared, in part, by the Rogue. In whole by the grace of Yahweh.Two days after the accident we were told it was totaled by the insurance company, because of air bag deployment, so we began our car shopping anew. My wife, who abhors car shopping, gave me one stipulation. “We are getting another Rogue. That thing was so safe to drive.” It could have easily rolled, but did not. The fault was the other drivers, my wife was driving, and we have not been in many accidents, but as we were skidding across the highway my life was not flashing before my eyes. What was going through my mind was, I cannot believe this is not rolling. This is a pretty smooth accident.Brad found us another 2016 Rogue. This one was an upgrade and has all of the bells and whistles we wanted. Thanks Brad!

I realize that I posted this a month ago, prior to that, I wasnt given all the information on what I needed for my rental car, and how much it cost, UNTIL the time I was supposed to get my rental car, resulting in waiting for nearly a month to get body work done on my car. I have, in the past, at other body shops, been notified when my vehicle was done being worked on (body work or what have you). I have not been notified. It was only until a few moments ago when I looked at the rental agreement that the rental car was supposed to be returned on 1-16-2020 and that if it wasnt returned by then it would be considered stolen? No one has reached out to me to tell me if my car has been completely remodeled so to speak, so I find it hard to return a rented vehicle not knowing if I will get mine back in the same if not better shape as to when I dropped it off. Maybe you guys with such a high rating in satisfaction could in fact use a little more communication and letting a renter know when the car will in fact be completed, and also within the rental department to ensure that EVERYTHING on the copy of the receipt has been gone over, so this doesnt happen to someone else in the future. Other than this tiny issue, I still have faith in Conklin Cars.
